I'm sure everyone is trying their best over there, but please hear this so it can be fixed and you can get back to being good at what ya'all do. Almost every time my kids go jump, some how we get a new membership for one kid, an extra membership we didn't ask for for another kid, one time they even gave my daughters friends parents a membership- but in my daughters name. Bottom line, this is rediculous.

We love this place ! Great place for kids AND adults to stay active. They have great membership deals and discounts on menu items if you do decide to become a member. Can't go wrong here.

I love this place. You could bring your own food in. You can sit comfortably and watch your kids. Enjoy theirselves in different sections of the facilities. You guys should come on out and try it. They even have his reservations for parties. Had a good price

The whole family had a great time. Reccomend getting the elite membership if you have a big family.. It's the cheapest option and you can go back during the week. I think 2 hours on weekends. Great value.

My 2 year old loves this place. She could be in there for hours on hours if i let her! I like how sometimes things change and they add/take away things. Makes it more fun to visit wondering what might be different from the last time. I like that they have drinks abd food available and it's location puts you next to restaurants to go eat afterwards. Just don't forget your socks at home! Or you'll end up with 10 pairs like us!

This was SO fun for my 4 & 2 year old! We spent 2 hours and they had a blast. It was clean & had a variety of activities. We will absolutely be back!

A great place to take your kiddos! Perfect for getting energy out before nap especially when it is hot outside! Has jump houses and toys for all ages

Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Clovis was a perfect place to take the kids and get them being active physically. What a fun time. Not too many people so there were plenty of obstacles to challenge yourself with there and trampolines to jump on, from one end of the facility to the other. Plenty of employees watching the kids which was nice to see. Just an overall fun family activity to plan for. It is especially a great place when it's not over crowded so today worked out good. Thank you Sky Zone!

Wonderful non stop activities, play, games and adventures. Gabby was the friendliest Jungle Expedition leader! She smiled at every turn, didn’t stop moving and straightening, cleaning, answering phone, re-setting every play area up for next explorer to have their own play experience. I’ll be back when I’m in town. Great Niece had a blast.. and 4 hours wasn’t enough.

Great place for the kids and friendly staff. Only reason I gave it 4 star and not full star is because the baby changing table is inside a stall so had to wait to change my daughter's daiper. I also saw another parent trying to change their child's daiper outside as they couldn't wait. So maybe have the baby changing table out instead of inside a stall where it can be occupied by someone who doesn't need it.

This is a great fun place. The reasons for giving them 3 stars is that: i) supervising staff are rather passive towards teens that can be reckless/inconsiderate of younger participants, ii) I specifically asked for their one month membership package, but they instead kept charging my card till I figured it out!

This place is great! I wish the time slots were a bit longer. But overall the staff is kind and caring. The kids always have a blast and as a parent I feel safe just letting them run off while I relax at a table.

This place was absolutely amazing! So many options and such a huge facility. We took our daughter here for the first time and she absolutely loved it and did not want to leave. They also offer monthly memberships at a great price. Great place to keep kids entertained without being in front of a screen. Will definitely be coming back soon!

We go here so much. My 2 and 4 year old love this place so much. Out of all the kids play places in fresno/clovis this is my kids favorite. So much to do, hours of fun

I am very disappointed to write this review. We’ve had previous birthday parties at this location and never had any issues until today. We encountered multiple problems here and the staff and manager handled it Very unprofessional. When we were asking them to clarify certain things that just didn’t make sense to us they immediately wanted to give us a refund shut us up and have us leave. the staff did a poor job at communicating and assisting with the party. We booked previous parties here before so we knew what to expect we had no host in our room. They changed us party rooms after already decorating. We were told that we could not have decorations up, but they would make an exception for this one time which didn’t make sense to us because we’ve had multiple parties here and we’ve always been able to decorate. The staff was very young and they were constantly talking in groups amongst each other, and did not bringing out pizzas, game cards, waters and would often just disappear and never come back. While our family members were setting up for the party we were told that it would be an additional $150 to have extra people in the room while setting up when that’s never been an issue before. On top of that the staff continuously tried to talk to other family members about an additional charge, even after telling them to redirect their questions to the parents not other people. Therefore, we were a little bit frustrated after dealing with all of this, and we began telling the staff we would like to speak to the manager, which caused the young girls that were helping us with our party to cry, so when the manager came to speak to us, she basically told us that we would have to take all our things and leave with our money back. The biggest issue that I had was that if we were so rude to their staff why were they asking us to leave 20 minutes before the party was over. They only wanted us to leave when we started asking to speak to the manager. That is why it did not make sense to us. They were very careless because they were only concerned about how the staff was treated, but they were not being very understanding when it came to what led up to that. Also, the biggest red flag was that we had many elders and children at this party they called security and accused us of being intoxicated, when none of us were drinking we just felt like that was a way to try to rush us out faster because we were not collecting are things fast enough. My recommendation would be to look somewhere else for a party because if something goes wrong, they will not help you. They will just shove you out and not care about your opinion at all.

I had my sons Party here yesterday evening 6/20/23 from 6-8pm. I cannot RAVE enough about the two host we had! I am so sad I forgot their name. But they were absolutely amazing! I paid the extra $40 to have them decorate (so worth it) They set up everything! I had a problem with our food, it was so late which made us a bit late, so when I got there I was already feeling so defeated and flustered. But these two girls took care of everything and I mean EVERYTHING. From setting up the food and the serving area, putting up my balloon arch I brought, they cut the cake and even gathered up all the gifts after opening them into bigger gift bags so they were easy to transfer. They also gathered up all the food after it was time to go. My family was in awe (we’re usually the ones running around doing everything and it’s exhausting) I wish I would’ve done my daughters parties here all these years because it was so refreshing having to do little to nothing and just enjoy the party and guest! After it was over I left (realized I forgot my cake) and went back. These two young ladies were busting their butts cleaning. One of them was in the play structure wiping it down and disinfecting it. While the other did the same in another area. As a custodian and housekeeper I knew they had a lot of more work to do. And I just want to say Thank you the jungle party house and these two young employees for making this experience so freaking easy for the parents! My little one and our little guests all had a blast!

This is an excellent place for the kids, teens and even some adults. We personally like it because they don't have screens. Kids can thoroughly enjoy themselves and get a little exercise out of it. Their prices to use the facility are reasonable. The snack bar is priced reasonably as well with some decent options. It would be nice if they introduced alcoholic options for adults and some healthier snack options. Overall, if you're trying to keep your kids away from places with bunch of screens. This indoor park is excellent.

My family enjoy coming to No Surrender it gives the kids many activities to do! However after this past weekend I was pretty disappointed…first DO NOT ever rent a room for $150 especially since the AC was not working. We asked them multiple times to turn it on but to no avail our request was not met. Food came 30 min later even though we ordered ahead of time prior to our guests arriving. Pizza was great but the service was poor and mind you this was on a Sunday late afternoon

Rented a party room for a birthday party with laser tag. The food was good, service was fine, and the kids loved laser tag. The big issue we had was you only get the party room for 1 hour and then the kids play laser tags for an hour. Obviously the kids can’t be too full before running around for an hour so we didn’t get to the cupcakes. Well, you can’t serve cake or cupcakes in the regular dining area despite spending plenty of money on the party room for one hour. You also can’t hand out cupcakes to go in the main dining room. You have to stand in the front of the building and hand them out as guests decide to leave, which may or may not be at the same time. Save your money and don’t rent a party room.

First time coming here we had a good experience. The kids loved the adventure land and slides. They also have a place to order food & drinks. We got the fries and Mozzarella Cheese sticks were really good. Lots of space and places to sit. Fun for kids of all ages.

This was the first time I have been to No Surrender, and my daughter had a great time runnin' all around that place. We attended a birthday party for her little friend and the place was a perfect spot for that. With a private birthday room and a very friendly helpful staff the party was a success. After the party my little one wanted to play some more so we stayed an extra couple hours. She was so tired she slept the whole hour long drive home!!! $$ well spent, good time had by all we will definetely return!

Me and my family love this place. Whenever I take my kids to another place that starts with a NS they always end up getting sick, however every time we have the opportunity to visit the jungle house they never get sick! Just a testimony to how clean their facility is.

Took my son for is 2nd bday.. First time being there.. Clean place. Nice people just wish had more playground stations for the little once. Their pizza was really good worth eating it.

It is amazing!!!!!!! So much for the kids to do and the staff is AWESOME!!!!!!!! Super clean play areas and you can even take food in. Also the price is sooo reasonable. I have a home daycare and have taken my kiddos every Wednesday since the beginning of summer.
