I come here regularly to buy decorations, and I just wanted to point out Adam he was very cheerful and helpful at the cash ! Need more people like him.

If I could leave a negative number of stars for this review, I would. I visited the store today, and when at the cash and turned to pay for my order, my 3 year old picked up a dirty small black balloon on the ground and put it to his mouth. He was right at my hip and it wasn't as though I wasn't keeping watch of him. The cashier says in a snotty tone - "ugghhh you'll have to pay for that, because we can't sell it." I responded- he just picked up a dirty balloon lying on the ground here. They proceeded to ring up the one balloon to my order and said "it's only 50 cents, it's not a big deal"!!! I couldn't believe it. I should have walked out immediately and left any purchases and not sure why I didn't. At the cash there were no other balloons to select/buy and there was other garbage on the ground. If the cashier had of approached it differently with response and tone, I wouldn't have cared at all because its possibly true that it couldnt be used - even though it seemed like a single balloon that would have helium added! But it was the principle. Very clear this person doesn't have any children or an inkling of what it's like to take small children to a store. Truly pathetic behaviour, and I will be certain to never visit this store ever again. It's not the first time I have experienced such poor customer service at this store - there were 2 other times. It won't be hard to never darken your doorstep again, as your products are overpriced and you didn't have what I needed either.

Large retail establishment offering affordable party supplies, including a wide selection of helium balloons and decorations. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I highly recommend it!

Me and My Son went to many party cities and the day after we looked online for a hufflepuff scarf because I’m a hufflepuff and my sun is a Gryffindor but Party city Nepean had 4 in stock and then we went there in a big snowstorm it took 1 hr to get there and there was none there and we even had to tell them there was none in stock and the website said you had four in stock me and my son was very frustrated so we checked the website in the car and then it said it was out of stock :(

Such great selection in decorations for any occasion! Love the themed party sets and multiple colour selections to choose from ! It's a party planner's heaven.

We bought $60 worth of balloons for kids birthday. The favorite papa pig balloon started to leak. This ballon itself worth of $15. We called the store and attempt to make an exchange and acknowledged there is no guarantee. We were never informed the sales are final and thought the store would cover defect like this. We are 100% unsatisfied about the store policy as they should inform the customer when making a final sale. These are not dollar store kind cheap ballon and there is no guarantee.

I really enjoyed my visit! It was my first time here and not my last. There is a large variety of decor, candy, supplies, etc that can cater to any type of party you're planning to have! There is a handful of staff working the floor so you'll always have any of your questions answered. The prices are affordable here! I highly recommend this place!

Great service and great variety in items to get for a party! This store is gigantic and has pretty much everything you could possibly be looking for. If you need ideas for your party come here browse a bit and I'm positive you'll find something for your party. A must for anyone planning an event!
