We came to your store this morning to purchase curtains, and when we reached the counter to pay, you had this employee named “DIKSHYA” who was really unpleasant and very rude. She is wildly throwing our curtains and counting it wrong.
We noticed we had taken a different fabric of curtains, so we need a minute to go upstairs and change it to the similar curtains that we are purchasing. She threw hangers in front of me recklessly. Please check this personnel; it will reflect negatively on your company. The client in the back walked and called the manager to void the item, showing a lack of concern for the customer. Not a single politeness. I highly advise management to investigate the conduct of this employee name DIKSHYA, very unprofessional and no concern at all.

They have good variety and rates are very cheap. The store is divided into two floors, and the first floor is dedicated to clothes and shoes and the ground floor with all other items. Check the quality carefully before you buy. Sometime you would get very good quality products at very cheaper rate.
Had a very bad experience yesterday. Had an option to review experience with a QR code in their invoice, Did the review got a call today from arrogant man asking "what was your problem; I can't ask all the staffs here because there are many".

Bought these toys from Gate there. Very good quality and pricing.
Good deal but they closed half of the parking. Nightmare to find a place to park. Also they used to have good tableware now the products they have is a bit cheap quality

I went there for the first time last Friday and it was a great experience…I went there to buy a gift for my friend’s daughter’s birthday and I had bought a bracelet making kit and she just loved it…it was quite difficult for me to choose as there were so many options 😅. The staffs were very friendly and helpful and guided me very well..now play and dream JVC (Circle Mall) will be my go-to from now onwards.😊

Unfortunately terrible customer service by the tall senior staff this afternoon that thinks it’s a good idea to shout at the customer and create an argument when everything could have been solved with an apology instead of a egotistical attempt of being “right”.
Long story short if you’re unhappy with your life, it’s not the clients fault.
We all have bad days, so please check yourself twice, before you raise your voice to anyone again, specially women with children. Educate yourself and be respectful. If you can’t provide a good customer service, then you shouldn’t be in customer service.

I'd say this is one of the cheapest places you'll find in dubai. But honestly it's not entirely bad. Its a good place to buy stuff if you're no looking for something with good quality or out of your budget. The building is very old and not good paint. Inside also dirty and stray cats are seen. But on the contrary there are so many mini stores, shops and a huge lulu Hypermarket which is really good and helpful. You can get almost anything here and for any price. So all in all I'd say it's a moderate place and we can get several things from here which makes it a popular shopping destination for various people.

Lulu center has many shops including Lulu shop restaurants jewellery clothing and has lots of offer across the center. Parking spaces are plenty in front back and side only issue is carry your own bag otherwise you have to pay extra.

Not legitimate sales store, you can put any item on the cashier to reserve it then leave the store and let the rude staff do the rest by telling everyone “we think someone reserved and will buy it” so I advise everyone be sure to reserve first.

I lost my phone in Toy for less, IBN branch and my samsung tracker shows me that the phone is still in that location. I used it after paying in the counter using the app in my phone then halfway I realised its not with me. So I use my other mobile to track it. But Im very disappointed that they keep me waiting for 3 days for the update, tney told me that they will look in their CCTV. At the end they told me that the CCTV is not working from 4:34pm which at 5:30pm i made the purchase. So basically they were saying that they are not able to use the camera to see if who pick up the phone. Very very disappointing. A very bad experience with their service.
