Only 4 stars because they are not open on Saturday's at all.
I’m not one to rate business bad BUT this is a long time coming. I banked with Mazuma for nearly 10 years and in recent times (I feel like since covid began mainly) they have been trash. They simply do not care about you, you are just a number to them. Excessive fees and will hold a check that has cleared another bank in 2 days for 10 so they can make money off it! Im so happy to be banking with Hawthorne now! They will make a call and do whatever they need to do to ensure your satisfaction. No long holds or anything. Don’t go to Mazuma!

Terrible bank. The mobile app is complete trash, customer support is complete trash. 1 star rating is too high for this pile of garbage you call a CU. I’d rather use a loan shark than this place.
I am a long time member and recently had an amazing experience during my last visit. Victoria worked with me as I made a deposit and she was efficient and exceeded my expectations with her customer service skills. Mazuma already has a great reputation but this location in particular is Top Tier.
I have always had the best experience here at this bank! Madison is always super helpful and loves to help every customer through every step of the way. Anytime I had a question or was unsure about something she would lead me in the right direction!

I opened an account in 2008 but have since moved out of the area. Tracy M is the best to help me via phone and internet service. I know when I call she may be busy, she is in high demand with her friendly nature and vast knowledge, but she always gets back to me as soon as she can! Tracy handles my account and those of my children, we are Mazumans with Tracy for a long as she is available!
Wonderful credit union. Never a negative experience. Always knowledgeable. Always recommend them. Was surprised they have business accounts. Simply the best banking experience ever.
I have been a Mazuma customer for about 20 years. Overall I have received good customer service.
But, today I had an outstanding experience delivered by Cashier Victoria. She truly wanted to help me!

I already have my car loan through Mazuma, but needed to get some cash out of my Mazuma savings account. Though it is a simple transaction, Victoria was the sweetest, most helpful person. She made the trip to the bank a very pleasant experience. She even mentioned the appreciation day coming up, which I will now definitely be stopping by! Thanks Victoria 🙂 I haven’t had one bad experience at any of the locations, very pleased with this credit union.
I would highly recommend Mazuma credit union for your banking needs. Karlene had exceptional customer service and was able to take care of all my banking needs. While there, Memori ensured a great customer experience. Thank you, both for providing great service.
I've used a number of financial institutions across the country over the years and CACU is by far my favorite. I've recommended CACU and a couple of my friends now have accounts here and couldn't be happier. Not sure what's with all the lower reviews, but I suppose not everyone can have a near perfect experience.

I currently have a CACU checking, saving, credit card, auto loan, and personal loan. My SO has a checking, saving, and personal. Both of us are very happy with CACU.

The only problem I've noticed with this location is sometimes the ATMs outside are a bit "laggy" - though they still work so it's not really a big deal. I'd prefer account security over instant response anyway, if I had to make a choice.
I had to get a debit card replaced from everyday use and I wanted one with the same number so I wouldn't have to change all of my auto drafts associated with that card. Abi at the 825 NE Rice Rd Lee's Summit Location said she could get one mailed to me in a few days. Abi is the most incompetent and unprofessional person I have had the displeasure of working with to date. She shut down my currently working card and didn't order a new one to be sent to me like she said she would. I couldn't get gas, food, pay my doctor, make a withdraw, etc. After a few days of this I was able to go back to the branch to find out that my card was shut down and that I didn't access to ANY MONEY, Abi was amused by the whole ordeal. A gentleman whose name I don't recall was able to get me a new card on site, with a new number. Now I get to change every account that was associated with that card. Thank you Abi for making my only day off frustrating and taxing, Karma is going to have a field day with you.
I have to admit, the old CACU was much much better including the old Mattie when they were Yellow Freights Credit Union!!! I really hate the new Mattie and the upgrade, but I hate Innovation anyway. I’m with the Overland Park/Lenexa Branch, been with them since 1998!
They have or had one of the best Security Systems ever, I hope they still do, but with innovation you never know. My only gripe currently is the TRANSACTIONS take to long to transact.
CACU has the WORST overall service. I've had 2 cards get fraud cases on them, and they have never told me what those fraud cases are. When you try to get ahold of a branch NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE spent 30mins on hold and nothing. I've gone through live chat and they gave me a number to call to see what my fraud cases were. Fraud department tells me there is no active fraud. If I didn't have a loan through you mfers I'd leave, this running around in a circle BS is irritating. Why dont you guys inform your customers BEFORE shutting their accounts off, so we aren't sitting on the side of the road out of gas because YOU decide to cancel peoples debit cards. If anyone needs a loan DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS BANK. Don't even bother getting a bank account!

Been with this bank for years, ups and downs but have always paid them and made a weekly deposit, paid off loans you name it never once left myself in a bad standing.
Really needed a courtesy today on a transaction asked Denise in accounting - she said no. I didn't have it in me to ask her for her supervisor as she had me frustrated. I was actually pretty shocked, they collect overdraft fees from individuals who are going through hardship and could care less. It was the nature of her tone, I will be changing my bank soon. The very reason I went to a credit union in the first place was so I felt I was getting grade a customer service. Rules are rules I get that I over-drafted i will start watching closer I could buy a used car with these fees they have charged me through the years they won't give it back don't even ask! Not a valued customer, please don't contact me as you are going to resolve, it is what it is at this point I have been made to feel like a nuisance instead.
I would like to start this out by saying thank you kelly(I believe that's the spelling) and her supervisor (sorry can't remember the name). I have been having a difficult time trying to fix a typo so I could register my car, because the loan was done through MCCU. A lot of dead ends when I called, but as soon as I stepped into this location these two knew what to do and how to fix it. They had the error fixed in a few minutes unlike over the phone which started to take months. Kelly is nice and very good at what she does.
I love this credit union, their staff and tellers! ❤️❤️❤️ I have had positive experiences and wonderful customer service with them! I have been a credit union member with them since 2018. I would definitely recommend them for your financial needs & services!
They had a system "update" that has somehow merged my adult son's accounts to mine, the apps live chat option has kicked me out thrice. These two folks are standing around all chuckles while people are being queued and getting frustrated. My son now has access and has spent my funds and CA local branch is not quite as helpful as a bank should be after such a debacle!
Second time I’ve come to this location and my card gets stuck in the ATM and the screen freezes. So I gotta go park my car. Get my child out of the car. Go get help. Go back and sit in my car and wait for someone to come reboot the machine so I can get my card back. Super frustrating.
TJ was excellent in helping me yesterday. I was so frustrated with poor back office help but he was a great experience and his performance reminded me why I bank there. Professional and productive, he will always be successful.
Tiffany was AMAZING! we were having issues with our mortgage being drafted incorrectly and she was so patient and helpful. We love CACU, switched from bank of America and never looked back!!!
Easily the worst experience I've ever had. Months of no call backs. No emails. Kept me in the dark about my loan payment. Don't choose this CU over any other in town, even if they give you a good rate. I've had better customer service from my cell provider.
Unfortunately,this credit union is not equipped for a Pandemic. They offer no electronic identity verification. There solution was to show up to the bank or drive-thru and expose their staff to Covid-19. Or you can send a letter in the mail and a copy of your ID. In the meantime, my son can't do any online banking. However, the staff is usually very friendly and professional.
The Lees Summit branch is capable with employees in building of printing cards. However they send us to a “traditional” location a few miles away for all issues. This other location is slammed every time I go there. Spending over an hour in line waiting for service each time I’ve gone. These are times when I can’t use the video teller. What is the point of having these people in the branch, with things we need to be able to function and doing nothing everyday. Get this other location some help. As if things aren’t stressful enough with the virus. Very disappointed. People deserve better than waiting an hour and more for services when there is people at other locations.
Definitely a great Credit Union. Love the services. Had some issues but with SRCU, they are quickly resolved. Just super smart and courteous staff. Wife joined cause I kept bragging about my WONDERFUL BANKING EXPERIENCE ☺. I must say... "Best Bank Ever!" Hello CATHY! (Best)

Stopped by to drop a payment in the overnight for my in laws while they were out of town, I really appreciate the lightning after dark. I cant judge on service, so I justify the review only by the overnight deposit box.
After being treated so poorly buy an agent I received a call from a specialist. Not to say of course we can do that small $2000 loan. Instead to hopefully prevent to horrible treatment in the future. Well I don’t care about an operator getting coached to not be rude when she told me my medical debt is my fault when I have healthcare coverage. This institution cares nothing for there members even ones whose have paid there loan payments on time or early for over two years. Nothing to do with community service or understanding.
If I could give zero stars I would. Husband tried speaking with Kathy about his loan application and couldn’t get a word in because she continuously interrupted him and was incredibly rude. He had provided all paperwork originally requested, yet she insisted, rather argumentatively, that he hadn’t. By the time she’d given the option of submitting more paperwork, we’d decided not to work with this credit union. She single-handedly caused us to not be interested in Summit Ridge Credit Union. We’ve already taken our business elsewhere where we were immediately approved.
This has to be the BEST Financial institution i've ever belonged too in my entire life. Since the first day i walked in there and was welcomed by Rachel as if i've been a member there for years. She took the time to explain everything about the accounts, what would suit me best and how it could help me in the long run. About 3 months later I had spoke with a financial adviser named Mackenzie which amazingly enough she brought it to my attention that i can refinance my vehicle and literally helped me save $243 a month with a shorter lease term. 2 months after that i was approved for a high limit low interest credit card(my first credit card) when my last credit union wouldn't even blink an eye at me.
This is more than just a credit union, they are helping me build my life. So yes i highly recommend this location. Accepting & Caring Staff.
I would give this location five stars if they had safe deposit boxes. Outside of that, the staff is very friendly and offers up full service banking. One thing they still don't offer after having asked for two years now is they do not offer Google Pay support. As a credit union, that makes zero sense. Their partner credit unions a few towns away offer Google Pay support and they have fewer branches.

Best Company For Loans!!! Have had a boat loan and 2 Car loans through them and never have any issues. So easy and don't even have to drive down to sign paperwork they can send all paperwork and can sign on smartphone. Amazing.
