Ich bin zu Dolzer, weil ich mit einer relativ sportlichen Figur in keinen Anzug von der Stange passe. Trotz meines spontanen Besuches wurde ich super beraten und es wurde direkt Maß genommen.
Beim zweiten Besuch mussten nur noch kleine Korrekturen gemacht werden, die ich als Laie nicht mal gesehen habe, und jetzt sitzt der Anzug super. Sie zwängen einem nichts auf. So wurden mir für bspw meine Krawatte ein anderer Laden empfohlen, da es dort passendere Farben geben soll.

Die Naht der Bluse hat sich nach einem Mal Tragen bereits gelöst. Gepaart mit dem höchst unfreundlichen Personal in der Filiale ist das kein gutes Zeugnis für den Laden. Schade! Er hätte ja viel Potenzial.

Die Beratung und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Absolut enttäuschend war für mich als langjähriger Kunde (ca. 15 Jahre) die Auswahkl der Stoffe und die Preise. Eine echte Frechheit. Gewohnt bin ich hier von Dolzer eine viel bessere und atraktiveres Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für mich leider keine Option mehr. Der Eigentümerwechsel hat Dolzer nicht gutgetan. Schade!

The worst experience I’ve ever had. My german fiance and I went to Dolzer to find him a suit for our wedding. I don’t speak fluent german. The lady with a giant flower on her hair forgot her manners and as soon as I asked them if they speak in English, the only communication she had with me was a rude and rhetorical: Nein!?! After that she only communicated with my fiance in a very rude way where he felt extremely uncomfortable. Her colleague who can speak in English joined us and said in German: If she can’t understand, that’s her problem. Nobody tried to include me in the process, no eye contact as if the bride doesn’t deserve respect because she’s not fluent in german. I don’t know what kind of a rude world you’re living in, but let me teach you one or two things for free here if you’re capable of grasping anything 😉 If you wanna sell something to a customer, be simply nice. Right after your rude attitude, we went to Kadewe for a suit. You see, you’re easily replaceable especially for customers that came to spend thousands of euro in your “proud” store. Second: if you don’t speak in English in an International city like Berlin, be kind enough to have at least eye contact with the person rather than saying: if she doesn’t understand, that’s her problem. I’ll make sure to share my experience in every possible platform so people would know how incapable you are as a store. I suggest your business to fire all of your rude employees who don’t want to sell anything anyway if you want to protect your brand’s last two cents worth reputation.

I went there because I needed a dress for a mask ball, and I couldn’t have been more happy. It was kind of last minute, but I got an appointment easily. It got even easier after that- I found the perfect dress within the first 15 minutes - I told Agnieszka the direction I wanted to go in and my new dress was among the first three she brought. I couldn’t have been more happy - particularly as I got quite a few compliments at the ball for the dress;) oh, and last but not least- the price was more than fair. I will definitely come back when it’s time for the next dress!!

Eating a big slice of humble pie right now! I went to this shop without big expectations after having been to all the luxury wedding shops in Berlin. Cruz was the last place I had wanted to go to find my wedding dress. Was I wrong! Not only did I have the most fantastic experience here, but the sales associate was knowledgable, great with my friends, and extremely helpful. This was by far better than every experience I had at kaviar gausche and zo and willow. Highly recommend, happy I went, and even more thrilled that I found my dream wedding dress at this shop. They deserve it!

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren unglaublich nett und kompetent, für die Beratung haben sie sich viel Zeit genommen und mir dabei geholfen, meinen Prinzessinnen-Traum vom Abiballkleid zu erfüllen :)
Die Auswahl war groß und die Kleider so schön, dass ich mich kaum entscheiden konnte. Im Laden habe ich mich durch den lieben Service total sicher gefühlt.

Ästhetischer Laden mit viel Auswahl an wunderschönen und hochwertigen Kleidern. Telefonisch sehr gut erreichbar und auch vor Ort eine tolle Atmosphäre. Super flexibel und freundlich. Meine Schwester war beim zweiten Besuch und Kauf nicht vor Ort und trotzdem konnten wir durch die Beratung die perfekte Größe für sie finden.
Es wird sich viel Zeit für die individuelle Beratung der Kund*innen genommen. Nur weiterzuempfehlen!!!

Sie haben sich sehr viel Zeit bei der Beratung genommen und das Klima im Geschäft war insgesamt entspannt und freundlich. Ich brauchte mein Kleid sehr schnell, weshalb noch in der Nacht zum Sonntag die Änderungen geschneidert wurden. Das nenne ich gute Kundenbetreuung!

Simply amazing experience! Shout out to Désirée, who was an absolutely incredible bridal consultant. She clearly has an enormous amount of experience and knows what she’s doing! With super attention to detail and my needs, she recommended a number of beautiful dresses very in line with what I was seeking. She was caring, helpful, and really went above and beyond, giving me useful advice and opinions but never being pushy. I am so happy there are people like Désirée out there making brides’ dreams come true! I would definitely recommend this shop to brides.

Of note, the prices are a bit higher than other shops for comparable designer dresses, and taking pictures of the dresses while trying on is not allowed. I still give 5 stars though, because the customer focus and experience was so great!

A dream come true! Beautiful dresses and gowns… Highly recommended for special occasions such as weddings, balls, graduations and the like. The prices are very competitive, and, astoundingly, not higher than online offers. However, the quality and selection of the gowns is much superior. An additional plus that makes it totally worth visiting the brick and mortar shop is the service. The engagement, kindness, sincerity, professionalism and good taste of these super friendly women made my 15-year old daughter feel like a real princess. For me, it was a wonderful experience to see my beautiful daughter in that green dress that matched her eyes, being treated like royalty for a day. Thank you!

They forgot to mention we need to ask for shirt while ordering a full custom made siut. So we ended up with a wedding siut without the shirt. Lady kindly told us that there are shops in the area where we can buy a shirt if we need it...

A the begging we were served by a very nice man who is starting to work there and haven't became rude yet. It was a pleasure to work with him.

The attention was very helpful and kind. They have variety and all kind of gowns. The attention was in English wich I value and finally I found my wedding dress. The only thing I didn't like is they don't allow pictures and is hard when your family is not in Berlin and you want to share the experience.

Crusz provides the best services when you are choosing your gown. They have gowns for all occasions starting from Wedding Gowns, Prom gowns, Party Gowns and what not. There are sections for matching shoes and accessories as well.
We went to choose the wedding gown for our friend and the girl helping us was quite understanding.
We picked around 7-8 dresses and had tried all of them and she patiently helped us with the entire procedure. We had a good time, sipping prosecco and choosing gowns.
They have a huge variety of designs to choose form and also they can get you custom made gowns if you inform them from before hand. Booking a prior appointment is recommended to have flawless services. In case you are not buying you have to pay a service charge of 40 Euros for trying out the dresses. It is quite fair I guess.
The décor is quite classy and as it's located just by U Spittlemarkt, it's easily reachable. They have dresses for all economic ranges. Also, with the purchase, you get a lot of coupons and vouchers that can be used for next purchase.
They have rings, a little collection for men suiting, jewellery, veils and what not. It's like the one stop shop for your wedding outfit collection.

Very nice shop :) There are a lot of options and the owner (I think it was the owner), she was really nice and helped us pick other dresses. There are long dresses, short ones and even a small section for brides.

An unrelated website called Kleider.store stated wrongly that Crusz rents gown. I went there and we all found that out. The staff at Crusz, specially Maria, was very apologetic even though it is clearly not the brands fault. She would still patiently show me the dresses and share information with me. This is absolutely great customer care.

Schöne Preise, schöne Kleider kann man nichts aussetzten und ist auch zum weiter empfehlen.
Aber ich persönliche finde die Besitzerin einfach von der Ausstrahlung ekelhaft... der Hund ist auch immer da Erklärt auch den Geruch des Ladens..
Das schöne Kleid was man holt muss man 2x mal waschen nur damit es nicht mehr nach der Besitzerin und dem Hund müffelt...
Fazit ist sehr schöne Kleider und Preise, aber sehr eklige Verkäuferin.

I bought a dress for my ball here a few weeks ago. The staff goes out of their way to help you find the perfect dress, and they're all really accommodating and kind! Very large selection of dresses as well. Even though I couldn't wear it this year I'm looking forward to showing it off next time!!

Bought my wedding dress here, the first one I tried! Loved it! So beautiful. The dresses are pricey, but definitely unique looking. The tailor Svea is so nice and makes you feel very welcoming. Definitely the place to go for a special occasion dress.

Good tailor. I have been going there for years now, mostly because of the friendly staff. For your first visit, looking for a new suit, I recommend that you take your time and think about what is important for you by designing you suit, to avoid later regrets. But the staff will guide you trough the process.

As usual, an amazing service, friendly, a large collection of fabrics to choose from and always smiling. Happy to return.

As a Dresses big fan I wasn't disappointed by this amazing store ! The shop seems at first really small but there is actually a lot of choice. The saleswomen are really sweet, available for the customers and give really good advices. I really recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an evening dress in Berlin !
