Love this location!. Not so much about the products but about the great service from all the ladies that I receive each time I visited (over 20x). From day one they have always tried to help me resolve any concerns I had. Normally I don't give 5 stars but this location in my opinion deserves it. Keep it up ladies!!
Writing this review to give a shout-out to Iris working at Fossil Outlet in Vaughan Mills. She was extremely helpful and did a commendable job at helping me find the right product and also was thorough while engraving it, adding elements from her expertise. Always nice to see someone who is good at their job and enjoy doing it. Cheers! Good luck!!

Staff was very welcoming and greeted me upon entering the store. I was a bit in rush and had few options already in mind. Darshil helped me look at those options quickly and explained all the options with pricing. He also helped me quickly complete with the purchase of it and resizing the chain/band.

Please, do not waste your time and come into this store. Extremely unprofessional and rude, ESPECIALLY the manager who quite literally prefers for you to leave their store instead of buying something. I obviously don’t expect the best customer service in the world, I understand as humans we all have bad days, but they are so incredibly rude here it makes you want to leave immediately. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs.
Worst after sale service. I went to get a $1500 watch malfunction within 11 months of purchase and was told I need to deal with Movado myself and mail out the watch myself at my pwn cost. Definitely never buying a movado again!
Had a great experience. Very cheap compared to other Michael Kors locations. It felt like an adventure trying to find great deal after boxing day. This is what I recommend.

Very bad quality. I bought a leather watch from the store for black Friday, within 20 days the leather worn out. Staff's in the store saying that leather are not covered in the warranty. What is the point of buying the leather watch if it's going wear out within a month.

This store is one of the worst watch store ever visited in Canada. The store policies are junk. I had the worst shopping experience. They don’t even provide refund or store credit if returning anything. They just impose their selling policies on customers. Not recommended to friends and family.

This one star =0. We had a very bad experience shopping at this store. Return policy is the worst one. Unhelpful and unwilling to make a return less than 24 hours after purchase. Would not recommend shopping here as their prices are also very inflated. Will never do shopping again there.

I wish I can give 0 . Customer service it’s the worst. Nightmare of store policies. They don’t refund only exchange for equal or more valued merchandise. They will also force you to choose on the spot, won’t even show courtesy to provide any store credit or merchandise card.
Be carful if you gonna puschase something on this store make sure to ask about return policy.

I have never been more dissatisfied with a retail store in my life. I was shopping for 6 bags and a woman named Christina was rushing me and making comments to the other workers about me. Extremely unprofessional, she even went to 2 other woman whose names I also got (Diana and Jess) and all 3 of them were laughing at me either because of my accent or something else. If it wasn’t for the kind lady at the desk I would’ve have lost my marbles on the other women. The kind young lady at the desk named sogna was so nice to me she honestly turned my experience around. I am going to take this matter to corporate and make sure Christina and the others face some sort of justice. As for Sogna she deserves to be the manager at Michael Kors.

Purchased a very expensive leather wallet a few years ago (not at this location). Still beautiful on the outside, the inside is peeling away. Shouldn't it be leather on the inside as well? Not happy at all
Most rude manager you will ever get in any store. I purchased 2 bags today and was looking for another. They had it in display, all other employees tried to help to see if they can get that bag for me. But the manager was straight rude in the face with just a “No” as an answer. I understand you may not be able to give stuffs from display but you have to behave properly with your customers. Never going back to this store.
I went there to choose a bag for my moms surprise birthday party. I was immediately greeted by SANA with smile. I was not sure what style to choose from as they have a great collection. So, she helped me to choose the right bag by asking me the right questions about my mom, her style, her interests in fashion, etc. I found her way of helping me very professional because she was very patient and not pushy at all. I stopped at MK and left the mall after my purchase!! super easy and probably the quickest gift purchase ever thanks to her!!!

Very horrible experience. I was humiliated by one of their sales clerks when I had actually not asked for her help. When I saw her looking down on me with condescension, I even stepped back to avoid her but she insisted to step forward to shame me in public when I had done nothing wrong. I was polite, appropriately dressed, and did nothing to deserve mistreatment - she shamed me for who I am, not for anything I did. She did apologize. Then I left the store immediately, buying nothing. I contacted Michael Kors customer service about training their staff better to treat people equally.. and while they did reply and apologize, they did not agree to re-train their staff to treat customers fairly regardless of age and gender. I was a regular customer, not anymore. They lost money today. I wish I could give them a zero.

Love the store, great customer service. The manager at the store is very friendly and well educated about the watch. If I remembered correctly. his name is Vivek.
Very horrible experience by the manager she was very rude and not friendly at all. I asked if they can price match a wallet to the online website she completely refused saying that they don’t. There’s a nicer way to say no rather than be aggressive about it. This kind of customer service is not something you expect at a high end store like Michael Kors. This type of customer service pushes us to not purchase things from their anymore

I wish I can give 0 . Customer service it’s the worst. We try to refund a watch in less than 24 h of the purchase and was nightmare. First they don’t have a policy to show it’s everything final sale. No advertising… nothing. When we got the watch the didn’t mention it’s final sale but when we try to return turns final sale. The store manager Dylan it’s very rude and he accused my son to try to return the watch because he had used a night before( a serious accusation made without even having opened the box to check the watch and proved it’s used).
When I asked to see the store policy where it was written that all purchases are final sale he didn't have a copy and another thing if you look on the website there's nothing written about final sale.
Be carful if you gonna puschase something on this store make sure to ask about return policy.
Service was excellent. Went in with 2 watches to replace batteries and they did it while I waited. The manager pressure tested the watches Before & After replacement and the The price was very reasonable.
They have a very nice store with an incredible selection of watches. Highly recommended
We shopped for Christmas and after many stops ended at MOVADO
The young man did an amazing job charming us and selecting and describing. All around a well spoken very polite and knowledgeable person. Kudos. We ended buying quite a few watches as gifts

The staff does a great great job! They surely can be overwhelmed at times considering peak hours. But they are sweet and will go the extra mile to help you with the decision making.

I would like to point out Rafi who helped me with the watch collection and his advice. Great friendly nature.

Also have ample variety for bags got a few at amazing prices.
