Worst pharmacy ever. Can't get a order done on time ever! I've given them a week a day half a day they never have them done ever. Don't go here. Rude and lazy.

Doc skips younger people and thing I need is not insure anymore didn't want to do his due diligence of calling to check in and keeps assuming downstairs is something when it's not and not asma or bronchitis I kno myself. Have learning disability when my mom and doc wouldn't let me speak then expect silences from me. I know myself over a laptop fate decisions, nore grab a book like your unpredictable. Reasons on depression meds because couldn't get actually help with workplaces and everything. I'm so grateful that emergency in mental ward so helpfully letting me speak doesn't feel like your putting time in patient care especially 10 mins from doctors it seems like coming to emergency instead of acting. How steotype me homeless person looking for hight when lack. Trying to explain what got his answer isn't patient care. Now think gonna come get my vomiting medicine over it NO. Been doing alot better for myself then give in to losing all hope with everyone. Long-term couselor left and family doctor where I knew was waste of time to hear anything from me and karma in my favor not for me and thanks for hearing out my message I appreciated.

I keep on going back to Pharmasave Tannery after repeatedly being disappointed with Shoppers. Their pharmacists are great, take time to offer advice and during COVID we had our prescriptions delivered at the door for free. I am sticking with this pharmacy for our family's needs.

they always get your prescription wrong they never call you when a medication is on back order so your left hanging with no medication for days? so if you have high blood pressure and need medication to keep it under control does that mean if it spikes with no medication and have a heart attack or stroke it’s their fault absolutely!!!! getting through to them by phone ? well you might as well forget it your not getting through horrible customer service will be switching pharmacies very soon!!!!!

Poor communication from the pharmacy. They never have enough stock of my recurring prescription and do not seem organized in ordering stock and informing customers when the rest of the stock is available for pickup.

Very inconsistent level of service.

Having a pharmacist’s that will go the extra mile for their patients, show support and provide real feedback and advice is extremely necessary and that’s what I’ve experienced at this location for many years. The pharmacy staff and delivery driver have been equally fantastic!!

( yes, they offer a free delivery service if you have a credit card)

I recently had to switch pharmacies because I was unable to pay via CC and was unable to go into the location myself but needed my medication. I already miss it there!

The only thing I’d recommend for this pharmacy is to have an E-Transfer option for those who don’t have a Credit Card available when in need of meds.

Spoke to this pharmacy last week to have my file transferred from a different brand pharmacy. The woman was very friendly and reassuring that everything would be done properly. I received a text from the a few hours later confirming the transfer and asking permission for text alerts for refills, so I assumed it was all done correctly. This morning I called with a question about a restricted med that I take and she starts questioning me in who gave me these drugs bcz they only have 1 script for me and thats not it. I explain that i that I take 3 different meds and they should have that in the file transfer. She says no they only sent us X. I tried to talk to her about how to resolve this issue and she informed me it wasn't their problem... tried to speak to the store manager and he told me that she was the pharmacy manager so there was nothing he could do. I now have a 3rd pharmacy trying to transfer my scripts from 2 different places...
I have gone here for nearly a decade now. So much so that they don't even need to ask my name ... And yet today when I was a little late getting to the location, I was treated reprehensibly by a staff member who when I smiled and said "oh, are you closed now?" She covered the one side of her face to make sure I recognized she was intentfully ignoring me despite it being a casual comment said with a smile.

As a member of the LGBTQ2S community as well as a member of the Metis nation, I am deeply confused and insulted by being dismissed like I was a disease.
I will be going there one more time to pick up my prescription when they are open and will never again disgust your employees ever again with my smile or fluid gender expression...

Update: nothing changed. Came in there for a “quick second@ had a questions for one of the people at the pharmacy counter, didn’t even need the pharmacist…I’ve never seen three people serving one customer and not pay attention to the next one for the 10 minutes I stood there. Jokes, laughs and complete disregard for the people in line.

A WEEK ago the script was sent here….we had to argue with the staff. Once, twice she told us she doesn’t have it until WE STRONGLY insisted on them checking better and BOOM it’s there. If someone else was less sure in themselves than us, getting meds would take extra day at least. Thanks but no thanks. I’d rather go to shoppers and pay the few bucks than deal with this nonsense again.

How dare you argue that you don’t have the script when it’s in your files!?!?? Mind blown.

I was shopping with my friend the other night and we were kindly greeted and later checked in on by Yvonne. She was also so kind and sweet when we went through the register. She provided extremely friendly and helpful customer service and is phenomenal at her job!

This place is great! Excellent service and prices. The Pharmacy staff are very kind and caring. I would not go anywhere else. The staff at the front of the store are quick and always happy to serve you. I very seldom wait in line and when I do it is not for very long. Highly recommend this store.
I have been using this pharmacy for years. They are always friendly and offer good advice. The free delivery is very convenient too.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! I've been dealing with this pharmacy for a decade... I've moved, and normally upon moving I would switch my pharmacy to one closer. Not this time... I live directly across from a large pharmacy but decided to stay with Pharmasave at The Tannery because the service is simply the best! I actually tried the larger,closer pharmacy out, but there was no contest! "My pharmacy", is worth the walk!
Michelle is the only staff member with any empathy or at least the appearance of it. I've been a client for almost 7 years this pharmacy. And if Sam is working and I have anything that varies from the basic refill will be met with blatant and warrant rudeness and she's even lied to my doctors for asking for the rare early dispensing of my medication. So please do be prepared for comments like; "I'm eating my lunch, why are you calling and asking question(s) about the medicatio(s), we dispensed you?" One would expect that asking questions and inquiring as to possible side effects would be met with respectas they are toxicoligists and suppose to ensure as to the health and possible adverse side effects medications can cause. Sam is the aptamy of thise few that hate their job and have destain for the clients that pay her salary. EXPECT ABSOLUTELY NO EMPATHY. I will be moving my medications shortly. In addition to writing the Pharmasave head office and the Ontario Pharmacists Association as to her mistreatment of me and other clients. I suffer from chronic pain and I don't deserve to be treated and spoken to like a dog. No one does.
Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience. Medication was changed by doctor the and they had already prepared the old prescription instead of altering the dosage they insisted upon us paying $220 for the medications that we could not use. Absolutely appalling how they refused to alter dosage and took the insurance company calling for them to back down. I will not ever return here and I encourage you to take your business elsewhere.
The service is quick with fair prices. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Selection of OTC products is okay. There doesn't seem to be any special services offered by the pharmacy. Overall a good place to go for prescriptions 🙂
