Really good food. People behind the counter were busy but courteous.
Great food. But very thankful for live music tonight. Very talented young man playing guitar..made my 2 year old grandson really happy.
Not only is this artist super talented...but he even brought in a treat for my grandson who was already clapping and happy to hear him play!
Also my grandson loved his fries and mac and cheese, ate it ALL!
Burgers here are always great.
The wings must have been good, because there was not one left for me to try!!!!

My husband and I walked in there today and waited for almost 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. When the busboy/hostess finally acknowledged our existence he sat us with the most filthy menus I’ve ever seen. We were then sitting at high tops when multiple servers passed us and didn’t acknowledge us either - we got up at left. Maybe the short or servers which sucks, however multiple servers and bartenders saw us and could have acknowledged that we were there and that someone would be right with us. Now you’re probably thinking man she’s a Karen…they were not busy there was no one else in line at the hostess station. I loved this place when I lived in Indiana! Won’t be going back to even attempt.
The appetizers (fried pickles and ghost pepper fries) were good. The children enjoyed the chicken strips and wings, but the buffalo chicken sandwiches were not so good. They do not dip the chicken, so it was like eating a regular chicken sandwich.
I came when the place was almost ready for dinner time but not busy. The place was very clean and neat.
The food was exactly as I expected. The staff was very friendly and polite to me. My order was ready and on time and hot. I recommend this location. Parking is plentiful.

Food was overcooked. Dishes were on all tables and they appeared to have plenty of help so I didn't understand that. But what upset me was there were nats or fleas flying all around,

Mi Casita was once our favorite restaurant in Shelbyville. Unfortunately our last visit was very uncomfortable. Our server was very rude. I saw him roll his eyes at us multiple times. I'm a server myself so I have compassion for other servers. But he seemed very annoyed with us. We were a very easy 5 top. My kids were very well behaved so the server didn't need a reason to roll his eyes at us. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
was probably one of the worst dining experience ever. will definitely not be back and I was not only one complaining. customer before me and after me at check out all were not happy either. so sad was so bad that people of Shelbyville can't have something good to eat there
Everything was delicious except scrambled eggs, they were uncooked in the center, couldn't eat. But oh those pancakes and grits. Just perfect. I hadn't been to a restaurant in 3 years, so looked forward to it.
Waffle House always treats me right, paying attention to specifics about my order such as me wanting things done a certain way etc, helps out big time
We always visit a Bojangles when we're in the south; we're from West Michigan and we don't have a Bojangles so it's a treat. The food here was excellent. We waited a while before we could order, but our food came out really fast. The decor could use a face-lift. The staff were friendly and apologetic for the wait. We would come back next time when we're passing through.
I always rate my favorite Mexican restaurants by how good the salsa is. While they don't have my absolute favorite salsa, this is hands down the best in Shelbyville.
The service is always great regardless of who is waiting on us and the food is delicious. They've recently made improvements to their menu so be sure to check out the new items.

I had the lunch buffet. It is the best Mexican buffet I’ve had. Several good options but the best, by far, was the garlic parmesan wings!

Went to eat here. Food was great. Service was good. There was gnats flying all over the place while I was eating my food. I even found a gnat in my drink. Wouldnt recommend until they get the bugs under control.
Love this Mexican lunch buffet in Shelbyville. Each dish tastes different which is a nice change to a lot of Mexican restaurants. Big fan of the chicken dishes and carnitas
Maria was absolutely the best! Quick and polite, getting every thing correct and giving every one a greeting and smile! It was extremely busy and every waiting seat was filled with people still standing. Some of the other employees showed their frustration, including the shift manager, but not Maria. She kept on smiling and working hard! I will return just to have the service she provided again!

I mean, what can you say about waffle house? You walk in expecting hot coffee, greasy food, and a colorful slew of customers and this waffle house did not disappoint! It was my daughter's first time having it and she gave it 2 thumbs up!
The best Mexican food! We’ve tried many different items and they are all good. The raspberry margarita (on the rocks) is the best we’ve ever had. Ask for Heriberto as your server, you won’t be disappointed!
Great Food! Only problem is for those of us that work 3rd shift they never answer the phone for us to order ahead. There are quite a few factories in Shelbyville that work 3rd
By far one of the best Cracker Barrel visits at any location we have been to between several states. Our waiter was probably one of the best we have ever had anywhere. Service was excellent and the food was good as always.
there was a cockroach running across the floor, dead gnats in the towel they were using to wipe the tables off with. the menus were stuck to the tables where they were wet, there was old food all over the place, the pan they made the eggs in had what looked like 3 day old eggs crusted up all around the pan and when she was cooking the food she would take it off the stove and put it on the trey counter that they sit the plates on. DISGUSTED!!!!! I’m calling the health department

Staff at shift change both were great! We also had a dead battery and the cook I believe had battery cables and helped us out. Thank you grwat place we have been there multiple times. Also very clean.
I had chicken and french toast. It was delicious 😋 But our fun loving server David was the best. He was on point, friendly and funny. He definitely got our day started out right.
Cracker Barrel isn't just about food. Their store makes waiting for a table almost fun. We didn't have to wait long for a table though. The server, Debbie, took great care of us. She even got my finicky sweet tea order right. (A little sweet and a lot unsweetened) The food arrived quickly and was very tasty. I'm sorry that there are no pictures but I was starving and about devoured my country fried steak and gravy. Their "side salad" was big enough to be a meal by itself. If you are hungry and nearby then drop in. If you're not hungry then drop in anyway. Do some shopping.
Chicken restaurant with unique sauce flavors. The key here is to douse your chicken in these sauces, that's what this place is all about.
On it's own, the chicken sandwich I got wasn't as good as other chicken restaurants. But adding it to the sauces was awesome. The tater tots were great too. Staff was really nice and the place was clean.

The waiter was not very friendly. He acted like we were bothering him. They brought us chips and salsa. There was a black hair in our chips. We paid for our soda's and our queso Blanco that was $15.00 and left. Won't be back.
Service was fast but the food was a sad excuse for Bojangles quality. I gotten the chicken supreme combo. I haven’t had bojangles in 2 months from traveling. Finally find a location and the food was bad. I couldn’t even finish this. I ended up throwing it away. A dog would probably give up on this. The Fries tasted dry and hard like they’ve been sitting for hours. The Chicken was the same way. Dry and hard. I asked for fresh fries. Saw them take a fresh cooked load from the fryer and these still tasted hard and dry. Also burnt tasting like they left them in the fryer too long. The chicken as well. How hard is it to cook something with a computer timing it. Take the fries out the fryer sooner. The only thing that tasted great was the drink. Never coming back to this location. Need to replace this crew too since they don’t know how to cook.
Did not get our complete order and it was not brought to the table all at once. First was the waffles, A few minutes later my burger, then my wife's meal. Seating area was very dirty. Would not recommend.

The owner ended up coming and refilled them, they wasn't even busy. Waiter was not good at all. 3rd time. They was busy, waitress was training. I asked for no lemon with my tea. Because im allergic. She brought it back with lemon on the cup. 🤦♀️ i waited forever for my sour cream. Waitress didnt ask us how the food was, or if we needed refills. When finished we stacked and put our plates at the end of the table, to let the waitresses know we was finished. She never came to give us our bill. So we waited a while befor we went to cash ourselves out. The owners wife ranged us up. And charged us for 2 teas and a lemonade. Mind u it was only 2 of us and we never got refills. So why did we pay for 3 drinks🤷♀️

We stopped for breakfast on our way through. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had eggs bacon grits toast and a waffle my wife had eggs toast has browns and biscuits n gravy. The food was well prepared and tasted great. Highly recommend.

The one in Shelbyville is going downhill. I seemed rushed, and they weren't busy. The waitress acted as if were a crime I wanted dessert.
So I decided to give them another chance. It was a fiasco, ordered hamburger steak well done, it came cold and red on the inside. When I brought it to the waiters and managers attention they acted as if they could care less. Paid for something I couldn't eat. I like Cracker Barrel, bit will never go to this location again

I wish I could give this place many more stars than just five. Down right the best W.H I've ever been too. Food was hot and fresh and delicious!!!! The service was great couldn't be better. Maisy, was wonderful. They all deserve a much needed raise!!! The food industry looks for talented servers like you have here at W.H I know if I owned a restaurant I would hire her in a minute and pay her twice as much as she's getting paid now.
Well, my first time buying the family this friend chicken for dinner through the drive through, the kids working in there were starting me down and checking me out. Once we opened the 8-piece box, it only had 6 pieces in it. I won't be going back. :(
waited 10-15 minutes to be seated , yes they were busy but there was an open table that just needed to be cleaned off and all the workers could see that. Was not addressed by any of the workers in the store. Another costumer came in (they chose to sit at the bar )(*we did not want to sit ant the bar seeing ans it would be difficult on my mothers knees to get up and off) and they were served as soon as they sat down. Nobody hadn’t even bothered to say anything towards us we waited a few minutes after that and then decided to leave and not to waste our time.
Very nice waitress. She was beyond sweet and courteous and deserved a great tip. Constantly checking the coffee for refills and making sure our food was satisfactory! Food was brought out super fast and cooked to perfection. 12/10 would recommend!
Ive been here 6-7 times, and it’s rarely a great experience. The food is average. The service could be better & more attentive. Constantly having to get the servers attention for refills & such.
Recently they close early, turning guests away 45 min BEFORE their listed closing time. Bad business practices like this tells me this place wont be around much longer.

Ordered roast beef and grilled chicken with bacon and cheese, dumplings, macaroni and cheese, and broccoli. They forgot my broccoli and I had to go through 3 different people to place my to-go order. There are 3 people standing in front and none of them can take your order, seems kind of counterproductive. I stood there for a while before someone came out with a pen and pad to take my order. It was a very long wait for my food, so i wrnt to get gas and cane back. And continued to wait, finally my order came out. I went home and realized they forgot my dumplings, I called and they said i could pick them up the next day. The dumplings were like thick paste.

Food was good! I enjoyed the sauces and the boneless wings. Our server was great and really made dinning there awesome. He was very attentive and so nice. We came around lunch and it was pretty slow but this dude was really doing it all. He was sitting other tables for other servers. Running food and greeting guests. I wish I would have gotten his name because he was great. Me and my husband will definitely be back! Good employees like him should be recognized and rewarded
First time eating at Bojangles was good. Had to wait about 5 minutes to place my order as they seemed shorthanded (unfortunately typical most places right now). The gal taking orders was also finishing out the plates and calling them out so she had to play catchup to the orders already placed ahead of mine. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tender with fries with a side of mac and cheese and a side of mashed potatoes. The tenders were very tender and had good flavor, I tried 4 different dipping sauces, the peach honey pepper was by far my favorite 😍. The mac and cheese was really good, mashed potatoes were good for fast food. My son had the biscuits and gravy which he enjoyed. I thought they were really good as well. Overall I recommend Bojangles, spent $25 and fed 3 of us.
Always a good experience for me. Buffalo Chicken w garlic parm fries was great this week! Wings are also great, solid homemade blue cheese. Don’t sleep on the Weds $1.29 Tender deal. GREAT homemade tenders! Solid burger
20220721 Stopped by today to get my pups more chicken. The same young lady was at the drive thru. She's very nice and checked to make sure both orders are dark meat. I ordered 2 3-piece dark meat today, because my chunky pup ate all 3 pieces last night leaving none for my slender pup. Today, they are too tired to eat. I had a drumstick and it was delicious. I really like the string beans with fried onion on top. I have eaten at Bojangles in NC, SC, and VA, and dint remember the green beans being this good!! The Mac and cheese is expected... yummy!
20220720 My dogs approved! I always pick up Bojangles for my dogs whenever I'm near one. So happy to see Bojangles in KY!! The young lady at the drive thru was very nice and helpful. I ordered 3 piece dark meat, and I asked that she double check the chicken in the box to make sure it's dark meat because my dogs won't eat white meat. I didn't want to risk finding out they gave me the wrong chicken when I get back to the hotel. She was so nice to check, and one of my pups ate both pieces of thighs and the leg. 😋🐷 I had the sides as always. 🥰

Authentic Mexican Food full of flavor. The Chicken soup could use some cumin and a little more spice, but it was good. Ranchero sauce and chicken were also good. They served two salsas, one was milder without cilantro, if you prefer. The margarita was massive and delicious.
Wife and I stopped for late breakfast. I got the sunrise sampler, she got the pancake breakfast. With 2 drinks it came out to $28 plus tip. Food was great. Service was poor last time, but much better today, could have been due to how slow they were though. My main negative is that the biscuits were hard enough to break a window with. They need to replace then with fresh ones when they get that hard. Otherwise, everything was great and tasted very fresh!
