Careful when you buy tickets. I needed to change location for my tickets and was told at the bus station to call customer service. They told me I couldn’t change locations despite their terms and conditions saying that I could change my ticket if it was within 90 days of purchase and not saying anything about not being able to change to a different city. Called twice, first agent hung up on me but both were extremely unhelpful.
I love the limousine it’s cheap fast and easy you get to where you need to go without any complications 10 out of 10 recommend

Very bad experience with this business. My friend arrived in Denver two days ago and they lost her suitcase. Nobody knows what happened and nobody is willing to help her. She was told they will give her an answer in about 10 days. Please do not support businesses like this one.
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! they are a FRAUD!!!! they also can't even offer the customer a simple parking spot or a drop off zone. you have to park in the street and walk. As if they can't afford a building with a parking space. The Customer service is HORRIBLE!! everyone that works there is up to fraud.
On 12/25/2022, I traveled to El Paso from Denver. Upon arriving to El Paso, I learned that my luggage wasn't on my bus even though I had delivered it at least 3 hours before my bus departed. You guys failed to provide me my luggage tickets and even to send my luggage. I had to leave El Paso without my luggage. Your office manager also had the distinguished courtesy of being rude to me and pretty much blame me for not getting me luggage tickets when this is clearly the job of this business and not mine. I will not be using your services in the future given your negligence.
If I could give a -star I would. Terrible customer service experience over the phone! I have never been so frustrated trying to buy a bus ticket online, when I called for help the kid over the phone was totally useless and was talking to me like I was a complete ignorant with the website handling.
Please have your website fixed or have better costumer service personnel
