angry lady, check. we read the reviews and still came to have a look. google says it’s open and we could walk in possibly due to that the lady was not in office at the entrance, but someone cleaning inside there said it’s closed. on the way out we came across the angry lady that all reviews are talking about. come on, just put a sign on the door is easier, no?

Very Beautiful Palace and Botanical Garden

It shows this as an attraction but it is not open to public and they are extremely rude especially the lady at reception all the reviews refer too.

I've walked around 20 minutes just to go to palazzo Clerici, however, it was closed with no explicit reason ☹️ we've tried to ask the people around and no one could explain to us, unfortunately. Hopefully next year I can visit it.

Even Google and their own program says it s open, the rude woman from reception will yell at you without any explanaintion. Very rude, very angy, very unfriendly, I don t recomand waiting your time to come here because you will be not allowded

This is one of the most beautiful palace I have visited. Today it is closed for public and you can't visit it because is a private property and something like institute for something. I had luck and found one of the employees who was kind to show me but it was only because I said I work as a travel guide for Serbian groups.

One of the most beautiful places and one of the most unpleasant and disgusting experiences in Milan. The palazzo and the courtyard are absolutely gorgeous, but be prepared to be humiliated and yelled at by a psychotic janitor woman. She chased me and my friend during the entire visit telling us not to take more than 2 photos and scolding us for not keeping up with the rest of the group, even though social distancing was required. Her behavior and tone were completely inappropriate and infuriating.

A very beautiful Italian palace situated at the historical heart of milan. The backyard garden is absolutely beautiful and a peaceful environment. The decorated rooms at the first floor with their sophisticated and elaborate ornaments create a magical sensation like that of being in a dream or going back in time.
