The guy from meat beef section at the night shift was not helpful i ask him to change the pc that he give me and he saying it’s not allowed and showing his bad face. This is not the first time I encounter him as a regular customer.

Today we went from #Westzone Discovery Garden. we regular customers there, most of the staff and supervisors are polite and helpful,
but there is a 1 staff in (meat section) i dont know whos he’s name he’s looking very angry evertime if we ask and choose what we want meat to select, he not allowing us to change. 1st and second time we understand maybe he is tired, personal problem or what, but as we observe he has the bad attitude interaction for customer service.
the management should train him again regardless for his behavior, because it will affect for bad image for company business.
Next time if he treat same as again we direct report him in your head office.

West Zone Fresh has several branches in Dubai one among them is in Discovery garden Street 1 Building 17 .The produce was fresh and the checkout lines were short
That guy has a little length mustache in the vegetable weighing area in evening time was very rude with me and irrespective. After the incident I never buy any items from the weighing area. I am staying in building 08 but I buy from another shop.
I ordered often in discovery gardens street 1 but today i received the order wrong. They given me the correct receipt and i paid as well but the items inside are completely wrong and this items are not mine and belongs to someone else. I tried to call the store 20 TIMES but none of them is answering. Can anyone call me please and resolve the issue.
I bought chicken in west zone supermarket discovery garden. After i reach room ( within 15 mnt ) its full spoiled. Bad smell. I tired to call many times but no one received the phone

The guy from the meat section last night was not helpful. I asked if he could slice the beef into cubes he insisted that it’s not allowed as the beef portion I want to buy is tough. So instead he pointed me on buying a more expensive beef portion. So I bought that one to get cut by him but the guy seems upset when I still asked if he could cut that 1kg I bought. I am buying here all the time and most of the time they do cut the meat I bought I just thought maybe that night shift guy just don’t want to work that time. Kindly check on you employees as they might have personal problems back home or in life which they may have bring to workplace, their welfare is important as it affects on how they interact with customers.
Always a good service specially from the fish section. 2 staffs named Sawarab and Sardik are always with nice smiles. Very helpful to customers. Thank you for being exceptional.

The Philippine staff is not a right worker as whenever I am calling for any order she doesn't understand english and hang up the call in between also she has behavior issues and later calling back she doesn't picks up and ignores the call when a customer require to order.

Staff here is overattitude behaviour is not good at all. The worst delivery service I have ever experienced in the entire UAE. I order at 5 pm, they deliver at 11 pm. I order at 8 pm, they deliver at 11 pm, sometimes they bring the order the next day, plus bring me wrong orders all the time even though I show them pictures. A big ZERO to the Most arrogant staff who take orders, and are absolutely incompetent.

Very convenient store with accomodating staff. We always buy our groceries in West Zone The Gardens because it has a complete items and necessities we need in one go. Location is good and has always parking available.
West zone supermarket are good for your everyday shopping. Neat and cleanly kept, Price wise it's okay not that cheap anymore. You will find all Indian, Philippines,etc products you could be looking for. Fresh veggies, fish, mutton and chicken are also available. The staff also decent. West zone app help me to save time receive ordered product on time 🥰🤩
Its been 7 years I've been purchasing all our stuff here, staff are very polite and very responsible in their jobs.. If ever I had problems in with the item or delivery they solve it immediately. LAST NIGHT we went to the store its very overwhelming coz staff greets you with a smile and as a Filipino its has a big impact its feels like home whenever i shop. They have Clean and Fresh products to choose from.. 👌👌👌👌
Quite small on the outside to look at but big on the inside but one thing is very disappointing though the fruits in there is not affordable unlike any other westzone branches that is quite affordable apparently in that branch it's the opposite, unfortunately.
Nice and clean store it’s located in a good place as isn’t a lots of shops around this area (Mirdif) and the free parking makes it hassle free. The staff members are very polite and helpful as well.
