Wonderful collection and brilliant service from everyone at Lilla Rugs. The staff know everything there is to know about handmade rugs and were happy to spend a long time with us to help us select two very beautiful rugs. Will definitely be coming back again.

Can be tricky when buying online, are the colours true to the picture etc? Firstly the website is very good, easy to navigate and true to the actual rug, secondly if you call Lilla rugs, Camilla and her father have so much experience to guide you through the purchase.

I selected two Tabriz rugs, they are quite stunning and the only problem is, I’d like more!
Arrived a few days after I placed the order, thoroughly wrapped and in a Lilla bag.

I found Kasra rugs via his Ebay shop. I visited his real-life shop in London to meet him and check out the quality of his rugs.
Kas was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. I sent him photos of the rooms we needed rugs for (with rough size requirements) then he sent us lots of photos of rugs via WhatsApp so that we could work out what colours and styles we liked. Once we had whittled things down, he brought a selection to our house for us to try out. He was very transparent on price.

Helpful, knowledgable and very flexible (they bought about 20 rugs to our house for us to try).

Pricing is close to trade and we saved about 65% over what we would have spent in the original carpet shop that we engaged.

I bought a beautiful rug on Saturday, realized it was too small for the space when i got home. I was able to return it and pick out another rug no problem the next day. the owner has an amazing eye and knows exactly what you're looking for. Great service - would highly recommend.

The kilim I took to be cleaned came back ruined, with the colours having bled throughout. I can understand that this happens, but instead of taking responsibility for the problem, the shop owner blamed me for bringing it in like that. He did refund me in the end, but the whole experience was very upsetting. I would recommend taking a photograph of any rug you take to be cleaned before handing it over.
