I had a warranty tire repair done , my rim was damaged and not balanced after the repair.
I spoke with the service advisor and he took pictures of the damage , told me that balancing was not necessary (it definitely is, especially when paying dealership prices) and said the service manager would contact me. 2 days after not being contacted I called back and was told that I need to drop off the car for about 3 days so the rim could be removed and sent out for repair. I told them that it was their fault that the rim was damaged and I require a loaner vehicle , they said that was fine and I would be put in que for the next available. It’s been over a month now, numerous e mails and still no repair. The other fail is that I paid for a wheel and tire warranty and I will never trust them with my vehicle again. Sales was great, I purchased from here , service not so great, once this issue is dealt with I will take my business elsewhere

Went in today with after market key fob for my 2012 Honda Odyssey and they cut the key for me with no problem but when trying to put it together with old insert it wouldn’t work but with a little finesse they got it working. Next time I’m buying from them as it’ll be easier done. Thanks to parts and service guys for helping me out

Looking to purchase a new car. I have a Honda now. Called to get a warning light looked at. More than 2 weeks, to get in.WHAT, that's not write. It takes a min to read the codes.. looks like won't be getting another Honda.
Honda says needs to be read immediately. What do you think?

Chris, Jason and the rest of the team at Westgate Honda went above and beyond in helping to resolve an issue that began with another local dealership.
The Westgate Honda team assessed, sourced parts and completed the installation of a replacement head unit (infotainment unit) and fog light in less than 2 weeks, one week shy of 3 months since I reported problems to the purchasing dealership.
Westgate Honda provides exceptional service at every step of the way, treating every person who walks through their door as THEIR customer.

So far so good. I have been here twice and hope to make this location our recurring Honda maintenance POC. We came in for winter tires and rims and spoke both times with Gerald in the parts service section. When he makes notes, he doesn't throw them out, so it was convenient and easy to track back to our first conversation during our second visit. He helped us in getting a better brand of tire for cheaper, and informed us on when to contact them for deals and rebates for all season tires when I will swap my tires off the winter set. Shout outs to Ben and Ken for their assistance and humour as well.

We bought a used vehicle from westgate Honda and they have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. There was an issue with the vehicle shortly after purchase and they fixed it at no cost on good faith (it wasn’t covered). They’ve also given us above and beyond customer service experiences since. My husband took our vehicle in today again for service and although we had a sub-par experience with a staff, management made sure to make it right yet again. This is a fantastically run dealership with attentive management that truly goes above and beyond. We will certainly be back for our next vehicle purchase!
