Typical food, like all of these similar restaurants. The flounder was lightly dusted and fried, and you also get a lot of it. Baked potato was nicely steamed and soft. Only six oysters in the oyster and nit much oyster flavor. More like warm milk. We wouldn't get again.

I just left this restaurant. Did a review in the parking lot because I am so irritated with this experience. I came from boiling springs to visit this restaurant that I haven’t visited for over 4yrs. I will not waste my gas again. The waitress took her time getting to my table even though the areas were not packed with people. Took them a while to bring the food but it was not worth the wait. The fried shrimp was cold, had no flavor. The chicken tenders were fried too hard and they were cold as well. I asked for fries but got a baked potato. The tea that cost over two dollars was not refilled until I was almost finished eating. The waitress even came over twice to ask if I needed something and I told her TEA both times. It’s just not fair to pay increased prices at these restaurants and get terrible service. The google score is currently 4.1 but I dont agree with that at all. It was not worth speaking with a manager, just don’t expect great service if you come here.
We Celebrated my Son's Birthday there. The service is great and the food was great but the Restaurant itself is rather old and needs to be fixed up. I think it would be more inviting with some upgrades and some fresh paint.

I had the small Shrimp and Grits and a cup of Chicken and Sausage gumbo, it tasted good and it was a very reasonable price for how much food I got. Miah, my server, was very polite and quick! Excellent little restaurant!

My food was not good. The picture posted is the "Cajun Alfredo" I ordered via door dash so I'm trying to be understanding but it was tasteless and I'm certain the non chewable chicken was of the bagged Tyson variety. I tasted my husband's catfish and it was a bit soggy (probably because it was delivery) but good.

We fly in from Reno NV yearly going on 3. Gotta get you some of this. Great food smackin service. Atmosphere. Great drinks and reasonably priced being from Reno. 2 people Apps entrees 3 alcoholic drinks and desert 68 bucks. Plus there's a sampler The service was so good we gave them a smacking tip.

This place has great hush puppies and Cajun gumbo. If that sounds like your style, then drop in!

Me and my wife went here for a date in town and loved it. If you've never been there before they give you a sample tray of different gumbos and some Jambalaya to try. The gumbos (especially the lobster one) were excellent, so rich and creamy. We're kind of used to the instant meal variety of Jambalaya so this was a nice departure from that with lots of flavor.

We ended up getting some hush puppies and fried okra for appetizers. They came out quick, and I am a sucker for hush puppies so those were absolutely fantastic. The fried okra was also good.

Entrees we ordered were blackened fish stir fry and an order of shrimp and grits. The shrimp and grits comes with the lobster bisque on top so it is just delightful. The blackened fish stir fry was great too, nice and with a little bit of spice.

Needless to say we cleaned the plates and would recommend!

The food was just okay. I got salt and pepper catfish, shrimp, and fries. None of it had much flavor. Even the condiments were lackluster in my opinion. We also got onion rings and okra as additional sides. They were just okay as well. If you're looking to get a lot of food on a budget, this would be your place though.

Excellent food and great service! I'm completely obsessed with New Orleans, so I absolutely loved the music and decor in the Lost Cajun. The food was great. I ordered the alligator bites and the small fish and shrimp platter. So delicious!

If you’re craving New Orleans, this is the spot. Surprised how much I enjoyed their beignets, shrimp, catfish salad, sweet potato fries and variety of appetizers. Everything goes well with Bourbon 😉!! Tonight was Eagle Rare & Basil Hayden. Come w an appetite. Appreciate the friendly staff and recommendations 🥳👊

We arrived at our hotel across the street from this awesome restaurant. Being from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, we were craving great seafood. This place definitely did not disappoint and the menu had true authentic Cajun flavored dishes. Our waitress Hailey was the best and provided us with excellent food selections and service. We loved the Louisiana decor and especially the LSU wall area!! Geaux Tigers 💜💛. The hot bananas foster beignets bites were so delicious for dessert. We highly recommend this restaurant for top notch food and will be back.

We stopped in for our first visit, and we were greeted promptly and offered a sample platter to try the signature gumbos and soups to help us decide which one we wanted. Mia was an amazing server, and the food was just as good! We loved the gumbo and lobster bisque, and we had to get some beignets for dessert! Excellent prices to go with the food as well!

Immediately a new favorite for us here in the Upstate. Some of the best roux I've had in a long, long time. Sampler came with six of their cajun classics and they were all good. Our first trip, my wife and I each had a half Shrimp Po-Boy with a side of Gumbo (mine was Seafood, hers was Chicken & Sausage). The bread was fresh, the batter did not overwhelm the shrimp and the Gumbo was devine. Perfect depth on the seasoning with just the right amount of heat. Service was excellent! We will be back soon! Highly recommend!

What a disappointment, but maybe it’s my fault for trying a new restaurant during “The Fall of Greenville event “ I ordered the seafood gumbo and sausage gumbo with a side of alligator bites . The gumbo looks like watered down dog food, that i wouldn’t even give my own dog , with two pieces of baby micro shrimp and the alligator bites had mixed pieces of shrimp in the container. Quality and quantity were awful !!!! But I can say the staff was amazing and friendly everyone kept checking on us as we waited for our Togo order . Maybe I just came on a bad night ?? 🤦‍♀️

The atmosphere and service here is really good. It definitely has a New Orleans vibe to it when you enter, with the service, let you know you definitely get southern hospitality. The server did let us try the different sauces available which was really cool.

It could be because I've been to New Orleans and experienced authentic New Orleans food that my expectations are higher, but the food was decent.

The best thing we had at the table was the pastas, and fried okra. My daughter did not like the jambalaya, and my mother thought the red beans and rice at Popeyes is better. I think a little more rice with the red beans would have been better. It was more of a soup with the amount of rice provided. So definitely ask for an additional rice if you order.
The atmosphere was great. Really cool decor.
Food: broiled shrimp was tough and the fried shrimp was less than warm.
Service: I had to get up and find someone to bring tarter sauce to our table.
As we finished our meal they Didn't ask if we needed a " to go" box.
I had to get up and find our server to get our bill.
Overall I gave only two stars, one for the atmosphere and one for the baked potato.

First time here, very good. I had small fish and shrimp platter. It had 3 shrimp and 2 large pieces of fish, plenty of fries! Husband had large platter with 3 fish and 4 shrimp, plus cole slaw and bread. Cole slaw had too much vinegar for me. All in all good and will be back!

The food and service was spectacular. The sample test helped us determine which dishes we would have. All the staff was attentive and friendly! We will definitely return!
Was here for lunch and ordered the Cajun for two, and it was full of flavor. The crayfish in the plate were not very fresh. Everything else was good. Our server Kristal was very professional, 5 stars for her.

My 1st time at the lost cajun. It was so much better than I was expecting. I am from New Orleans and all the food was spot on. The flavor was perfect, the gator bites were cooked perfectly, my jambalaya and shrimp poboy were awesome. We finished off with beginets. Plus a bonus they had Abita beer. Made me miss home a little less. <3

We had a really great experience here on an overnight thru the area. We travel a lot and really rely on the reviews to help us figure out a good stop when you only really have the chance for one stop.

Overall the local reviews either seemed outstanding or harsh

We were very pleased...it is not New Orleans but felt the dishes to be fresh, well prepared and representative.

Would recommend you to enjoy too!!
