Location molto bella e accogliente.
All'arrivo siamo stati accolti con gentilezza le cortesia con un secchiello piccolo e carino di pop-corn in attesa dell'ordine.
Abbiamo ordinato cheeseburger e patate dolci al forno(eccezionali mai mangiate così buone)
Indecisa sulla birra da bere, l'oste ci ha proposto tre "assaggini"di birra .una cortesia poco diffusa ormai. Per me questo è essenziale perché sono una scarsa intenditrice di birra ma cmq amo berla.
Alla fine abbiamo optato per una birra belga che ho trovato davvero buona e dal retrogusto non amaro e fresco. Il conto onestissimo e giusto . Da tornarci con amici.

Most amazing and succulent beef rib I've ever had. Staff very good, selection of beers is fantastic. 5 stars isn't enough!
Awesome Place! Super friendly stuff, really good food! The restaurant is clean and cozy! They even helped us with getting back into town 👍🏻 10/10 pro tip: Spare ribs are to die for! So tender and juicy 👍🏻

What a name....but was not disappointed! Looking for a tiny bar with good vibes, young, nice customer service, bistrot type of food and a beer (IPA but not limited to), well go to Burp!
Burp is a great place to go and hang out with friends. This place has such a nice, relaxed vibe and the staff are really friendly.
They’ve got a nice selection of draft beers, and the food is really good. You can tell that they use high quality ingredients.
The thing I like most about Burp is that their food is different from other restaurants in Bari. There are plenty of places around here where you can get decent pasta dishes and more traditional Italian food. But Burp specializes in American style barbecue. All the meat dishes are cooked low and slow, which results in meat that is super tender and full of flavor without adding a lot of sauce. And, of course, the burgers are also very good.
There are also lots of choices for when you’re not in the mood for meat. They have interesting entrée-sized salads that change with the seasons. And the side dishes are different from the same three or four contorni that you find in nearly every other restaurant in Bari. I especially love the roasted sweet potatoes and corn on the cob, but the others are great, too.
If you can manage, try to save some space for dessert. My favorite is the brownie (which is the only “brownie” I've tasted in Bari that resembles the ones we have in America). The peanut butter cheesecake is also yummy.

Very good food and service! Special recommendation to Dinosaur ribs and cheesecake.
