The booking was so easy online. The staff was very helpful. Doctor was experienced. There was no waiting. Everything was in the same building and the X-ray staff was very good. Overall its good place and recommended place for Immigration medical exam.

I recently went for my immigration medical exam and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly nice and professional. The entire process, including blood work, X-ray, examinations, and paperwork, was completed within 30 minutes. I was impressed with the efficiency and organization. Highly recommended for anyone needing an immigration medical exam!

Its very Easy to get online booking , they have lots of availability of appointments to choose from. And everything is located in one building you dont have to worry to transfer to another place.. and the most especial experienced i have here is their Great Doctor who got my blood sample in one try.. She's a Sharp shooter! And very fast , She's really amazing , friendly & very accommodating!! Keep up the Good work Doc.🫰🙏 And Also all the staff there have a Good service! Visiting the panel physician for my parents' medical exam was a breeze! The experience was top-notch, with plenty of available appointment options, no waiting time, and ample parking space. Everything we needed was conveniently located in the same building. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The doctor was fantastic, providing thorough and professional care. Overall, a five-star experience that I highly recommend!

The staff is friendly... and that's the end of the +. My wife and I were marinated there for 2.5 hours. The room is not equipped for a long wait. There are not enough chairs for everyone. There is no place to leave outerwear. This is not sunny Spain for you. People don't come in T-shirts! Why do you need to register online every 10 minutes, if the procedure cannot take less than 20 minutes. There is no toilet in the room, but the one on the floor... to put it mildly, is not brilliant. After the visit, I wanted to not only wash my hands. The price is not high, the same as in 20 neighboring Panels. I can't compare it with other institutions in Canada, I haven't been here long. I can estimate somewhere in the middle between Greece and Montenegro and definitely worse than in Albania or any European country. Even in France you don't feel so bad. PEOPLE IS THIS A PRIVATE CLINIC?!

The staff were very nice and courteous. The Doctor is petite but with a large heart. She tends to go extra mile to make you comfortable while doing her job. The ladies at the reception were very friendly, polite and nice. But kindly make your prices total on your website. Most clients didn’t know about X-ray payment until they got there.
The staff at X-ray department are so professional.
I really recommend this place for anyone who wants to do medical examinations.

Ruuuuddddeee people at the front desk. 5 mins late because of bad weather and they want to charge you $60. Don't bother go to a different practice.

I don’t understand where the good reviews are coming from. The staff overbooks and don’t respect the order of the actual booking. I had an appointment for 5, and ended up being called for the examination at around 7:30. The staff was calling people who arrived late first, and did not respect my original appointment time. The staff is also rude and unprofessional through the phone when trying to book and when asking about personal inquiries. Overall I wouldn’t suggest coming to this location as you might be misguided by their ratings.

I have been a patient for a few years now. I must say Dr. Reipas is amazing!. She cares for myself and my family. She is very caring, efficient, and with a strong commitment to her patients. We are very happy to have her as our family physician.

There is a reason why this place is rated 2.7.. An absolutely terrible clinic. Never repeat list. The receptionist (wears glasses) is the rudest, most unprofessional customer service worker I’ve ever seen. No doctors available. Though the clinic opens at 10, there is no doctor until 11am. So why open at 10? Absolutely terrible. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I like this clinic, in my opinion, this center is one of the best clinics that I have gone to. professional team, and affordable prices in a beautiful place.

Paid $70 for one laser session last year, this year i was charged $220 for same by Nada. When i asked why such a price hike she said this is the Canada we live in. I have yet to seen a price list from her, fees are made up on the spot.

Staff was very professional, very polite and kind. The experience with janet was amazing! I recommend her to everyone!

Waited 10 min., saw the doctor very quick and efficient. The receptionist was kind. I needed to see a specialist and was easily given my referral letters. Received my results in a week and had the doctor go through it in detail. Would highly recommend going during off peak time, excellent experience, got what I needed without fuss

Had wonderful experience at this clinic.This clinic was recommended by my friend, and now I am a regular patient of Dr. Amin.. done really, very good job .. so naturally done ..I highly recommend him so humble to the patients and very professional, and so knowledgeable.. 👍🏻

I have been going to Don valley medical for 35 years, everyone is kind, caring and professional here. The facility is very clean and has a friendly vibe. Our favorite is Dr. Brcic he is wonderful and gives you the time you need at each visit. Yay Dr. Brcic you rock!

The office is located on the lower level just hang a right after the life labs and walk down the hall. A pharmacy is located here for easy prescription filling and they hae xray and breast testing on the same lower level.

I highly recommend this group of Doctors!

Its unbelievable that you have to wait for your appointment. The long you wait the long you have to pay more money. Sucks really .and the parking is 3.25 per 20 minutes and the machine does not take debit? And one more thing receptionists are not friendly at all.

Long story short, This clinic accidentally ripped off my friend, a Ukrainian refugee who worked for months in another country, for less than our minimum wage, to make enough money to come here, then refused to refund him or acknowledge their mistakes. It took my friend months to make what the doctor took from him in minutes.

When I asked if this was unit 18, the receptionist said "yes", when I asked the doctor if this was the place that was was a panel clinic, he said "I'm not sure, we've only been open two weeks, probably". He also said that if there were any problems, he would provide what ever extra documents we needed. That didn't matter because this place wasn't even a panel clinic,.which we needed. When we asked for a refund because we were misguided, we were transferred to the manager who got rude with me when I attempted to explain what had happened. Then I was transferred back to the receptionist who asked me to call back later and hung up on me. When I came in person to get this resolved, the manager sent me to the receptionist, who called the doctor, who told me, he had "heard about the kufufle" and eventually after us telling him that we were misinformed, he said "regardless of what the issue is, the work is done and we won't be refunding you".

I'd give zero stars if I could, they straight up scammed us.

I’d like to thank Dr.Janet Mahdjouri for her awesome and amazing work . She’s an experienced Dr and her kindness and professional work is why I choose to go to her . She knows what suits your face and give be best advices her prices are reasonable and definitely one of the most caring person that I’ve ever met .

I would like to thank Dr. Semsar. He is very knowledgeable, kind and a very patient doctor. He has a very professional team provides excellent care. The clinic offers variety health care and aesthetic services. Highly recommended.

I walked in for the first time and spoke to the receptionist if there is a possibility I can see a doctor, she asked for the purpose of my visit . I informed her my concern she immediately responded in a condescending tone and refused to accommodate.
She told me to come back at later time.
The receptionist neither asked for identification or any sort of contact info to follow up. It didn’t seem professional in fact a bit discriminatory. The tone she used and the behaviour she portrayed was alarming as if I should know not to come In at certain time of business operation at a walk in clinic.

I don't have much experience compared to this clinic, but my experience with this one was good enough. Dr.Kasianik is such a great doctor with a great heart. She helped me a lot, explained my X-ray results in detail, and tried to comfort me as well(since I was worried too much). She gave me the feelings she is doing her best to take care of her patients. The receptionist weren't rude at all😂 they were all nice + the pharmacists too!

They lost one of their best when Dr. Sharon Levy retired. Her replacement has a specialty of gas lighting the patient and their family. I’m not sure how a brilliant physician such as Dr. Levy could have fallen for the “caring and patient” physician who took her place. Over 2 decades with DVM associates and we’ve never been more relieved to have severed ties

I've been seeing Dr. Lorenne Doucet for several years now and she is very attentive and thorough . All of the staff at this facility are knowledgeable and helpful.

I did PRP & Meso therapy in green clinic with Neda Javid. She is the best. I’ve been geti g treatment for 2 years now and the result is phenomenal. She is great, the way she is doing PRP is great. No pain very nice person :)

Receptionist at this clinic are the worse. Disrespectful and rude minus the one Receptionist Shannon who's wonderful, patient and kind .
Dr. Catherine kelley has been my doctor for years and I have nothing nice to say about her. She's fake, makes you wait for over an hour to see her in her office. I rather be waiting in the waiting area especially when I'm there for a check up . I don't appreciate waiting an hours in her office in a Flimsy gown.
She's never around, she's always seems to be on vacation or fully booked. I know she's not for I have seen her apt for the day on her computer which is only 5 patients a day . So I'm not sure why we have to wait over an hour to see her .
She never seem concerned or listen to your issue but ponds you off with medication or specialist you don't need .
I have called her office several times to see her about my health and she can't be bothered to return my calls that week or at all .
I'm very disappointed

DR. Kavita is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. She will never listen to every word you say seriously. She just wants to send you away quickly.

This is also the messiest clinic I have ever seen. She will put all kinds of messy things together. You will be in a small room with piles of trash, cotton swabs, medicines, needles, and various inspection equipment.

Please don’t make trouble for yourself, please read Google reviews carefully before going in, especially in recent months, and then decide whether to go in or not.

Older but clean, well organized building with mostly medical professionals. Lots of paid parkings onsite. Price could be a bit more expensive if parking for short time. 15 minutes grace period for drop-offs, $3.25 per 20 minutes or less, $12 daily maximum, $5 weekend/holiday. Free parking at IKEA or Canadian Tire nearby, but approximately 10-15 minutes walk. Easy access by car, bus or subway.

Obviously your experience will very much depend on your doctor, but Dr. Chaudhry is one of the best I’ve ever had. He is extremely attentive to my concerns and doesn’t dismiss me like many others I’ve had in the past. I have a lot going on and he takes a holistic approach to all of it while considering my psychiatric treatment. The clinic staff was also very courteous and efficient. I didn’t have to wait very long at all. This was my first in-person appointment and it went very smoothly.

Avoid signing up to see the doctors at this place. They are EXTREMELY and I cannot stress this enough EXTREMELY RUDE especially Dr. Alice Chan. I may be young but I have been to several doctors in my life with my medical issues and I have never met one that hold a petty grudge every time I go there. She take 0 time with patients to listen to what they've come in for. It's like a shuttle game for her and few other doctors. The only savings grace to this place is the administration team that keep things on the ball. If I could switch doctors I 1000% would but no one in North York are taking new patients. So will continue to go to a walk-in clinic than go to her!

BEWARE! I think they are intentionally set up to force people to pay for parking. I dropped my mum off and then when I tried to exit I had only one option : THEOUGH THE PAID PARKING LOT. No other way out. Once you drive in you learn that you cannot drive out the same way - one way sign.. No sign at street entrance to say that there is no exit. How is this legal? I ignored the signs, made a bunch of people back up and drove out the way I came in.

Dr. Aram is incredibly down to earth and he is super friendly. The whole check up process is smooth and the way he interact with people is just comforting. Although the Clinic is rather small but the whole experience is good. I was there for a immigration visit and the entire visit was safe and respected.

I am seriously considering him to be my family doctor.

The security in the front definitely needs some help mentally I must say the way he treated my parents today standing in front of there car wow .. I have never seen this before he was very aggressive and rude definitely not fit for this job specially having all elderly people going in and out for doctor visits.

I will not let this matter go until management gets hold of me to address this situation to not ever allow someone else go theru what we went thru today.

Really bad setup for dropping off a patient. Either you have to exit by going the wrong way on the one-way driveway in, or you have to go through a paid parking lot. It gives the impression that they are trying to extort parking fees just for dropping off a patient. Inevitably more than one of us were exiting today by going the wrong way on the one-way driveway in. They need to fix this.

Have been a long time patient of Dr Ash. The new location is beautiful and there is no more waiting for an elevator!

Clean building, lots of parking spots but it is kind of expensive to park. Close to go station and subway station for easy access. Friendly receptionists and amazing doctors! Have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. Seems very organized!

Good medical practitioners at this location. Good amount of parking. Parking is paid, but if you purchase something at the pharmacy, you can get a discount. Also, there is no charge for less than 15 minutes.

Avoid this doctor because he is insensitive, incompetent and treated my family member like a number. He portrays himself as caring but it's a mirage he'd like you believe is real. He doesn't listen to family members and seems like he is just tolerating your concerns. I highly recommend avoiding this doctor because he's just tolerating you so imagine how he's treating your elderly relatives!!

Dr. Flora Ricciuti is a wonderful, warm doctor who actually listens--really listens--to you. She is open to other healing approaches you might be exploring on your health journey, such as naturopathy--my previous family doctor used to get very condescending about naturopaths, but Dr. Ricciuti is very open and supportive, a wise, caring doctor who puts you at ease. Receptionists and staff are also pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommend!

👎Car park warning 👎. Lots of variety and specialized medical Dr's but their car park is expensive. Even if you just dropping the patience there, you have to go through the mandatory car park exit, where you are forced to pay a fee. This doesn't make any sense.
