We have always enjoyed going to Olive Garden. The food is always great and the attention we get from the wait staff is top notch, no matter which one we go to. Well, it was until we visited this restaurant. We had a group of 6 and the waitress started off good, getting our drinks. Unfortunately, that’s when the good ended. We placed our orders and then waited a good 25 minutes before we got some breadsticks and our salad, which was wilted, like it was sitting around for awhile. Usually, we only have to wait 10 minutes at the most and that’s if it’s really busy. I could see if it was busy or they were short-staffed, but they were neither. We were surprised how empty it was, especially for a Saturday afternoon around 12:45. There were a lot of waitresses, however, they were all huddled back in the wait station yakking away. We waited almost an hour before food finally came to the table and then my 4 year old grandson didn’t get all his food. We had to remind the waitress TWICE about getting his food. My wife got fed up with the waiting and tracked down the GM to let her know what was going on. Of course, all of a sudden we got some action, which unfortunately didn’t last long. No one came back to ask how the food was or refill our drinks. We could see they were again busy yakking away. They could get road construction jobs holding the Slow/Stop signs the way they just stood around. In her defense, our waitress said it was her first day. Really? They just put you out there without someone working with you? I doubted this was her first day but I blame most of this on the GM. She saw those waitresses standing around yakking and didn’t do anything about it, even after we complained to her about it. Then to not have anyone help the new waitress, if she was really new. Needless to say, we weren’t asked if we wanted any dessert. At no point was anyone in our group mean or yelling at anyone. We just asked for the service we were used to getting at an Olive Garden. No wonder this place wasn’t busy, who would ever want to come back? I know we won’t!
Came to eat here with my family to see how the experience would be dining in, because I always order to go. Our server was nice but clearly hasn’t been serving for long, It took forever every time we needed something and a huge part of giving good service is being able to work at a fast pace. Hopefully management focuses on hiring good staff instead of others to add to the clique vibe they seem to have going on here. Had a previous experience at this location about two weeks ago, there was at least 4 employees, a few that introduced themselves as managers just standing at the front of the restaurant where customers come in, gossiping about everyone & everything in the restaurant, very tacky and I gladly wont be back.
I had the pleasure of dining at Olive Garden recently, and I must say, our experience was elevated to a whole new level thanks to our exceptional waiter, Peter. His service was absolutely amazing!

From the moment we were seated, Peter was attentive, courteous, and eager to make our meal memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. Peter's extensive knowledge of the menu and his recommendations were spot on.

What truly stood out was Peter's willingness to help with anything our group needed. Whether it was refilling our drinks, providing extra napkins, or accommodating dietary preferences, he did it all with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. It felt like he genuinely cared about our enjoyment of the evening.

And of course, the food at Olive Garden was simply incredible. Each dish was a delight, bursting with authentic Italian flavors.

From the perfectly cooked pasta to the delectable sauces and mouthwatering desserts, every bite was a taste of Italy.
In summary, our dining experience at Olive Garden was made unforgettable by Peter's exceptional service and dedication to ensuring our group had a fantastic time.

I would wholeheartedly give him and the restaurant a five-star rating. Thank you, Peter, for making our evening special!
Took my husband there for a birthday dinner. Our server Eve was excellent. She was very attentive but not overly so. More than enough food to bring home for a second maybe even a third meal. She was very good at showing us how to work the computer screen to pay our bill. Would definitely return here. This was the Eagan restaurant.
My husband and I had what we like to call "Drunch" due to eating at 3pm here on Saturday.

Service was wonderful from start to finish. The doors were opened as I rolled up by two hostesses which was absolutely lovely! I'm in a wheelchair and we were asked if we wanted a chair removed from a table or if we wanted a booth which was fantastic! Usually you're just automatically placed at a table with a chair removed. Sometimes I want to transfer into a booth and get out of the blasted wheelchair.

The area we were in was decently busy but the server was still at the table quickly. He was also great. Full of energy, kind, and patient with indecisiveness (husband ha!)

I had the salad and salmon. Husband had minestrone soup and seafood linguine. This was our first time back at an olive garden in quite a few years. The salad was ok. It was mainly iceberg lettuce, onions, and croutons. There were 2 slices of tomato, 3 black olives and a banana pepper. I can't say I was impressed with it. Husbands minestrone soup was also majority broth. We also got 2 mild garlic chewy breadsticks. Starters = just ok.
The salmon was heavily seasoned and flaky. It was very good, though small. The broccoli was cooked perfectly but was overly salted. Husband's seafood linguine was excellent. I suggest the seafood linguine if you dine here. It was wonderful.

To sum it up service here is fantastic, the starters are underwhelming, the seafood linguine is delicious but the salmon dish is a salt trap (maybe ask to go light on the salt?)
Accessibility for wheelers is good for the areas I was in (parking, doorway, dining area)
There were 7 of us, we stopped here around 830pm to eat dinner and they sat us in the bar area. The bar tender was nice and the restaurant was clean. The salad and bread sticks were great as always. My aunt ordered the spaghetti and barely touched it bc it was more spicy than she remembered so I asked if they could give her a discount, the bar tender did one better and completely took it off her bill. That kind of service was over and above what was expected! Most of everyone else had the shrimp and chicken carbonara and it didn't disappoint! My other aunt had the minestrone soup and said it was good. The building is beautiful and had a nice big parking lot.
The unlimited salad, soup, and breadsticks is definitely the way to go. The salad and soups are all delicious. The breadsticks are good when they're hot and fresh. We went with a group of 30 and the staff was very accommodating and we got food super fast. There was confusion about shots, someone's drink was completely wrong and had to be brought to the bar, and someone else ordered chicken that was both burnt and slimey, but the manager comped that meal. Overall, the service was great but the food was..okay. I got the seafood Alfredo and it was only somewhat warm when I got it.
Slightly disappointed being this was my time ever to Olive Garden but Overall the inside is beautiful and no wait to be seated for two people around 5:30pm on a Saturday. We ordered the calamari appetizer which was tasty but a very small portion, the shrimp Alfredo was delicious and the shrimp scampi looked beautiful but had a bland taste. Towards the end of our dinner I noticed 2 fly’s flying around our food and at that point I told my boyfriend I was ready to leave and we asked for to-go containers, sadly I didn’t get to take my calamari or salad because I was turned off by watching the two fly’s land on both as we shooed them away. We also were never asked how our meal was as well. I loved the breadsticks and the mango strawberry tea. But for $67 I was hoping it’d be better and hoping for a better experience my next visit. But it won’t be at this location.
