If you want a pharmacy where you can easily contact someone with questions and concerns, this isn’t for you. The automated phone system has made it impossible to reach a pharmacist or tech, the best you will get is being directed to their voicemail and you have to wait an eternity in hopes of hearing back. I know what you’re thinking, call the store and have them transfer you to a pharmacist. I thought that too. Until the ever so unpleasant employee who answered the phone informed me in a snotty tone that they won’t do that. So much for customer service.

Made absolutely impossible to get my meds when I needed them and kept giving me run around about insurance when I only have HIP... ended up in emergency room for 3rd time in two days because of this. There will be legal action take

Please do not go here!!!! None of the pharmacy techs want to be there, they are extremely rude for no reason. Unhelpful doesn’t even begin to describe it. Save yourself the stress and just use Walmart.

This is one of the worst pharmacies that I’ve ever been too. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I’ve had delays countless times for medications. They have been known to dispense the wrong amount of my controlled substance. When I confronted the pharmacist he said the inventory was all in order and actually had to review security footage before he believed me. I guess someone probably got fired that day. They close early and don’t open on Sundays. They won’t even allow you to call the pharmacist anymore requiring you to instead leave a voicemail. Yeah like im going to wait around for your understaffed crew to call me back. I’ll drive into town and get my scripts elsewhere. Even if it’s more expensive, it is worth it in my opinion to avoid this place.

Pharmacy is very rude and controlling. Even with approval from insurance an hospice Dr, they refused to fill a hospice paitents pain order cause they needed it a few days early!

This is the most inefficient CVS pharmacy I've ever dealt with... Which is frustrating because the previous CVS locations I've used were great. This location has messed up my dogs medications on more than one occasion (saying we were out of refills when we weren't, losing prescriptions, forgetting to fill them altogether, etc.) It's a constant headache. They also refuse to put any effort into fixing the problem. My vet has to call them multiple times (which is understandably frustrating for them) and CVS refuses to call the vets office to make sure things get taken care of, even though the app offers that as a request option for customers.
Most of the staff that works there is nice enough but it is so disorganized... There is one lady who is rude every single time I speak to her... I usually only encounter her when I have to call in.

I've made 5 calls to CVS to ask questions, I was going to transfer my prescriptions to them. However after being hung up on EVERY TIME, I don't think this is the place for me ! Didn't get questions asked or answered as I got hung up on every time. Certainly NOT a way to run a business

A prescription was sent to them at 6:30pm. For some reason they close at 7pm on weekdays? Called that day and the lady was short and rude and explained that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill it because it was too late. I get that. Told me they would have it ready the next morning. I asked her to have them call or text me when it is ready. I waited until 3pm the next day, and called them. The woman on the phone made me repeat myself multiple times because she would ask my information, and then not listen to me when I told her. After we finally got through that, I had to repeat to her why I was calling, which I explained at the beginning of the call. She told me they did not have time to fill my prescription, and then asked what time I will be in. I just told them I would be in before they close (since it is already the afternoon). I don’t expect white glove treatment with fruit baskets. It is a CVS. But it is not difficult to simply perform basic customer service, and have a prescription fulfilled within a reasonable time. Especially when a person is trying to get antibiotics so they can start on the road to getting better. This place did not perform either purpose, so they have received one star.
