I almost missed my flight because buried in the fine print on the ticket confirmation email, AC mentioned 'operated by United'. It would be incredibly helpful and much less confusing if you state 'Please check in at United' in the email. Clearer communication would greatly enhance the travel experience and prevent similar stressful situations for others.

They Made me check a carry on that was well within the measurements of a carry on. Horribly rude about it. This is why I never fly Air Canada. WestJet is much better. If you want a horrible experience, then Air Canada is the airline for you. I just don't understand why they are allowed to get away with the horrible service.

Mandy Singh went beyond our expectations to resolve the ticket issue for my wife where the customer support representatives on the phone and other members in the airport could not help as Air Canada in Calgary Airport does not have a ticketing system/reservations. However, Mandy helped us by calling the booking staff through the Air Canada telephone and sorted out the ticket issue. We are really grateful for her dedication at work and for helping thoroughly through the entire process. Mandy, you are a gem of a person and a superstar for us and for the entire Air Canada team.

We had a flight disruption coming home from Haiwaii. We ended having to pay for our hotel room. Now after Months they are paying a portion of what they owe us. They did give us a credit previously, but after months of trying to get an answer or even talk with someone. I AM NOT HAPPY

As far as I am concerned any unsavoury comments on Social Media or in the news I can definitely see why. As far as I am concerned they give 0 % customer care for you.

I would never recommend Air Canada and would definitely use another airline

Oh guess what the next two trips we already have planned and BOOKED with another airline
