I scheduled an appointment with the doctor and, coincidentally, they contacted me to confirm my daughter's one-year check-up the day before. I checked in my child and proceeded to the adult section to inquire about some information. There was only one person ahead of me in line, and I waited patiently for 20 minutes while the assistant and patient engaged in an unrelated conversation. A person behind me became agitated due to the prolonged wait and had to raise her voice to get attention. Notably, it was my turn next, but the assistant neglected to ask me the purpose of my visit. Instead, she disregarded me and attended to the person who was yelling. I chose to leave without being seen and canceled my appointment for the following day. Ironically, when I brought my daughter in for her scheduled appointment, they informed me that it was unnecessary, despite numerous confirmation calls throughout the week. I found this experience to be highly unprofessional. Having been a patient at this facility for years, I have noticed a significant decline in the level of respect and courtesy displayed by the staff in the adult section. In contrast, the pediatric section, although sometimes experiencing delays, has consistently provided a positive experience, thanks to my daughter's doctor and the assistants.

I went to this doctor offices with abdominal pain that I thought was just constipation I seen doctor Iwona Zarzecka. Who felt my stomach and told me I need to go to the emergency room immediately because I have appendicitis! I went to the emergency room and sure enough that’s exactly what it is. So grateful I went and she took the time to listen and really figure out what was going on with me !! Thank you so much

I don't know why they always treat people here like they are beggars, there is always a dilemma with appointments, several times they have cancelled appointments, or I have quotas and when I go I don't have an appointment, Today I went to the Dentist and after waiting for two hours, they call me that the doctor is not going to see me because she only sees patients until 12:00 pm, when I arrived at 10:40 am, they call me at 1:00 pm to tell me that they will give me another appointment because she is not going to see me, it is true that it is a community center, for people who do not have insurance, but it is not charity because we pay for a service anyway, it is NOT FREE, and more than money, people deserve respect, our time, our dignity as people, we deserve to be treated with dignity. Honestly, I do not plan to return, because even if I need the service, when they throw you on the floor you should know that it is not the right place

I recently visited Newark Community Health Centers and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I appreciated the efficient service. The healthcare providers were knowledgeable and took the time to address all my concerns. Overall, I highly recommend Newark Community Health Centers for anyone seeking quality healthcare in the area.

The absolute worst doctors office ever!! I had a 12:15 appointment i came at 11:40 and wasn't seen and it was 2:30 and the staff comes out the room to say the doctor is leaving shortly and then starts calling patients that came in AFTER ME!! BOTH DOCTORS START CALLINT PATIENTS THAT CAME IN AFTER ME. The same thing happened last year to see my primary doctor . I had a cold and cough for about 5months I waited for an appointment and then when I got one had to wait to be seen for 3 or 4 hours that I ended up leaving to pick my children up from school. They have a number on the wall to call if your appointment wait time is passed 45mins and when you call they say that extension isn't valid. Never coming back here.

My pregnant girlfriend had an appointment at 9:30am. Took 2 hours to be seeing by the Doctor. My girlfriend complained about pain around her tailbone and if she could get a referral to be checked as the pain is severe. The repugnant Doctor responded with "this is a government clinic and maybe you should have taken your baby out or had an operation not to get pregnant". My girlfriend almost cried. Terrible comment to make, especially coming from a doctor.

I've had a great experience going to this place. I don't wait long at all and the doctors, nurses, and front desk people are all very nice. They make sure to listen to what I'm concerned about and then get me any referrals that I need to see any specialist. They also have a lab, gyno, and other doctors in the building so when I needed to have my blood taken it was right there and was fast as well. I definitely recommend anyone to try them out even if you've had a bad experience in the past it seems like they've gotten better with their care. I don't have anything bad to say about this place.

In between insurance at this time and my husband needed a filling. They were very nice, attentive, and cost effective for us. Very thankful to have found this health center! Will be sure to donate when I start my new job.
