I had a warranty tire repair done , my rim was damaged and not balanced after the repair.
I spoke with the service advisor and he took pictures of the damage , told me that balancing was not necessary (it definitely is, especially when paying dealership prices) and said the service manager would contact me. 2 days after not being contacted I called back and was told that I need to drop off the car for about 3 days so the rim could be removed and sent out for repair. I told them that it was their fault that the rim was damaged and I require a loaner vehicle , they said that was fine and I would be put in que for the next available. It’s been over a month now, numerous e mails and still no repair. The other fail is that I paid for a wheel and tire warranty and I will never trust them with my vehicle again. Sales was great, I purchased from here , service not so great, once this issue is dealt with I will take my business elsewhere

Went in today with after market key fob for my 2012 Honda Odyssey and they cut the key for me with no problem but when trying to put it together with old insert it wouldn’t work but with a little finesse they got it working. Next time I’m buying from them as it’ll be easier done. Thanks to parts and service guys for helping me out

I have been debating on posting this for a while now but this has been one of, if not the absolute worst experiences buying a vehicle from a dealership and I am still dealing with problems from the car that I bought from them after almost a full year.

I bought a 2014 BMW 335xi from them and within the first 2 weeks of owning the car the engine had a massive knocking sound coming from the engine, the battery was shot (low cranking amps), no heat or air conditioning, and many other things were wrong with the car, the list was almost endless. This isn't my first BMW I've owned and I told the dealership that I didn't want to deal with the hassles the car was already throwing at me and that I wanted to return the car, but they refused to take the car back because they said they would send the car to a "German vehicle specialist" to take care of the problems and that I would have no worries.

Maple Auto promised me that I would have no problems with this car and that they would do everything they could do. They even said to me that if they knew this car had so many problems they wouldn't have sold it, yet they have done barely anything to help with the situation.

After 2 months go by of my car being in their shop (paid for 2 full months of insurance without even driving the car that I bought less than a month before) they gave me the keys to get the car back, just to find out after driving for 30 mins away from their shop that the engine had no oil in it whatsoever after they "worked" on it. Maple Auto also wanted me to pay for part of the "work" done to my car out of pocket. Maple auto also said they would get me a new battery at their "dealership cost" which actually would've cost me more than my local BMW dealership charged to have a brand new one installed and coded to the car.

I bought the car in June 2023 and it is now February 2024 and the car has spent more time in the shop than it has on the road, no exaggerations whatsoever. I have no reason to drive this car hard in any way as I have another car specifically for that, but yet it currently has a drivetrain malfunction, it's constantly in and out of limp mode, I've had to replace gaskets that Maple Auto promised that they replaced on the safety check, constant cooling issues, etc etc.

I have spent thousands of dollars on this car trying to get it running properly because this dealership is a shady dealership who makes barely running cars look as nice as possible until you drive off the lot and then they avoids all responsibilities and ignore you.

DO NOT buy ANY vehicle from these scammers unless you want to deal with unnecessary problems for years to come.

So far so good. I have been here twice and hope to make this location our recurring Honda maintenance POC. We came in for winter tires and rims and spoke both times with Gerald in the parts service section. When he makes notes, he doesn't throw them out, so it was convenient and easy to track back to our first conversation during our second visit. He helped us in getting a better brand of tire for cheaper, and informed us on when to contact them for deals and rebates for all season tires when I will swap my tires off the winter set. Shout outs to Ben and Ken for their assistance and humour as well.

We bought a used vehicle from westgate Honda and they have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. There was an issue with the vehicle shortly after purchase and they fixed it at no cost on good faith (it wasn’t covered). They’ve also given us above and beyond customer service experiences since. My husband took our vehicle in today again for service and although we had a sub-par experience with a staff, management made sure to make it right yet again. This is a fantastically run dealership with attentive management that truly goes above and beyond. We will certainly be back for our next vehicle purchase!

Just to sum it up, I should have done my homework before buying a car there. Bought a 2016 Nissan Murano. They promised me that the car would be ready a week later, but got it in 10 days. A day later after they had said to me that the car was safetied, the hatch wasn't working and the battery was garbage. They were certain that I was doing something wrong with the harch (forcing it down) which I wasn't. They said they would fix it, but after running it back 3 times, it still wasn't fixed. On top of that, once it rained, my car flooded. They said that it was the sunroof, but the issue never was properly fixed. I am never going back there again.

Recently bought a used 2019 CRV and had a great experience with London Honda! My partner and I have never financed a car, and usually feel out of place and awkward in a dealership, but all the staff helped us feel welcome and explained everything super clearly. Adam our sales guy was super awesome and made us feel listened to and comfortable the whole time, which was great since we usually feel intimidated with the whole buying a car experience. Murat helped us out with the financing and paperwork and he did such a wonderful job and didn’t push anything onto us that we didn’t need, just gave us a good idea of all the options we had and did his best to save us money. Everyone was super helpful when we had questions during the visit, and Murat was also so helpful over the phone while we were getting our insurance figured out. Super excited to continue to go here and get our car serviced cause everyone on the team seems super great! I would totally recommend coming here cause it seems they have something for everyone whether it’s your first car or you’re a seasoned car owner.

Good team to work with for my vehicle purchase. Gerry, Josh and Gayle are friendly and knowledgeable. My mechanic found an issue after the purchase and upon explaining the issue (with photos) to Gerry and Josh they were willing to reimburse me for the repair as a goodwill gesture. The vehicle wasn't exactly as advertised, model and options listed were incorrect thus the four star rating. But hey, nobody is perfect. Their cost savings warranty is a good option for London area buyers. If you're in the market for a good used vehicle I highly recommend Elmwood Cars.

If you want a car with problems purchase it here. They sell you a warranty that doesn't cover anything (don't be tricked to purchase it) Try and contact them and they will offer you the solution to get your car fixed, another LOAN to fix your car they just sold you. Other than that don't be fooled they don't care if your a long time customer or not!!! They will treat you like gold when your looking to purchase a car. The second you walk out after they have your money they treat you like a dirt bag..... good luck if you go here.... I would highly recommend never getting a vehicle from this location ever... or you will have a peace of junk and years to pay for it.

Took ownership of our new to us Honda CRV yesterday, very happy with the vehicle. Took a test drive in it Wednesday, gave them a deposit right away. The vehicle was ready to go the next day with my plates, safety papers, everything was taken care of. Everything was as advertised, no hidden fees, no BS and most importantly a quality used vehicle. They also got me a great deal on a set of winter tires.

We purchased a low mileage 2013 Nissan Rogue from here on 3/1/21. Absolutely painless experience. Car has been excellent so far. During the test drive I noticed a couple of things that needed to be addressed and when we picked up the car, not only were those items addressed, but there were new brakes and rotors on all 4 corners. Overall this experience was excellent. Car came with a 30 day warranty on all safety related items and there was a 10-day return and walkaway guarantee as well. Carfax was presented to me as soon as I came to look at the car the first time. I will update in a few weeks once we have had some time with it, but so far we are very satisfied. Vehicle is like new inside.
