The environment is pretty good, and it's evident that they're striving to maintain the highest level of cleanliness possible for a barbecue joint. The staff is quite nice too; they speak Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Sometimes the staff can be so busy that they forget what you've ordered.I wouldn't recommend the most expensive menu, as ordering à la carte offers better value. The beef is really fat, unless you're a big guy otherwise it might be too much.

Pretty good for all you can eat. They charge a service fee so make sure you check before paying. The service is good. Quality is decent! Make a reservation because it gets pretty busy.

A bit pricey for a regular lunch. But good for special experience.
The servers are nice (who take orders), support staff just dumped the places silently and walked away.
It’s meat-eaters paradise. Been here many times. Always delicious! Some new items like Italian shrimp (pesto), all good. Important… they don’t take credit cards.

Good food, service, and atmosphere. The food came pretty fast and the quality of the meat were pretty good. I think the price could be cheaper but overall it's good. Would come back again!

This is a pricey AYCE barbecue place but the keyword is AYCE! We got the silver menu so it still had some of the better cuts on there. Overall all everything was very good and you can order as much as you want, so this is a type of place you avoiding eating for an entire day beforehand in preparation. They also provide ice cream at the end which is a nice touch.

Overall great experience from food to service. We made a reservation for 3 at 6:30 on a Friday with no issues. Our server was very nice and gave great recommendations based on us choosing the silver Wagyu menu. The food was excellent and the highest quality I've had at an All You Can Eat Japanese BBQ restaurant so far. The chef's cut was especially chef's kiss. Unfortunately they did not have soft serve so I'll have to be back to try it!

Took the 150$/person menu in order to taste the best wagyu cuts that the restaurant can offer. Most of the cuts are very thinly sliced, other cuts are served in cubes, but it was still mostly all very tender and just enough fattiness. There were a couple of cuts that were on the chewy side, but it was unclear whether those were wagyu or not.

Overall the experience was good, the service was good and the food was very enjoyable. The only downside was that when the meat was served, the waiters/waitress presented each cut to us, however their accent was too heavy for us to understand the name. Fortunately, I took a photo of the platter so we were able to show them the picture of the cuts we wanted to reorder. However, we didn't have a clear idea which was wagyu beef.
