Came in for an appointment with the barber and asked where he was the lady told me he’s on the way when i asked how long she told me ‘soon’ sat there for an hour then left…Poor customer service the place stinks and is filthy everywhere

Just terrible customer service. No prices and they charge you base on appearance. Lost my edges after getting hair done there.

Writing a complaint on behalf of my cousin because he’s being too nice about it .He went for an appointment to get his dreads done which he had pre organised 6-7 days ago in person and via text message . The day that was scheduled for his appointment she double booked him and made him wait for a length of time by the time he came back , she was still prioritising someone else’s hair despite the pre booked arrangement. That’s so unprofessional!!!! He eventually did get his hair done which they did a great job with but would not come back ! Very poor customer service it’s not respectful of our time and money. Please work on improving your communication and sticking to your word .

Nice place to get your braids done and hair cut.

The lady that did my hair was lovely with a good sense of humor. I was put off by the customer service the salon seem to have when it comes to customers they don't have a sense of urgency when doing other people's hair. Also the owner charges people by face I was charged $250 for box braids with short braids, the hair wasn't even long. I have never seen a salon without prizes for each and every Individual the prize is different. I won't be going back again.

Lovely place but people in this shop should work on customer care.

Lawrence did a great job with my hair. Decent fade to 0.5 Definitely will be a regular from now.
