Horrible experience typically. Nothing good for the parents to sit on but worst of all they always have items that are broken and don’t disclose anything when booking meaning you can go there to paying full freight not knowing you are getting a couple of items that aren’t usable. Here is just a sample of the disappointing undisclosed unusable items.
This review is based on my kids enjoyment. Sometimes the less enjoyable places for adults are the most enjoyable places for kids. My son liked the foam pit and the swing, he didn't enjoy the ladder as much. And of course he enjoyed all of the trampolines. I will say that the places needs EXTREME UPDATING ASAP! Things were broken, out of order, and there was dirt everywhere.

Plan your children’s party here! this young man has been a great resource and employee of this brand. HE MADE my children’s party a hit with myself for my children and the other parents. We have 6 children of our own and the last two have their parents there and heck we are going to start taking them doing the week and especially during the holiday break. Thank you Get Air and Thank You Dee and your staff for another successful birthday for our children and family see you all again soon.
My kids enjoyed Get Air today. I like that it is less crowded than other nearby trampoline parks, and it is easier to see my kiddos all around the park. We will definitely be back again.
They say that they follow covid policies but there is no actual specific details on what is done. Place is filthy. Bathrooms have been out of order for weeks. Really want to love this place but sad

Came back to try again on a cold day. Same toilet still broken. 1130am on a weekday and evident no one has cleaned from weekend. Planning to report the business bureau, this is just unacceptable sanitation.

This was the second time visiting this location. We attended a six year olds birthday party here. It was a lot of fun! The kids really enjoyed themselves. They had plenty of room to jump and play with their friends. We had pizza and cake. I’m not sure what’s included in the birthday package, but overall it seems like a good spot for a birthday. The restrooms were clean and the pizza was hot! What else can I ask for?
We have been coming to Get Air in Alexandria for several years and my kids (ages 3.5 and 5) have such a great time every visit. There are several different areas to jump, including a space just for smaller toddlers. There are swings, climbing structures, slides, and more. They also play fun, upbeat music which adds to the atmosphere. It's such a great way to get some serious energy out for the whole family. I recommend bringing your kids of all ages here! Just be sure to check the morning schedule for toddler time as only small children, under 46", can jump (a great and safe option for little jumpers!)
I went to get air yesterday, July 7, 2023 for a friends birthday and had the worst experience. Not only was it filthy, but there were no balls for the basketbal hoops, foam pits were not filled, there were a holes, the attraction seemed unsafe. No one watching the kids, and the zip line was broken too. I asked for a manager that was there was no uniform later about an hour in because there was no AC on in the building was super hot. He told me that the AC was dripping in, so they had to cut it off. I then asked him because he paid for 24 hours if I can be refunded for an hour she said no I would like a call or be able to reach out to someone as soon as possible because this experience was the worst ever.
