My recent visit to this Max store left me deeply disappointed. Unfortunately, I encountered a staff member who displayed a judgmental attitude and made inappropriate comments. This behavior made my shopping experience incredibly uncomfortable and unpleasant. It's disheartening to see such unprofessionalism from a store's representative. Additionally, when I sought assistance from the store manager regarding the matter, their lack of helpfulness only exacerbated the situation. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy. Such behavior, coupled with unhelpful management, reflects poorly on the store's reputation and undermines the shopping experience for all patrons.
The representative team was not supportive at all. The representative didn’t even try to check inventory for the available item. And even didn’t try to check In nearby trends store.
I purchased a belt priced at 499 rupees on February 7th, 2024, from Trends, The Capital, Science City, Ahmedabad Branch. Unfortunately, after just two days of use, the upper layer of the belt began to lose its adhesive, and today, on March 4th, 2024, the belt snapped into two pieces. This incident is particularly disappointing given my long-standing loyalty as a customer of Trends for the past seven years. It's disheartening to encounter such poor quality in a product from a brand I have trusted for so long.

Costly and unfortunately only a single billing counter. Need to wait for atleast an hour. Staff will force to purchase more to get gift and coupon issue will take more than hours to incash it.
They don’t tell you about offers and when you go at cashier after you swipe your card then they will tell ..bad staff and illiterate people ..

Mr Ambani himself has a plus size candidate in his life and still they don't have anything in plus size... even they don't have anything that a 60+ year old would like to wear casually or formal wear so basically oldies and fatties are not welcome here

While they offer a wide variety of clothing options, owing to its larger size, the billing process has been a recurring issue. There have been multiple instances where their system encountered problems, causing delays and frustration. Unfortunately, the staff's response and courtesy have often fallen short of expectations, with a lack of empathy evident in the way they handle merchandise.
The most disappointing aspect has been the managerial response, as it appears that they are unable to address these issues effectively. This has resulted in a considerable waste of time and has left me with an overall negative and frustrating shopping experience.

My experience with this outlet is not good at all. I paid Rs 1384 via UPI . The scanner was not functioning that day.. nobody informed that to me ... my money got deducted from my account... but they refused to give the product .. even after 13 days my money is not refunded to my acount .

I recently visited this store and my experience was far from satisfactory. The lack of functioning air conditioning made the shopping environment extremely uncomfortable. I was left sweating and uncomfortable while browsing their products. It's disappointing that a major brand store would overlook such a basic amenity, especially in hot weather. It was nice experience at reliance trends sciencecity branch..all cloths organized in proper way. Trail room placed perfectly so the customer show their cloths to their shopping partner easily after trail.women kurta collection superb. men's tshirt collections quite impressive. Anyone who wants to wear trendy cloths visit at trends.
Men were sitting in the women's trial room. Very shameless of them! Staff was helpful and removed them from the area. This is basic decency but I guess men here have lost it. Pathetic behaviour. Kudos to the staff for making us feel comfortable.
The worst ever trends store I have ever visited and I had decided to stop shopping at trends now. No tailor available for alteration so pants which we bought ,we have cancelled our order. I understand if you don’t have tailor but you inform the cusotmer before buying. The staff are rude. Cusotmer care is least bothered. The security staff asked to sign on the paper where she supposed to write refund amount, but she didn’t wrote. Once I insisted to write amount than she wrote.

Very bad staff members. Chirag the salesman, he suggested me to purchase more as I have purchased garments worth 4200, when I added more garments with total worth 8049. He told that denim that I purchased doesn't support this offer.

Visited the Newly launched show room on 26/4/23. The variety for Women and Men are immense. I was surprised to see such a good variety for Men - which included reputed brands like Lee Cooper and John Player !! The staff is super polite and ready to help you at any time. Billing was also too smooth. Overall, one MUST visit this newly opened Trends Show Room

They have a great variety of clothes especially for females! But compared to the size of the store their trial room is very small and you will have to wait for long time to get your turn. Moreover their baggage deposit counter was closed and there was no one to attend where to submit your personal bags before entering the store.

Just visited today. Wide range of collection for all age group and gender. What I personally loved was the supportive and helpful nature of employees. That you don’t usually experience at other places.

A good place to shop. You will find a wide variety of different fashionable clothes for men, women, and children. But because of the corona, they will not allow any clothing testing for safety purposes. Staff members are also supportive. And the price range is within 1000 so you can easily afford it.
Collection was good and price is worthy. Kids shoe collection was nice but not clothing was less impressive. Menswear and women wear worth the price and with nice quality. Online discount coupons were also available at the moment we visited. Overall it is good for western as well as fusion wear.

It's spacious and not much crowded. You get the new trend cloths for boys, girls, ladies and gents. It's open and follow all covid norms like temp. Check, mask, social distancing and no trial. Love to shop at trends

They only allowed 25 people inside the store, and if it's reached the capacity they ask the new customers to wait at the Gate standing. Their POS system not accept any international Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards. No discount offered even in this pandemic of covid19. It's located right inside of 10 Acre mall in Raipur, Kankariya area. You have to pay for parking Rs. 10 for two wheeler & Rs. 30 for four wheeler. It's free if you returned back within 1 hour of time. Associates are not much helpful as well as very long waiting time at the point of sales. They should have better discount on products offered, less waiting time at the point of sales as well as more enthusiastic sales associate on the floor to help the customers.
A good store by max retail, you will find everything for men, women & kids too. It has all kind of wears starting from finals, causals, active wear & even winter wear at same place. That also have their own reward points mechanism if you are a frequent visitor.
Max is always a nice place to shop. They always have hug collections. In short if u want to buy a good clothing items with affordable prices go for it. Yeah, but try to go in weekdays because of rush.

This is big reliance trend store in science city. It is just few steps away from science city. This is full of latest designs and good brands. It is full fledged showroom, equipped with all the facilities. Even they have wheelchair ♿ accessibility also. Good in all respect.
