We love this place! It is very reasonably priced, and they even frequently have groupons to get in even cheaper. The rink itself is kept up nicely, and there is plenty of seating. They have event days that are fun. They offer lessons and you can have a birthday party here as well. Overall, I highly recommend going here.

Poor railings for the 1st timers or beginners. Infact there is no railing at all. Just a wall and glass separator Not even 2 adults fingers go in the edge of the separator for support. Look at the picture, outside of the separator has so much of space to hold on where as inside no s. beginner friendly.
Also skates/ shoes worn out that the lace doesn’t fit right.

I don’t recommend open skate for beginners.

I try not to leave one star reviews, but i went yesterday 12/22 with a 10yr old and it was horrible. Their skates are SO bad. They are angled in. I tried several pairs. We could barely move on the ice without slipping and falling. I have never had an issue ice skating. I dont fall. Here the skates were so bad i fell hard and knocked the wind out of myself. We tried for 20min and then left. Also they need bigger lockers because people kept putting their large bags on the chairs meant for putting skates on. And they need a better system for skate rentals. Like have skaters enter from the side rink instead because the floor was soaked and there was too much traffic for people trying to get skates on. Next year we will pay more to go back to the Gaylord hotel where we skated for 3 hours no issues.

Good ice rink to visit. It may be not the perfect rink but good enough for kids and adults to learn the ice skating lessons or enjoy family time together during the open skate hours. It’s usually crowded during the class time or the open skate hours; just get prepared, skate carefully and watch others out. The lesson price is reasonable though. The only concern is the different instruction quality provided by different instructors.
The facility offers the birthday party packages, private or public ice skate party, to enjoy the COOL time with friends on the ice!

Good place for a family outing during free skate events..

In general, the ice rink is satisfactory. However, there are significant operational issues that require attention. Before you take advantage of this facility, there are a few points I would like to mention.

If you have children and are interested in enrolling them in classes, it can be hit or miss. While there are a few excellent instructors, most of them tend to take their time and engage in conversations, causing the 30-minute classes to be a 10-minute classes. Therefore, relying on instructors for group classes may not be reliable. Nevertheless, I must highlight that there are a couple of exceptional instructors. Maybe 2 or 3.

Also, Sadly, this location offers very limited hockey classes or sessions for adults. However, they have frequent ice time sessions allocated for figure skaters, known as Freestyle sessions. Once, I wanted to practice my skating during a Freestyle session and paid for it at the front desk. However, while I was skating, they asked me to leave, stating that it was not intended for hockey skaters unless they were taking a private class with a coach. Consequently, there is very little ice time available for hockey players.

If the group classes were led by instructors who were willing to teach and if there were more ice time allocated for hockey skaters, this place could serve as a role model in its field. But it is not even at half of its potential.

Nice ice-skating place, though not many audience's seats, it's a standard hockey court. The staffs here are friendly especially for kids.

Popular activity today. Lots of people. Skates were painful. My 10yo son only lasted about 30 minutes before he said it hurt too much, his friend lasted about 40 minutes. The slats didn't appear to be cleaned between skaters; I watched them hand out a pair that was just returned.

I've never been here I only dropped someone off. They didn't enjoy themselves because it was way to crowded, the line was extremely to long and they ran out of skate in their sizes. The good thing is that they came out and informed them they didn't have any more available skates in certain sizes and informed the crowd they could try to come back the next day. Yet I could see if they weren't in the first 20 person in line they wouldn't be getting in again. No one was exiting to leave the skating rink early they stay until the open skate hours ended. We opted for fall sessions and so far our experience is awesome. They will give enough time for practice after the classes. The staff is very helpful in assisting and professional.

Nice rink and cooling system works great. Larger than Galleria but a little small during crowded open skating days/times. Good classes for kids from beginner on up but classes are just too full to have any real instruction for someone that needs a few pointers on lessons. Private lessons available if you talk to some of the instructors.

This place is like my second home! They have classes for Ice skaters and Hockey as well as hockey games and dozens of opportunities for Figure skaters. They also have private lessons and a bunch of Coaches to choose from. If you're going for Open Skate, I'd suggest searching the times up in advance though.

Such a fun experience! We took a family outing here because... Olympics ! Lol!

My daughter is now wanting to be a figure skater and my son wants to be the Zamboni Guy! Lol

Great public skate session. Price was great, ice was good and it wasn't too crowded at the Tuesday afternoon session.

I love this rink. Great ice, clean dressing rooms, and friendly staff. Great place to participate in stick time, pick-up, or league play!!!

Great for the entire family, our kids absolutely love their ice skating lessons(very reasonably priced)they are on the fourth level and are still excited every week. The staff is all very helpful and friendly.
They also have some "theme days" for open skate
