Absolutely shocking service.
Was home waiting for parcel and updated as attempted to deliver whilst I was sat in living room.
Liars and I’ll be making a formal complain to head office. Need to get new staff!

I have been to this post office 3 times this year and each time had to go to another branch to actually complete what I wanted to do.

The staff are rude and have zero customer service skills. Not to mention no clue what services they are meant to provide. I suggest they encourage their staff to read their own website and check the list of services available before telling customers they don't provide it.

Avoid at all costs. The post office not to far away in newton heath will assist you with anything you need.

Total shambles, delivery was arranged to be collected from sorting office, they ignored this and then faked a delivery delivery to the house.
This is now the second time this has happened in the last few months and makes matters worse when they also don’t respond to formal complaints. Now they don’t even know where the parcel is and yet again seem to have lost the plot.

To be delivered 24/July. Front door left wide open. You can see into the house. I kept in all day due to parcel being delivered. ...I received a message stating 'attempted delivery but no one available to receive parcel '..... total lies

5 stars to the blonde lady but the dude and other staff don’t even say hello to you, or thank you or good bye. It’s like they’re working there as punishment. 0 customer service.

The staff in this post office are the most rude people I have ever come across in such a setting.

Customer service levels are 0. These staff members could do well with being reminded that manners cost nothing and neither does a simple hello or goodbye.

Sharon is of course the only exception to this. She is lovely to deal with, polite and professional. Good for her for keeping up such a great attitude when surrounded by these miserable people. It must be draining for her.

I’ve paid my last visit to this post office and I encourage others to seek an alternate branch where your business will be appreciated.

Not getting post delivered. This is an atrocious service from Royal Mail in the Wythenshawe area

Not had any post in weeks been waiting for my sons birthday cards from moon pig and still not been delivered so he dint get his birthday cards am so angry and upset about this not sure what's happened over the past 4 -5 weeks why i don't get post or I get very later also missed a hospital appointment because of this needs sorting absolute joke now this

Delivering post and parcels is a joke. 3 weeks no posts. Opening time also joke 2h a day?

White bald guy refused to give me my parcel and told me to pay for my parcel when clearly the right shipping was paid for

Extremely rude to customers. There has been many comments of how rude the staff are on Facebook - Failsworth Matters group, since it was taken over. Many of these people say they now use the Post Office on Lord Lane instead, as they are extremely nice.

The claimed to could not access my property, even though I was home throughout. They did not leave any card.

Brilliant post office both members of staff were very helpful and freindly.
They sorted out a parcel return for me as it was an awkward return.Theres not many places around nowadays like it for customer care. Excellent.

Waited all day for a parcel today (sunday 26th Nov) ordered from Amazon next day delivery, the driver hadn't even attempted deliver, the update on Amazon said unable to deliver due to driveway being unaccessable, see pictures, this is clearly not the case, the driver didn't even get out of his van and now I have no way of picking up the parcel untill Thursday 30th because of the stupid opening times of the Wythenshawe depo... So now I have to wait 4 days to pick up a parcel that could have and should have been delivered anyway. Sort it out!!

Truly Helpful Indded, I was seeking help in filling and taxing my new bought car and the Blond Lady( sorry don't have a name ) from there, was indeed very helpful and polite in my quest. All done fast and explained to me the entire process also.

Supposedly tried to deliver a package twice this week whilst my wife was in
Knocked with a feather, quickly pushed a pre written no accces card and scarpered double quick time on both occasions. Wife went today to pick up and the sorting office was closed at midday ( website says it’s open till six)
Please explain how I can get my parcel ?
Thieves have probably stolen it and when the Royal Mail goes out of business these tossers will be lucky to get a new job as walking and counting odd/even numbers can be carried out by children or people who have English as a second language meaning they will be at the back of the queue for a job at McDonald’s

Extremely rude woman serving today. Miserable face, doesn't say a word, barely looked at me and when I said bye there was just silence. I was being polite considering the cold reception from her so no idea what her problem is but if she doesn't like being there interacting with people then she shouldn't be in a customer facing job. I would have said something if I wasn't worried what she would do to my parcels. Will be going to a different post office from now on.

Really helpfully and friendly staff, highly recommend using this branch for sending anything. I no longer use a city centre branch, as the service here is so much better and they are so helpful. 10/10

The opening times of counter to
Drop off / collect post and parcels nothing like the advertised times shown doing a Google search.
Went today at 2.15 pm ( meant to be open until 4.00 pm but door locked. A new sign outside says only open 8.00 am - 10 am.
Which is it?

The customer service here is brilliant! Paresh in particular is great at managing this place..Paresh is: positive, friendly, quick, knowledgeable and very confident at the role he plays.

Very rude staff! I had a parcel dropped off to this post office over 10 days ago from a customer I brought goods from! After not receiving my parcel I tracked my parcel through Royal Mail which showed the parcel is still sitting at failsworth post office, after speaking to a very rude lady who had no patience and didn’t want to help! told me to ring Royal Mail as it wasn’t her problem! Then hung the phone up on me! I then rung back and spoke to another very rude lady who advised me that they leave parcels on the side and if they are busy and it could of been took by someone. This is a beach of the data protection act. After advising the lady of this and advising her I was recording the phone call she also then hung up on me! Great customer service. I would advise anyone against sending there parcels to this post office they are extremely unprofessional, and rude. Unless you want your address being exposed to the public and your parcels sitting on there counter for anyone to take. I will be taking this further so I look forward to speaking with you both soon. And as discussed I have recorded phone calls from the lady stating they leave parcels on the side for people to take when times get busy. Great job

2 weeks waiting for items, only seem to get letters on Saturdays, parcels can come any time really, had one arrive at 7pm the other week. Not helpful that the place is only open for 2 hours in the morning when most people are in work.

I received a card saying they couldnt make a delivery due to insufficient postage paid and I had to pay £1.50. I did this and they said it would be delivered today. NO SIGN OF IT. I class that as fraud

The tall, white, bald man that works in the delivery office is consistently rude every time I visit to drop off my parcels.

I would address it with him directly but concerned my parcels may start going missing.

All he needs to do is scan my qr code and stick the label on the parcels, unsure why this demands an attitude.

Two older ladies were working here and were very polite and professional, now there are two young ladies who are rude and with zero customer service skills. Starting with their face expressions when they see customers and take their parcels, they take them with two fingers and seems like they are disgusted. Very poor greeting and whenever there is an issue seems like the customer is the problem. They should have more training and dignity!

Jheeez I only went to enquire about a lost parcel and the stinky attitude I got in return has put me off ever wanting to trust these with any of my parcels ever again! Genuinely don’t trust them anymore. Sad as it was my local post office but not anymore Felicia.
