Confusing if it's open or not because cone blocking entry as lift is broken

Have recently just started using the DIVVY app since working in the city and must have its very user friendly! Will definitely keep using 😄
This was the most convenient car parking space. The price was good also at $24 for the night. Cheaper then get a fine on the road. The parking centre was completely crowded. I had to go down. Three levels to find car space when I did. The car space was very small and tight. I had to exit my car out of the passenger seat! But besides that it was easy to enter and exit even though it was a Busy Sunday night. I will definitely be there again.
Great weekend price. Fantastic for theatre parking or access to Haymarket.

Be warned. Despite closing at midnight, security closes the roller door prior to 11.30pm & it can be a process to get out. Be prepared.
One of the worst car parks I have been too. Elevator was broken, tiny spots, had to pay before you went to get your car which wasn’t clear when you entered (so I had to walk down and then back up to pay) and then a long wait to get out because the ticket machine didn’t seem to work.

Not many parking facilities around this area. But short term parking seems to be bit expensive
Doesn’t advertise that vehicles are inaccessible between operating hours and the front gate is locked. Will not respond to after hours calls, arrive 30 minutes after open. Have absolutely no sympathy for those that have missed flights due to their failure to communicate that it is not a 24 hour car park.
Was instructed to park here by the Mantra. I had an emergency at home with my 12month old baby and could not get out to get home.
I called both after hours number and emailed multiple times with no response. This was at 6:30am so not an unreasonable request.
Extremely unreliable. They are not there when they are meant to open and miserably failed to appropriately inform clients of the opening/closing time by having some tiny writing that is not lit on the board on purpose... I called them 5 times, email and got no response when attempting to get in but of course, their phone was ringing when I called it in front of them and they had the $112 bill (instead of $22) - absolute scammers should be ashamed of themselves.

Plenty of space even in the middle of the day.
Convenient parking for neighbouring restaurants like Zilver and cafes (there is a Starbucks on the corner) or if attending the Capital Theatre 🎭 Also across from Chinatown.
Rates are $9 per hour or flat rate of $18 for the weekend and $22 for weekday evenings.
Spaces are quite tight particular for larger cars / 4WD. I parked on the lower levels which were empty so there was a bit more room to navigate. There are no automatic pay machines, pay at the manned booth at the entrance. Lift to all levels.
The car park entrance is located just past the main entry of the capital theatre and before Starbucks
