Dental Care Seattle is Amazing!

After struggling to get quality dental care at another chain provider in Seattle, I turned to Dental Care Seattle, and I couldn’t be happier. They quickly got me in to examine some issues I’d been having with a recent filling done elsewhere. From the moment I entered the clinic, I could tell this practice was professional and patient-focused.

Becca made me feel like part of the Dental Care family right away, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism from both her and Dr. Radandt. They conducted a comprehensive examination and were able to accurately diagnose my issue. I assumed I’d need to schedule a follow-up appointment to resolve the problem with my filling, but they were able to repair it immediately!

During the procedure, they were incredibly attentive to my well-being as a patient, demonstrated exceptional skill, and worked seamlessly as a team.

Hands down, this is an amazing dental practice. I’ve already switched over as a permanent patient and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a dentist in the Seattle area!

Dr Reidy has to work forever, or for as long as I have teeth. She and her assistant, Alex, are phenomonal. It seems like they both genuinely care about their patients and want them to have a good experience. I've known other dentists who over-prescribe and try to sell you extra things you don't want/need (botox, more cavities than you really have, etc, etc). Dr. Reidy is efficient, thorough, and the most ethical dentist out there. She is pretty hilarious too. I plan to keep her as my dentist forever.

Staff is very friendly and appointments are always started on time. Hygienists are thorough and caring. Have been coming here for many years because of excellent service.

I am relatively new to the Seattle area and was needing to find a local dentist that I could trust. As soon as I called Dental Care Seattle I knew I was going to be in good hands. They quickly got me in to see Dr. Redenz who was very welcoming and quickly put me at ease. The work I got done was painless and explained to me in detail so that I knew exactly what was going on. They made sure to answer any questions I had and alleviated any anxiety about a going to a new dental facility. I will be back for sure and will continue to see Dr. Redenz who made me smile more confidently.

I have been coming to this dental office for over 2+ years now and I just love it! A friend recommended it to me and I'm so happy she did. The staff is incredible- they are kind, welcoming, and caring. I also love that they are open on Saturday's, which is incredibly helpful for a busy work schedule. I have recently been seeing Kristen on Saturday's and she is just a gem! She is lovely to talk with and always gives me truthful advice on how to best protect my teeth. At one point, the office had to reschedule one of my appointments- they told me well in advance and at my next appointment provided me with a gift card to apologize for the inconvenience! I thought it was a very thoughtful touch. The office itself is very clean and organized. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist!

This was my first time visiting and it was the nicest, gentlest experience. My hygienist was very personable and kind and had the lightest touch ever. And Dr. Vanderpool was very thorough and great overall as well! The offices are centrally located and clean. Front desk staff were very friendly. Good vibes all around and I’m glad I found them.

I have had such a marvelous experience at dental care Seattle every time I’ve been there. The staff are always so inviting and kind. I walk in and am greeted like an old friend. The front desk, assistants, hygienists and doctors are super knowledgeable and very compassionate. I’ve never had a bad experience and I would trust them with my smile any day. was visiting Seattle for the weekend and all of a sudden had an unbearable toothache even though my flight was the next day. could not wait any longer for my next appointment in IL, therefore I called and asked if they had availability for a check up. they gladly took me in and carefully listened to my concerns. turns out i needed a root canal for the tooth. Dr. Vanderpool and her assistant did the procedure and gave me a summary of what was happening. Felt super welcomed during the whole thing and even gave me a blanket during my procedure because I was chilly. She wrote down a summary to say my dentist as well. Extremely helpful staff/ knowledgable dentist.

Best dental advice and dental work! Everything was handled with full transparency and quickly. I would recommend this office to everyone. I was seen by Dr. Yasmeen who explained my options thoroughly and discussed benefits/drawbacks of options as well as financial responsibilities up front. She was absolutely excellent and what you wish/hope a dentist would be. Wish I could rate it an 8 star experience out of 5.

I came in for the first time last November due a tooth emergency and Dental Care Seattle took awesome care of me. Dr. Higgins is my dentist and is extremely kind, patient and clearly amazing at her job. All of the dental assistants and office employees have been fantastic as well. Although they are out of network for me, I have finally found a dentist that I love and plan on using them indefinitely. Ultimately, I could write an essay on why I’d recommend Dr. Higgins and Dental Care Seattle, but I’ll just say that I no longer worry about going to the dentist anymore!

Went in for a long 3 hour appointment for fillings in my upper and lower teeth. Absolutely blown away by the work that was done and both the Dr and technician worked together in perfect unison! Being able to accomplish to much work in that time was truly impressive and I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone looking for detailed high quality dental work. The office is immaculate and everyone from the receptionist at the dental clinic to the door man to enter the building were all wonderful friendly people. Thank you icon dental clinic!

Best experience I’ve had at a dentist! The front desk was so nice and greeted me kindly. The dentist and hygienist were very thorough and took their time. I will definitely be rescheduling!

Disappointing facility! I've been visiting this medical office for over 2 years, mostly because I've been ignorant and busy and never prioritized looking for a good dental care facility. The hygienists are smooth talkers and will do all the work here during your dental visit while the dentist will only show up for a few minutes at the end of your visit doing menial cleaning for formality (and of course for insurance purposes). The team together will try their best to sell you Invasalign, or electric toothbrush if neither sticks then the water flossers. The doctors keep changing and they never remain the same, so each time you visit they would just have your case notes and X rays, but no context of your real issues. For my last visit, the front desk guy Jack, royally messed up my billing and made me drastically over pay (which I finally noticed). I checked with my insurance provider to see that I was covered at 100% for the most part and on reaching out to the office, they simply apologized and refunded my money back.
Wouldn't recommend this place at all, rather spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Went in for an emergency crown reattachment 3 years ago after my normal dentist was inexplicably absent. Saw Dr. Sauvage, got great service, great advice, and decided to switch to this place as my new primary dentist.

They've been great every time I needed to get in quickly (had an urgent tooth pain issue that turned into a root canal), and I like that the dentists and orthodontists don't rotate all the time; finding a good dentist is really difficult.

Best dental office I’ve been to! They were able to get me in right away after I chipped a tooth. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Popek fixed my tooth perfectly and without pain. I was so relieved to see the tooth back to normal and without any discoloration. 10/10

Dr. Le-Barnes and her assistant Winter were absolutely incredible! I'm normally very anxious in dental offices but both of them were very kind and compassionate while being extremely professional. I highly recommend seeing them for any dental needs!

Was having pain associated with jaw surgery from a different dental office & I called Downtown on Westlake @ 8 am & was able to see a dentist @ 10 am that same day. Was diagnosed with infection, everything was explained clearly for next steps & out the door by 10:45 am & able to pick up my prescription on my way home. Professional, friendly, courteous everything you could ask for! That’s why I love Downtown Dental on Westlake. That’s why I’m a loyal customer of that office & the people that work there. Sharon went so far as to text my periodontist what was going on so he is prepared when I see him in 2 days to hopefully get my stitches removed.

They were amazing. I got it getting ready to go on a cruise… They got me on the next morning first thing and treated me… staff very friendly. Sharron was assistant. Great. Dr . Vanderpool is who we saw. Awesome. You won’t go wrong with them

I've been a patient here for 3 years. My doctors were Dr. Paul and assistant Dr. Joe. Both of them did a great job every time I needed dental care. This has been the best experience I ever had with a dentist (no complains at all). The staff is amazing and responsive.

The clinic is clean and safe (no homelessness in that area). I highly recommend getting dental services from here.

They did a wonderful job after I took a major spill on a tennis court (see photo of marks on the court)!! They were caring and available on short notice (7:30pm on a Sunday). The Dentist spent some additional time getting my bite just right. Had a very good experience. Thank you

Upfront pricing, friendly staff and most importantly, Dr. Wang extracted a fully erupted wisdom tooth painlessly. Writing this review the day after and 0 pain or discomfort. Highly recommend this office for same day extractions.

I have been at this dentist for almost 3 years. They are very thorough with the cleanings and do more care than some other dentists, like keeping careful measure of the gum pockets. In particular, Shawn the hygienist has been so lovely. I got my first cavity filled recently, which was scary for me. She made sure I felt comfortable and kept me calm the whole time. They even topically numb your gums before you get the shot to fully numb your mouth. Following the filling, I needed a bite adjustment for the cavity filling. They were able to see me within 24 hours of calling. Shawn and Dr. Waind were just as kind, and got everything fixed in <1 hour. I am thankful to have a dentist office that is so easy to schedule with and takes such good care of me!

Came in with my daughter who was bleeding and in terrible pain from her back bracket of her braces that came undone causing the wire to go into her cheek. They took care of her immediately- taking her out of that excruciating pain she was in with such care. They were wonderful! So thankful for the immediate care and attention they gave her.

I would have given 5 stars if the receptionist was a lot more professional.I had an appointment at 9am and the door was still closed when I got here at 9am. A dental assistant showed up shortly after 9am and asked me if I was a patient. I said yes and she told me she doesn’t work at this dental office usually so she doesn’t also have a key to the door. Around 9:10am, the receptionist finally came. No apologies to neither the dental assistant or me, just opened the door and went in… It took another 15 mins for her to tell me “sign here”… to check in…
I mean she doesn’t have to be nice to all patients but like this particular dental office, it’s the emergency dental office and people are in pain or need help urgently. A little friendliness would make patients feel better maybe, instead of chewing gum and leaving patients.
On the other hand, I truly appreciate the dentist and this dental assistant for helping me when needed. 3 hours total. I hope my tooth is ok now though.

Everyone here was very friendly and made me feel comfortable even though they were dealing with other issues. Also the dentist’s dog Huxley is the sweetest boy. Overall great dental services if you need to schedule last minute.

I cracked a molar and was able to get in for an appointment within 24 hrs. The dentist and dental technician not only calmed me down when I was upset about my bad teeth (I'm no stranger to dental emergencies), but they were also understanding and empathetic to my situation - I had just moved to Seattle and was temporarily between jobs, i.e., temporarily without any sort of dental insurance. My cracked molar requires a crown but they were able to cover it with a temporary filling that will hopefully get me through to January when my dental coverage kicks in. As mentioned, I'm no stranger to dental emergencies so I can tell you that their prices are reasonable as well. Dental care is never cheap, but I was able to get seen and treated for the same amount I would have paid at my previous dentist. I'm VERY grateful for this place! They saved me from a lot of pain and a lot of stress!!!

TERRIBLE WORKFLOW AND PATIENT CARE. CALLED MILLION TIMES TO GET A REFUND FOR A VISIT THAT WAS CANCELED DUE TO DOCTOR NO SHOW - AND STILL HAS NOT GOT MY REFUND BACK.

1) 10/23/23 I brought my mom in for an appt on for a dental visit. After we filled out the info and PAID, the front desk staff told me 20 minutes later that the doctor has called sick, which was ridiculous. We instead got seen at the Lynwood location and pa13 again. I was told to call back on a weekday when a “manager” is able to process my return.
2) I called > 4 times, sent bank statement proof and finally on 11/13/23, Elizabeth has confirmed with me that I was double charged for the visit at 2 locations, and she told me that I will receive a check for $95 for refund at the end of the month, if the company has enough refund budget for November.
2) 12/12/23 - did not receive the check in mail and called again. Elizabeth told me she would need confirm why I was charged twice and need my proof for double charges???? I was so confused and had to explain to her what she told me last month. Now she was telling me she needed to talk to someone else about the refund.

I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY IT’S SO HARD FOR ME TO GET A REFUND FOR A VISIT DUE TO A NO-SHOW DOCTOR? THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Very grateful that this service, this office is here! My daughter was in a lot of pain with four wisdom teeth that were in dire need of being removed. Very happy to have a service like this that's open on a weekend! Because emergencies happen!

The staff were all friendly, caring and helpful. I thought that this being an emergency office, the price would be a lot higher. I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful!

I’ve been a patient of this practice since 2008 and highly recommend it. Every hygienist I’ve worked with is knowledgeable, friendly, and they encouraged me to be better with my dental health without making me feel horrible. Dr. Waind is super pleasant as well. Extra points because they play fun music, not the boring stuff. Sometimes 80s alternative, sometimes 90s, was impressed to hear Selena this AM.

There’s a reason I drive all the way to Downtown Seattle for them. I’ve tried several throughout and finally got a solid dental place thanks to all the positive reviews on google and Yelp. They aren’t lying.

Service from everyone at the front desk to the Dentist were friendly, caring and on point. Billing and appointment scheduling were efficient and transparent. I also never have to wait long after I check in.

I had a regular check up, deep cleaning done and a crown done here —and it was a world of a difference compared to the other crown I had experienced at several other dental places I went to. The fit was perfect and the care and skill they put into it really showed.

I sent my husband there after being quoted over 3k for a procedure for his teeth from his other dental place to get a second opinion. Good thing I did because they said that wasn’t even necessary and was able to fix it with a diff option. It definitely saved us, and my husband’s experience was also positive. He now understands why I drive all the way there for them lol!

LOCATION: The Medical building is right across from pacific place mall. They reimburse parking if you park in pacific place. So I usually exit Seneca (I come from the South King County) from i5, take a right on 6th ave and after going straight, Pacific Place parking garage will be on the right and the medical building on my left.

There is parking right under their actual medical building, but it is only valet and they don’t reimburse for that. It is however very convenient since the escalator from parking can just take you directly to the 11th floor where their clinic is at. (Convenient if u are running behind lol)

I love this practice! Everyone who works here is super friendly. The staff will provide helpful tips on how to improve your oral health, and it always comes from a compassionate place instead of a judgmental one. The staff genuinely cares about their patients and what they do. I never wait more than a minute or two to get in for a scheduled appointment, so while the waiting room is nice, I never spend any time there. I’ll continue to visit for my dental needs as long as I live in Seattle!

Hadn't gone to the dentist in a really long time, and finally mustered up the courage at the recommendation of a friend who had done the same. She wasn't wrong -- they are stellar here. They weren't at all condescending, were really patient and thoughtful, and they took the time to explain everything to me. I never felt rushed. The cleaning was also the fastest, most thorough, least painful cleaning I have ever had. SO great -- if I had more than two thumbs they would all be way up.

I had a tooth emergency where a back crown fell off. I was only passing through and was going to Vancouver the next day. Knowing it would be really hard to find a dentist in Vancouver, my husband called up a bunch of dentists in Seattle. This one stood out because they were able to squeeze us in and help us around a difficult situation.

The office is located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. Big, bright windows line the lobby and receptionist area. They have fresh magazines in the beautiful waiting area along with coffee and water.

Dr. Ellen re-cemented the crown in less than 10 minutes and was so thoughtful with the procedure. She would tell me what was going to happen next, and kept checking to see I was not in pain.

Kaylee was the assistant to Dr. Ellen who got me all ready with the initial exam and x-rays. With a warm energy and wonderful attitude, I felt blessed to be in their care.

The procedure costed $200, including an X-ray. For the emergency I was in, I was glad to pay and be on the way.

Best dentist around and I’ve known a few. My wife and I have been patients of Dr Nicolini for around 10 years and both of us are 100% satisfied. On my recommendation, my wife left her last dentist for Dr Nicloini (she works downtown), and she is now much happier than before.

The Dr is excellent, the staff friendly, skilled, and accommodating, and the office and equipment cutting edge modern. The office does its' own in-house work on crowns, so no need for multiple visits or long waits. If anything needs to be tweaked (crown-wise), it gets done on the spot!

Tooth cleaning, X-rays, and cavities have all been pain-free and professionally done the first time around. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but I strongly recommend Rick Nicolini and his entire office.

I first saw Dr. Nicolini 23 years ago and I have been going to his clinic twice a year ever since. I love the staff at his office, as they have always made me feel safe and at home. I trust Dr. Nicolini so much, not only because he is an excellent dentist with amazing technical skill, but also, he treats me with great respect and wants me to be a big part of any dentistry I might get. He does not over treat, but at the same time Dr Nicolini looks carefully at my mouth, asks me questions to find out what is going on, and then gives me the options that I have. I had a couple of crowns over the years, and Dr. Nicolini and his staff made it as painless as possible. I love Doreen, the dentil hygienist, Shawn, one of the assistants, and just everyone who works at Sound Dentistry. MaryEllen, the Office Manager is particularly nice, and patient when I put the wrong appointment in my phone! I have recommended Sound dentistry to many of my friends, and I will continue to do so. I certainly hope Dr. Nicolini never retires, because I never want to see another dentist!

First, to be completely transparent, the Dental Hygienist, Doreen is my mom so I'm a little biased about the quality cleanings I get at Sound Dentistry But even the kid of a dental professional can get a cavity every once in a while.

Dr. Nicolini has been my dentist for about 20 years and in all that time I have never once been afraid to get a cavity drilled or filled. He and his staff constantly ask you how you are doing throughout the procedure as your comfort is key to them. In fact, during my last procedure I was so relaxed I started to tap my toes and fingers to the beat of the music overhead.

I also can't say enough about the quality work their technician John does to create your crown, implant, bleaching trays, etc. It's been just about 10 years since he made my bleaching trays and they still work great!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nicolini's for at least 15 years. I recall being referred to him by a co-worker who knew I hated going to the dentist. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and knowledgeable they were. I don't have to worry about having unnecessary dental work done. Dr. Nicolini has proven to be very trustworthy with conservative treatment. I have referred him to several people. I continue to be impressed with his and his entire staff's professionalism and quality of care. They are mindful of patient comfort and pain-free care at all times. Very convenient location downtown.
