Un panorama à vous couper le souffle et une dégustation à la même hauteur. Quel plaisir d’avoir rencontré le chef Franck Pelux qui nous a gentillement invité à visiter sa cuisine.

We ordered from the a la carte menu and the dishes were
The Crab, in memory of the streets of Hong-Kong
This dish come in three part, the gyoza, the dip and the daikon wrapped crab meat
The Scallop Rose, mango and curry
Comes in two part. The carpaccio and seared scallop with curry
The Trout from the lake in teriyaki, cabbage and Dashi broth
The Veal from Switzerland, celery and Piedmont hazelnut, condiment jus

Amazing place , chef and staff .. un gréât deal as well - book early
What a delightful experience - Sarah and the team exceeded all expectations, both in culinary wonders as well as in hospitality and warmth. Flavours were bold and not overbearing, and one surprise came after another. Felt like home away from home when they celebrated our anniversary by bringing out a surprise next to the fireplace. Marie and Emmanuel who waited on our table were kind, friendly and utterly attentive, never imposing. Both spoke English perfectly. Ask for a table with the lake view, you won't regret it. God-willing, we'd definitely come back. :)
