I had an incredible one-hour Thai massage at Royal Massage SPA with Sophia. I walked in without an appointment, and the process was smooth and accommodating. Sophia was absolutely professional and delivered one of the most relaxing and effective massages I’ve ever had. Her technique was outstanding—she knew exactly how to release tension and ensure I felt completely refreshed by the end of the session.

If you’re looking for a highly skilled therapist, I can’t recommend Sophia enough. I’ll definitely be coming back for her expertise! Thank you, Royal Massage SPA, for such a great experience.

I have been a client at this place for over 5 years and today was the last time I used this place. The owner has changed. Prices increased and service is horrible now. I went for my body massage, same one I always get. The person who gave my massage was horrible. Even though I paid for hot stone, I did not get the service. No hot oil or hot stone. And at the end the masseuse did not even bother to clean the cold oil from my body with a wet towel. And at the time of paying I told the receptionist about my experience and she could not care less. They just lost my business. Horrible. Horrible.

The owner is very rude! Apparently they have changed owners recently, but the website and phone number are the same. Booked appointments for myself and my two sisters over the phone from the website in which the phone number was provided. Once we arrived at the spa, the prices on the website were not what was posted physically in the spa, but the owner was unwilling to honor the website prices and instead told me with todays technology, I should have researched and figured out that they changed owners! Then proceeded to argue with me over the phone, without allowing me to get a word in. Left without getting any service as this business does not value customer service. Please do not waste your time.

I had never been to a spa before and was very skeptical walking in. I thought that it would be a lot of big talk, but I was so wrong! The massage therapist assessed my needs and requests and gave me the best deep tissue massage that I've ever had. I felt so relaxed afterwards and would go back again any day!

Low quality services. The facial is not a real facial, meaning they just gently rub cheap creams on your face. They don't exfoliate or remove blackheads or tell you what products they are using. I exfoliated myself when I got home.

The massage was weak and just felt like unprofessional rubbing. Not actually working out problem areas like you would get with a good massage.

You pay for the decent decor, cleanliness, and the location. The rest is disappointing.

And then they were upset when I offered a 15% tip. Go figure.

Dena performed an amazing Thai Massage! Tons of organic oil recipes to choose from! I’d go with the “recover” for sore achey muscles! Ask about the hot stones!! All the therapist are friendly and helpful! Going back!

I am a loyal costumer here, I come with with friends everytime. However the last two experiences have been terrible and make me not want to come back. Today I had a male massage me, I requested for a deep tissue massage multiple times but ended up not getting that. The male was very nice but seemed very inexperienced. He was breathing extremely loud, massage felt like he was literally doing nothing, then he burnt my skin with the hot stones by an accident, and after about 15minutes, I asked to turn my hour massage into a 30min massage because it was that bad. I left the room with a headache and not feeling any better then when I walked in. As I paid for my massage the kind lady at the desk said sorry, but still charged me $30 for absolutely bad service. I hope it was just a bad Friday.

Lovely staff. Took us in for a same day appointment in the evening, I called in the morning. Mother and I loved it $50/hour +10 tip pretty good! Both people did a great job, extensive massage.

Got my facial treatment done here for the first time and it was absolutely an amazing experience. I love how they incorporate aroma therapy and all of their oils are organic. Highly recommended. Will come back again.
