That was the absolute worst experience ever! Our son called them not once, but twice, to book his birthday party. Can you believe what they said? They actually told him that there was no need to book because Speeders has plenty of space. But let me tell you, the management and customer service were absolutely terrible. We were so disappointed. I wouldn't trust them again, that's for sure.

This place is awesome!!! The instructors are amazing! The amount of time and training the instructors have to do to even be in the tube with you is mind blowing.I cannot say enough good things. I'm so glad we came and will be back everytime we travel.

On April 26 we brought our group of 5 teenagers here. The staff were friendly and professional at checkin and they were great dealing with the teens. Unsafe driving practices were quickly corrected while accidents were correctly judged for what they were--just accidents. There was even a crash which was dealt with professionally; fresh cars brought out for the two involved after making sure everyone was okay. The cars are quite powerful, fast, and 4 races really took a lot of energy and concentration. It was good value and fun for the money spent. Finally, a wallet was left behind and retrieved by staff immediately after we made a call. They saved the day! Thanks to the staff that day. It was a great experience.

If only there was 6+ stars to give. Went with my husband and son, had a great time. Super informative and friendly staff, you feel taken care of. Grant (not Matt) was so fun to be around! Lots of accommodations can be made for health or mobility. We will definitely come back. Yes, it's expensive, but we talked about this for days afterwards.

• Very rude behaviour towards kids.

***Joke is on the management which is not ready to fix things in this arena . They keep height restrictions for adults which is horrendous and unnecessary.
Your management needs to start living in 2024 and fix the problems immediately.***

•They end the race as soon as the first person completes 14 laps , ( rest of the people are buffoons to pay for the races and not being allowed to complete their 14 laps . )

•Do report about their staff and management if you feel discriminated or intimidated in any form .

Personally not recommending this place to anyone .

The price for two people for two flights totalled 160.00 bucks.
Total flight time 2.5 minutes.

Great business for the owner because they nickel and dim you for everything.

20 bucks per person for pictures.
20 bucks per person for higher flights.

If the flight times were longer, I could justify the experience.

But from the time we arrived to completing all the flights was about 30 minutes. 20 minutes preparing, 5 minutes in the tunnel with 6 people, 5 minutes billing you after your flights for all the extras.

This is a get in, get your things and get out type of business.
If you go in with the mindset this is a theme park with your wallet open, you’ll have a good time.

It is very fun and I had a great time there but they should make more places to fly because when I was there I wanted to fly longer but couldn’t because I didn’t booon more.

Easy to find with good parking. Friendly staff. We had a group of 12 so we had to split into 2 groups. The racing was fun but the carts are 1 size fits all. I am tall and it was hard to fit my legs in without accidentally pressing on the brakes making for a few frustrating laps. Overall, the group had a fun time despite the long wait time.

It was my first time and was totally worth it! Had nick for an instructor and he was amazing! I was nervous at the beginning but he was so easy going and eliminated all my doubt. Everyone was super nice, but definitely ask for nick when you go. Can’t emphasize that enough, he was the best.

My son had so much fun, our instructor was Grant and he made sure my son was relax and enjoyed every moment

Great place for Karting. Friendly staff, not too busy even on weekend. Has a pool table Fuss-boll etc. Good for kids birthday parties

The staff are amazing, this place lines up when it opens and the staff were great. 3 stars because it was. Just . So. Dirty.
The floors and the trampolines were terribly dirty, massive dust bunnies, sticky in spots, and just general filth. The bathrooms were the worst. I went and got my shoes to wear to use the washrooms, so my jump socks goodbye get gross.

Entering else was great, good music, family friendly, lots of seating and the equipment seemed to be in good shape.

Location is so bad. Wish I can give a 0 star. First off, my group and I are mostly Asian and we literally got hate-crimed and got called the ch*** slur for NO REASON by another group, and the fact that we had a child with us as well, THAT child had to experience that, which no one should ever even experience. Staff did NOTHING about it even after they were informed when they should have kicked them out?!

It’s so busy here, there aren’t enough staff working in the front. Had a birthday party reserved and we had to wait 30 mins+ past our reservation to be led in our “rooms” or space. We weren’t even provided enough water for all the guests. Food took forever to come. Service is horrible, only checked in once with us and they really expected us to tip them?? Servers should be hired for the party tables because we literally serve ourselves.

Trampoline was fun but only allowed one person per super bouncy trampoline which doesn’t really make sense, it should be allowed for adults, because we know we’re liable and we all literally signed a waiver. Also they over charge for almost $50 if you need to add another guest in, which is SO overpriced and a scam. Also the staff assumed my friend (which was also the birthday girl) was a child and not the reserver, like it’s not your place to assume that is so unprofessional.

I definitely not go to this location ever again. I feel horrible for my friend because it’s her birthday, she reserved it, and she and all her guests had to deal with this.

just had my own birthday party here, if i could i would give this place 0 stars.

first off, the service we got was absolutely terrible. when we got there, we were told that our party host was not there, so we had to wait around 20 minutes to get checked in. however, the same girl that told us we couldnt get checked in earlier was the one who checked us in, so there was virtually no reason why we had to wait 20 minutes. when i did finally get checked in, i was told i had to wait another 20 minutes for our table, but those 20 minutes ended up being around 35-45 minutes, meaning we were able to go to our table late and not at the reserved time. when it was time to go to our table, the workers explicitly asked me where my parents are, when i had previously told them that i was the organizer for my own birthday party. when we did get to the table it was very squished. there were not enough plates, cutlery, and water bottles for the amount of people that i booked for.

when we finally got to jumping around, there was a group of children coming up to my friends and i calling us slurs, such as the c-slur since most of us are asian. i mentioned this to a staff member, even pointing them out, but they did absolutely nothing and shrugged it off. my friends and i were very offended by those childrens actions, but the staff did not seem to care about that.

we were told to only have one person on an advanced trampoline at all times, even though every single one of us were adults, this made us not have as much fun as we should/could have. we signed a waiver and everything, so therefore we know we are liable for anything and we should be able to do what we want.

i was charged more for adding an extra person on the day of than when i was booking it, which is completely unreasonable in my opinion. i was charged $40 online when i was originally booking it, however when i was there today i was charged almost $50 per person when i was adding them. that makes no sense to me because adding one more person should not really affect anything.

the whole place is super crowded. i lost my friends multiple times. children kept running into me and interrupted my jumping by running right in front of me. i understand that the children are trying to have a good time, but i felt like the staff were paying extra attention to my friends and i, even when we were minding our own business, simply because we're older kids.

also, the washrooms are quite literally the worst washrooms i have ever seen in my entire life. myself and another one of my friends ended up throwing up because the smell inside was absolutely terrible. for the price of this place i feel like they should at least be able to afford a febreze air freshener.

overall the service was absolutely terrible. i could not recommend this place to ANYONE. it was a complete waste of not only our time but our money as well.

Just had my daughter's birthday party here, and everything was great. All the kids had a great time.

My son, aged 6 absolutely loves this place. If he was reviewing, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately he isn’t reviewing, I am, and this place makes me feel like a grumpy old man. The last time I was there, I had 3 major problems.

First, they were playing Drake at full blast. Little kids don’t like Drake. Adults don’t like Drake. That music is for drunk people at nightclubs.

Second, my son and his friends were bullied by some older boys who took their ball away by force. I saw what happened and asked the staff to intervene. The staff member seemed confused by my request and would not help, so I intervened myself.

Third, the cafeteria had no actual food for sale. They were preparing pizza for a birthday party and I was told it would be 45 minutes, minimum, to get any pizza for the boys. If the cafeteria is for private events only, just close it to the other customers so you don’t have to disappoint a bunch of hungry 6 year olds. 45 minutes??!!??

Nice place to have fun as adults. A bit of adrenaline, a kart indoor competition and a clean place. The price is also affordable.
In order to receive the results, you’ll need online or on spot registration.

My Daughter had her birthday party at Flying squrill and it was amazing and fun and a decent price $ for all the things you get, she had the best time with her friends!
The staff Is Amazing my only complaint is the wash rooms need more attention & Parking is not the best, Other wise great fun place and fun upbeat staff. My family and I will definitely come back.

Thank you for having such a wonderful place. My son loves cars and races, so he couldn't wait for the moment when he could come here. Today, he was incredibly happy and has been talking about the go-kart experience all day. I absolutely recommend this place without a doubt. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is great.

Daughter had a great birthday, they don't do parties under 10 kids so we just paid for individual kids to play, worked out great!

I’m surprised by any negative reviews. Honestly such an amazing experience. First, on the email confirmation they have the exact time of first race and time for check in. You need to come by that time if first time you could come a bit earlier to register. Staff is young and we found them to be excellent. Everyone was polite rules were clearly stated. They will slow all cars like a safety car in f1 when someone crashes or may need assistance. It’s never done excessively if you are racing you likely won’t see someone crashed and that’s why they need to slow down. We brought two toddlers and they had a blast watching and playing the games there’s a section with sofas as well. We will be back please ignore the negative reviews I would have a hard time believing if you read the email and know when to show up to check in etc that you would have a bad time.
