I almost missed my flight because buried in the fine print on the ticket confirmation email, AC mentioned 'operated by United'. It would be incredibly helpful and much less confusing if you state 'Please check in at United' in the email. Clearer communication would greatly enhance the travel experience and prevent similar stressful situations for others.

today is Monday(18th march), 2:50Pm around!! We went today to inquire about the tickets, and we ask about the advance booking and same month booking, he was so rude like no one get free tickets in time differences!! this is so unprofessional!! they just want to sit and use phone! if customers come in to get service they treat like we have disturb them!! 0 service!! not even one start!!

Never recommend for ielts. No professional staff who knows how to teach. Using google to answers student questions. Think twice before to give them fee. They call again and again to get the fee from you and trap you and even after 2 days you are not satisfied with classes they not gonna return rest of your money and also not gonna try to improve their classes. I guess nowadays people just know to open one business and get money from customers but also need to learn to give service in return. If you have good service then you need to call people multiple time to enroll in your classes then will come automatically. Good business run with good service not with high classes rates and using google for teaching. This kind of money never run anybody bussiness.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I went to her for travel insurance for my mother on November 23 and gave her all documents required for the policy but Akwinder who was handling my case kept lying daily that policy had started and she would send me the documents when she’s at office. She kept ignoring the phone calls and text messages and wouldn’t respond. And only gave the policy on December 2nd. She wasted 10 days to get the policy started. Unfortunately, my mother had to visit the hospital due to an emergency on December 4th and admitted at the hospital for a week but now the insurance company has denied the claim because of 48hrs waiting time period. Had the policy been started on November 23 the claim would have been okay but because of her poor services, i am suffering. Don’t waste your time and money with her because all she does is lie

They Made me check a carry on that was well within the measurements of a carry on. Horribly rude about it. This is why I never fly Air Canada. WestJet is much better. If you want a horrible experience, then Air Canada is the airline for you. I just don't understand why they are allowed to get away with the horrible service.

Mandy Singh went beyond our expectations to resolve the ticket issue for my wife where the customer support representatives on the phone and other members in the airport could not help as Air Canada in Calgary Airport does not have a ticketing system/reservations. However, Mandy helped us by calling the booking staff through the Air Canada telephone and sorted out the ticket issue. We are really grateful for her dedication at work and for helping thoroughly through the entire process. Mandy, you are a gem of a person and a superstar for us and for the entire Air Canada team.

We had a flight disruption coming home from Haiwaii. We ended having to pay for our hotel room. Now after Months they are paying a portion of what they owe us. They did give us a credit previously, but after months of trying to get an answer or even talk with someone. I AM NOT HAPPY

As far as I am concerned any unsavoury comments on Social Media or in the news I can definitely see why. As far as I am concerned they give 0 % customer care for you.

Had very good opinion about AirCanada until today. If company offering short time periods for changing flights (less than hour) why their flights don’t wait passengers which delays to next flight ( for 5 minutes) because previous flight has delays for 20 minutes on departure?
