Came here with my mom. They had many discounts and a lady helped us out she was very nice. Good mall, good store!

Wow. This is one of the best at service I’ve got in a while. I forgot what good service felt like. The woman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable with the store and was even kind enough to give me a student discount. She was great help, wish I caught her name. Great store would come back. Also great stuff

Some favored designs have been removed, like the decently sized backpack purses and other ergonomic bags. Stock of some items wasn't great either.

This is Vera Bradley location great, but there’s a floor manager who’s very rude to her employees and also very rude to her customer. If I recall probably she said her name was Roxan, Roxan if you come across this review I hope you start treating your employees with more respect and also your customers. I’m not shop here for my daughter anymore 👎👎

Terrible customer service and bossy attitudes.
The employees are unorganized and sassy.
They are prejudice. When I went they ignored me in line and skipped me in line to help a caucasian girl instead.
If you dont have to go here don't!!
We left after spending an hour without receiving any help.

Always a joy to walk in this store! Love seeing all the pattern and colors. I never leave out of their empty handed, good for them bad on my pockets! 🤣

Terrible experience- purchased a few items for Christmas gifts and needed to return them. I was told that because the gifts were listed under my daughter in laws member account that I could not return them. I did not understand that I needed to open an member's account to purchase. After much back and forth and a lot of attitude from the sales associate - the items were returned and I did not open a member's account to do so. Needless to say, I will never return to Vera Bradley's in Memorial City Mall.
