Eating a big slice of humble pie right now! I went to this shop without big expectations after having been to all the luxury wedding shops in Berlin. Cruz was the last place I had wanted to go to find my wedding dress. Was I wrong! Not only did I have the most fantastic experience here, but the sales associate was knowledgable, great with my friends, and extremely helpful. This was by far better than every experience I had at kaviar gausche and zo and willow. Highly recommend, happy I went, and even more thrilled that I found my dream wedding dress at this shop. They deserve it!

Simply amazing experience! Shout out to Désirée, who was an absolutely incredible bridal consultant. She clearly has an enormous amount of experience and knows what she’s doing! With super attention to detail and my needs, she recommended a number of beautiful dresses very in line with what I was seeking. She was caring, helpful, and really went above and beyond, giving me useful advice and opinions but never being pushy. I am so happy there are people like Désirée out there making brides’ dreams come true! I would definitely recommend this shop to brides.

Of note, the prices are a bit higher than other shops for comparable designer dresses, and taking pictures of the dresses while trying on is not allowed. I still give 5 stars though, because the customer focus and experience was so great!

The attention was very helpful and kind. They have variety and all kind of gowns. The attention was in English wich I value and finally I found my wedding dress. The only thing I didn't like is they don't allow pictures and is hard when your family is not in Berlin and you want to share the experience.

Crusz provides the best services when you are choosing your gown. They have gowns for all occasions starting from Wedding Gowns, Prom gowns, Party Gowns and what not. There are sections for matching shoes and accessories as well.
We went to choose the wedding gown for our friend and the girl helping us was quite understanding.
We picked around 7-8 dresses and had tried all of them and she patiently helped us with the entire procedure. We had a good time, sipping prosecco and choosing gowns.
They have a huge variety of designs to choose form and also they can get you custom made gowns if you inform them from before hand. Booking a prior appointment is recommended to have flawless services. In case you are not buying you have to pay a service charge of 40 Euros for trying out the dresses. It is quite fair I guess.
The décor is quite classy and as it's located just by U Spittlemarkt, it's easily reachable. They have dresses for all economic ranges. Also, with the purchase, you get a lot of coupons and vouchers that can be used for next purchase.
They have rings, a little collection for men suiting, jewellery, veils and what not. It's like the one stop shop for your wedding outfit collection.

An unrelated website called Kleider.store stated wrongly that Crusz rents gown. I went there and we all found that out. The staff at Crusz, specially Maria, was very apologetic even though it is clearly not the brands fault. She would still patiently show me the dresses and share information with me. This is absolutely great customer care.
