We scheduled a consultation for a residential landscaping project with a Watkins landscape designer (Jerry). We took time off from work for this appointment. Jerry did not show up, and he did not call or email with an explanation. We emailed to reschedule but he never responded. This was our first interaction with Watkins. The lack of concern and common courtesy created a very negative impression of Watkins as an organization.

Poor communication & business practices: Ordered patio stone from Watkins and ultimately ended up with too much material. Attempted returning and was hit with restocking fees that were never mentioned or listed on their estimates or invoices. Material was picked up and I didn't receive a credit for over 6 weeks.. Ultimately disputed with credit card company. Watkins then called me asking me to pay a $50 fee for disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Shannon and Xavier did a phenomenal job creating a positive outcome from a difficult situation. Sadly, customer service is a rare thing these days and they both went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They did a great job communicating and were always pleasant and professional. Watkins is lucky to have them!

We stopped by to rebuy our ornamental grass after wasting our money at a similar Nursery on Courthouse Road for dead grass. Wow what a difference and the girl who helped us and showed us around was fairly new but A++++ something you don't often get these days. Pictures show the difference in plant size and both the dead and Watkins plants were $10 each. Highly recommend coming here.

I've been there a couple of times for mulch or this time for blended topsoil. Friendly service, reasonable prices, and good products.

Healthiest plants anywhere, great selection , variety of options. Most of my plants and shrubbery are from Watkins ! Unfortunately I forgot they are closed for Memorial Day weekend! I’ll be back!
