I bought a New Honda Cr-V 2025 sports and my is wonderful. I got proper guidance at every step. Matthew and Ezio both are very nice and friendly guys and give me really very nice deal. Its my first car and i get an excellent experience.

I loved my purchase process, and I love my new Honda HRV. I couldn't be happier. I wish this could be a 5-star review.

Meanwhile, on the same day as my original call, I called Owen Sound Honda and got a quote and appointment on the same call.
After ten days from you guys, I'm getting phone calls, texts, and emails confirming my appointment. I wrote back that I never confirmed an appointment.
Today, I got a call saying, "We don't know what tires we are putting on tommorow." I don't have an appointment!!!!
So, I called this morning and was put on hold twice.
You guys need to clean up your service department, as this makes you look like a mess.

Was a pleasure dealing with Quinn towards my new CR-V hybrid. Blue Mountain Honda made the process quick and easy and was able to offer me more for my trade in than the other dealers did. Quinn was excellent in walking me through the features of the new car which was very important to us. We were also introduced to the service department employees which was nice as this is our first Honda. Very pleased with the service we received and loving our new hybrid CR-V!

I have to say I'm not much of a Google writing review kind of person but I had to voice out my overall experience today at Blue mountain Honda. It was mind changing in regards to looking to purchase a new vehicle. Two things brought me to blue mountain Honda today, for one owning a vehicle is a necessity and secondly my very first car that I purchased was a very reliable cool white 1989 Honda Civic hatchback. Margarita Vega welcomed me to Blue mountain Honda i told her my story, and that I was indecisive and that I was just looking. Offered me options on new vehicles from leasing to finance also an allotment of used cars, but I have to say there was this nice cool blue Honda Ridgeline that caught my eye, Margarita gave me all the specifications very knowledgeable and after shaking the GMs hand today Dayne kramp got me very excited. I got margaritas number I'm definitely giving it heavy thought. My dog Kiko also felt ways as his favorite dog treats Honda had to offer, very cooool Blu mountain Honda I was taken back never have I seen a dog treat station. Overall experience very impressive demonstration with customer service and product knowledge the Blue mountain Honda place looks live. Thank you guys, special thanks to Margarita you'll be hearing from me soon. Great job 😁😀

Leaving a detailed review as I always do for a large purchase.
I won’t deny that Blue Mountain Chrysler has the best dealership service we have experienced. We purchased a used 2021 rav4 in late December. Paid market value, purchased additional coverage with the vehicle ect. This was right before Christmas we wanted to pick the vehicle up before Christmas they didn’t have time to detail it it really wasn’t a big deal. The vehicle came with winter tires already installed and did not include a set of summers. We did not negotiate the price we paid the list price for the vehicle and only asked to have them include a set of summer tires, to which they agreed and we set an appointment for April 18th. To have the tires installed and vehicle detailed.
We picked up the vehicle and the license plate was screwed directly into the plastic bumper with no license plate bracket. (Vehicle came from a province that didn’t have a front plate, which means it didn’t include the factory license plate bracket) on top of that the license plate is crooked and off Center 2 inches from the vehicles badge.
The back license plate bracket was drilled into the rear tailgate with self tapping screw which I believe is standard practice.
I didn’t see this as a big issues as I could just order a license plate bracket from Amazon, not a big deal but I find it semi unprofessional as I could’ve ordered and installed it myself for $32.
I just found it rather effortlessly and maybe thought would go un noticed. It looked ridiculous.
The vehicle was clean however as it was a rental a few minor stains in seats. Nothing a big concerned they atleast have it a quickie before ‘delivery’
We bring the vehicle in to have the summer tires installed and detail done. Bring it in as usual excellent service everyone’s friendly, there’s coffee, nice clean building.
But guess what, we’re on the hook for the tire install for $158 because technically, the install wasn’t a part of the deal on the bill of sale. Which I find kinda funny because it was damn clear when we bought it the deal was I’m bringing the car in and your installing brand new summers as part of the sales deal and a full detail. Not unreasonable when paying list price plus additional extras.
So we feel like it was a little bit like they wanted to suck some coin to offset their cost for the 1 hour tire technician / cost of the tires they put on.
I found it kinda like a sneak attack or something like oh surprise, even tho as it’s part of a sales deal with you want to be a returning costumer (which I am), now the the deals done, the level of costumer appreciation is… different because now I’m here on the service side not the sales side.
I feel they should’ve detailed it, installed the tires and had no charge.
But here’s the part that actually made me need to leave this review, they installed the cheapest junk tires they can possible get for my vehicle. China wholesale tires, which is not what we expected, I expected a cheaper tire for sure, like a basic cooper, nexen, maybe yokohoma. Not these, so not only did I get the cheapest tires and had to pay for the install at $158, the stains in the from when I bought it are still there, and maybe a couple of our own. So the detail quality was mediocre, nothing compared to the private places we have used.
So thank you blue mountain Chrysler for the great service, but shame on the weasel of money, and the low quality tires, this business should be maintaining a good reputation! Not installing Chinese tires and crooked license plates but expecting top dollar.

First off, Kate in sales gets 5 stars and was hands-down the best part of my transaction with this dealership. She truly went above and beyond and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
The service department on the other hand was, well, quite frankly a gong show. I communicated my concerns to 2 managers, including Adam the GM, and heard nothing back. They seemed to be quite busy and overwhelmed in there so I'm sure my business won't be missed and we'll all be better off for it in the long-run. Better to find this out early before needing any actual service done so I do appreciate that.

I should have left this review years ago but had suppressed my feelings on the matter instead. However, I was just recently reminded of my experience there, so now I'm back to do what I should have done then. This is in regard to a trade-in for a used vehicle.
Here's my experience, point by point:
- John was the salesperson, and during our initial phone call he informed me that the price of the vehicle I was interested had just dropped. Moments after arriving to see it and while already being shown the vehicle by John, Adam walked over, and rather than introduce himself to me, he pointed aggressively at the old price on the windshield. In an adamant, pushy, and rude tone, he told me that price on the windshield is "the price", and "not any other price". Well hello, nice to meet you, too. Very friendly. John then let Adam know that he'd already told me the new, lower, price. What an uncomfortable experience.
- After testing and inspecting the vehicle, I brought up some concerns I had with it. John told me not to worry because everything would be taken care of automatically by the Service dept without even having to mention specifics to them. I sheepishly asked to have a list of the issues I found put into writing so that I could be ensured that they would all be addressed. This is the advice that everyone gets when buying a vehicle. He said no to getting it in writing. Unbelievable. I later managed to get something vague in writing, which was good enough, I guess.
- When it came time to talk trade value, I had been given offers of over $9000 for my trade by 2 other dealers (which sadly didn't have the particular vehicle I was after). Adam would not offer more than $8000. Instead, he asked me if I was a gambling man. He then proposed we try putting my vehicle in auction for a couple of days. He said that if it sold in auction for more than $8000 then I would get the amount it sold for, and if it didn't get any offers for at least $8000 then he would fallback to his original $8000 offer. I agreed to try it, so we moved onto financing. I was told that the dealership would hold the vehicle for me while financing was secured and the auction ran on my trade.
- My credit was not great at this time, so there were some delays in having financing secured. While waiting, I checked in a couple of times and make sure the vehicle was still being held for me. No responses. Eventually, after pushing, I was told that they were not actually holding the vehicle for me. If someone else had come in and bought it while I was waiting for financing approval, I would have lost my mind.
- After financing was secured, I checked in to ask what the status was of the auction of my vehicle. It was frustrating to have to ask at all. I was told that it sold for $8000. I then asked to see something showing the auction details and results. Adam denied my request, claiming that there was nothing to show me. After pushing, Adam admitted that they did not list the vehicle in auction at all! His excuse is that he didn't know if they were getting my vehicle or not due to the delays securing financing. I asked what was stopping him from auctioning it now. He stopped responding to me.
- Being unhappy with all of the above, I sent a long email to Phil Walker outlining every detail and asking to speak with him at the dealership. No response. I guess running a business this way this gets his stamp of approval.
I still went ahead with the trade in the end, because they were the only ones with the vehicle I wanted, and I'd been looking for a while. The vehicle, by-the-way, required quite a bit more work than was done to recondition it, so I took it to Burlington Hyundai (closer to where I lived) and they had no problem sorting everything out for me under warranty.
Don't buy from these guys. Adam shouldn't be allowed to talk to customers or work in sales and Phil shouldn't be allowed to run a business.

Wow! Couldn't get my licence plates off my car when I needed to renew them. Service Ontario agent kindly suggested I try a dealership. Drove my VW to Hanna Ford Motors in Collingwood, since there is no VW dealer here, and Jamie Hanna came out and wrestled the screws off -- despite the fact they were rusted and we couldn't get a grip on them. He then found new bolts, put the old plates back on the car so I could drive back to Service Ontario, then offered to tighten the bolts for me once I had the new plates -- and he did! Fantastic and kind help even though I was not a customer. I will be for my next vehicle!

Too many times we only share negative customer service. I would like to share an extremely positive experience with Andy and the service department. I have heard that Toyota Service Departments are excellent but I experienced this first hand even though my vehicle wasn't even a Toyota. I don't give out five stars easily but this is well deserved.

We had the most amazing experience here! Most other dealerships that had the 2024 Ioniqs had the "I don't need to provide good service, you'll buy the car anyway because it's not easily available" attitude. So we stayed away from everyone who was too lazy to provide good customer service and took the time to call around and find a place that actually cared about their customers.
We ended up finding Joseph at Collingwood Hyundai and he went above and beyond for us. He answered all our questions, went to clarify things with his manager, called us back to offer options and provided amazing service from start to finish. AND he even came in on his day off to give us a test drive of the car we were looking at. Joseph was so good that we actually came to Collingwood Hyundai to buy one car and almost bought two (too bad that the second one wasn't available as a hybrid, otherwise we would've bought both). Although this location is almost 2 hours away from us, it was definitely worth the trip and we will make the trip again next time we need a Hyundai car. Or if the new Kona becomes available as a hybrid in the near future, we will be back sooner than we think!

Bought a brand new 2024 civic from here. I was so pleased with their service. They are top notch. The staff is very friendly and makes sure you are taken care of and more then happy to chat with you. Called for service on a 2yr old ranger purchased from this dealer. Wanted cost to service breaks vehicle has done 34k to keep everything working well given our winters I like them to be stripped and cleaned and pins related to save future headaches down the road. The lady was unable to give a cost without seeing vehicle asked to book it in to receive cost and she hung up the phone. Just another ignorant badly trained staff member with zero customer service skills. My advice avoid this place for service like the plague, go to masters mechanic they seem to no more about fords products than the dealership, with a customer service set up that out performs the idiot I spoke regarding knowledge and politeness that the lady I spoke to would never achieve in a lifetime. Finally in 6 more months we will change the ranger we were going to get the new model but after this experience Toyota it is, congratulations ford your dealers are excelling themselves at driving customers to other brands.

I have had 3 poor experiences with the service department. No apologies for what happened. I only receive emails a few days later from each visit stating...
"we would appreciate your response to the service performed on your vehicle. You will receive a second email if your chosen to respond".
This only proves that they know something was done wrong and they prefer not to deal with it.
If they respond to this review, aswell as other reviews, they'll say something like...
" we don't have you in our system. Please feel free to contact us directly blah blah blah".
Why don't you's deal with the issues immediately before waiting until a customer responds here ?

The dealership picked me up (no car at the time) sold me a nice used Jeep. The salesman was very personable. The manager made a point of greeting me and then catching me later for congratulations on my decision to purchase. They made getting on the road again easy with assistance, reminders and the pertinent information necessary to get me on the road ASAP. I made an effort not to dress up for my own comfort of shopping and I will point out that a Gucci wearing lawyer couldn’t have received better service.
I understand that all the salesman receive the same training, but my personal experience with Orval was second to none. Andrew was quick to provide quality warranty extension products, making my used vehicle feel as protected as a new one..

I had my truck booked for in a harsh transmission shifting issue so I dropped it off the night before for service. During the day the loaner vehicle I had from my neighbour needed to be returned to the owner by 12pm. Around 11am I called Hanna's explaining the situation as I was in a pinch. Service Advisor said the truck was scheduled to be looked at for 1pm but said he would see what could be done. He called back within 30 minutes saying the truck was fixed ready for pickup now. I got the loaner returned to the neighbour in time and picked up my truck right after. Stellar service and the problem has been fixed!

This review is a little late because I’ve been a little busy, but I wanted to let people know who don’t know already, Blue Mountain Honda is by far the best dealership I’ve been to in a while. As you all know trying find a lot of vehicles on ground has been challenge to say the least, but the folks down at Blue Mountain Honda proved that was challenge they would accept and conquer for us. We initially went looking for a 2023 Honda Civic Touring which was nowhere to be found. After going to several other Honda dealerships and dealing with unhelpful staff, and no inventory, we figured to try our luck at Blue Mountain Honda. Upon arrival we were greeted by the manager, I believe his name is Greg, who asked if we were there to see any salesperson in particular, offered us hot chocolate, which was splendid I must say, asked if there was any specific vehicle we had our eyes on and gave us a little information on the timings for certain vehicles due to the shortages going on in the industry. I had spoken to a salesperson via email (Quinn F.) so I figured it only fair that it be the same person who gets the sale. The manager, Greg, then came back and informed us that Quinn would be a little longer and asked if we’d like to take a 2023 Honda Civic for a test drive while we wait, of course we did and we fell in love. When we got back Quinn was ready, he then told us that the Civic wasn’t going to be available for 3-5 months, which sucked but was understandable. Quinn asked if there was anything else we had seen or if we thought about any other vehicles and we said maybe the 2023 Honda CRV, they had one there so they said take it for a drive and see, so we did, and my wife instantly fell for the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and spoke with Quinn about the availability/wait time for the CRV he said if you want it then we should do up some paperwork so we did. 3 days later thanks to Greg, Quinn and Dawn we’re the proud owners of a 2023 Honda CRV We thank you guys so so much. Keep up the good work. Best customer service hands down.

I've had great service. Matt at the service counter was very helpful and accommodating when I needed a fairly major engine repair done well beyond the warranty period. You may have to wait a bit for your service needs as they are fairly busy but is likely worth it. Even their over the counter parts pricing seems to be better than some other dealerships. I would advise checking the OEM price for parts here before buying at an aftermarket location

It's nice when you arrive at a commercial establishment and find someone who treats you like a friend. Well, that happened to me today. While cleaning the snow off my windshield I broke the wipers. So I called Toyota Collingwood and was answered by a gentleman named Andy, it was my luck on the phone he already explained what could have happened and told me to take the car to him. They fixed the wipers and I went home happy. Thank you friend, keep up the excellent work. God bless.

I wasn't pressured or misled, and was given all the facts. I probably sent about 25 emails and every single one was answered promptly, accurately and in a friendly manner. When it came time to negotiate, it was painless and I was happy with the discount.

Low and behold Shane located one, in all of Ontario and made arrangements to have it brought in for me. All within a couple weeks!
