5 star plus experience with Rosita. Ordered a dozen red roses from the UK for Sunday delivery in Brisbane northside. Easy online ordering process with good communication.

I would strongly recommend NOT ordering the $69 ‘Florist’s Choice’ flowers from this florist. I fully accept that ‘Florist’s Choice’ means exactly that. The florist chooses the specific flowers. But their website also clearly states that ‘the bouquet we send you will be appropriate to the season and OCCASION’. My daughter turned 21 yesterday, and when this bouquet arrived it was not at all appropriate to the occasion. With the exception of two flowers, the colours in the bouquet (including the dull greenery….and a complete lack of baby’s breath) were so sombre and dull that it looked more like flowers you would send for a bereavement, not a young woman’s 21st. Given so many other flowers are also currently in season, and given that the writing on my card clearly stated that the occasion was a young woman’s 21st Birthday, I’m not sure why the ‘Florist’s Choice’ was to send her such a dull and sombre bouquet. Instead of being happy and surprised, my daughter just looked quietly disappointed. Although she tried to hide it, I could clearly see it had negatively impacted her previously happy mood. After a couple of hours of silently trying to make peace with it myself, I just couldn’t. When I finally told my daughter I was going to try to ‘fix it’, she reluctantly admitted that she didn’t like the flowers at all but she didn’t want to say anything because she didn’t want to disappoint ME. I then went out and paid $60 for an additional bunch of flowers from a different florist and came home and took the two brighter flowers out of the original bouquet and arranged them into the new bouquet. I then threw the rest of my $69 Rosita bouquet in the bin (only 3 hours after they were delivered). I would not recommend Rosita.

From the start the customer service skills are amazing.
I then went into the store and even better, so welcoming and friendly.
Listened to my ideas and worked with what I wanted rather than brushing me off or making me spend $$$$, my date hasn’t come yet but I look forward to seeing my flowers. I left with a smile. I have recommended and will continue to support your business.

A lovely group of people. I buy flowers for my wife a lot from here. The flowers are beautiful and fresh and the service is immaculate. They are always fair with price and will bend over backwards to make sure you're happy and have the perfect set of flowers for any occasion.

I have been following Esme Fleur for a long time as I love her delicate, pastel floral style. When I got engaged I knew there was only one florist that I’d like to use for my wedding and I immediately booked Esme Fleur! I provided Ellie with the colour theme of the wedding and then trusted her to work her magic and I was not disappointed! Everyone raved about how beautiful the flowers were at the wedding. The bouquets were absolutely bursting with gorgeous spring florals, and the arbour was a beautiful centrepiece to get married under. Ellie was great with her communication and was very prompt with her timings on the wedding day. I highly recommend using Esme Fleur for your wedding florals, she is worth her weight in gold!
Imelda went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing flowers for our wedding! I went to a number of different florists and was so happy when I stumbled across 7 day florist. Not only are they affordable but their service is amazing and I couldn’t be happier!

Amazing customer service, been coming here to get flowers for my girlfriend every couple weeks. They always treat you welcome when you walk in the door and give you decent prices. Absolute legends
I received a beautiful violet charm basket over 2 weeks ago and the flowers are still going strong. They were well presented. I would recommend Rosita for quality and longevity of arrangement.
Most of our occasions that require flowers and a florist for more than 20 years now have been serviced by Brisbane Flowers! They take such great pride in their work with a creative flaire and excellent customer service always with a smile. Always pleasant to deal with them!
We couldn't recommend Imelda, Sam and their team any more highly! We used them for the bouquets and boutonnières for our recent wedding and the flowers were absolutely magnificent. They even better than we had hope for! The team are friendly, well priced, super helpful and responsive and their work is magical. A well deserved FIVE STARS!

Ellie created the most beautiful arrangement of flowers for our intimate wedding. The bouquets blew our minds, when I walked down the aisle, it was an absolute dream. The design and colours and selection of flowers were beyond our imagination, Ellie is so talented and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Ellie was warm, professional and easy to work with. My bouquet and the bouquets for my bridesmaids at my wedding were exceptional. They came beautifully boxed for great transport and stayed so fresh all day. I absolutely loved them and got so many comments. Would highly recommend!

I can’t speak highly enough of Esme Fleur Florists. I gave Ellie a moodboard for my event and she captured every single element perfectly with her spectacular talents. The intricacies and details she included were absolutely stunning as well as breathtaking. The flowers were arranged so beautifully and looked incredible for the whole two day event. Ellie really understood my brand and has an amazing creative eye. A true talent- would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend.
I can not fault the service I received today. I was looking for a large bouquet for an anniversary gift, but wasn't sold on the options that were on display. The staff were quick to offer a custom bunch and recommended some colour combinations before we agreed on the perfect arrangement. This bouquet was prepared while I shopped and presented so beautifully, and for the same price as the other pre-arranged bouquets. Highly recommend and will be definitely be going back!
This is my favourite florist at Chermside and even north Brisbane. They usually have a wide range of flowers that are uniquely matched to create a distinct and creative flair. I think they have had many talented florists work here in the past.
They are also know for (1) permanent roses that require no water or care to survive and (2) for their dyed flowers. My favourite has to be their blue roses.
See photos. The photos attached to this review does not do them justice. I am used to seeing more eccentric bouquet arrangements on display but the flowers were still very fresh and all looked new.
Carnations are obviously in season and today’s display showed a great range of colours.
I think it’s a lovely florist and I would like to encourage them to do more of the flamboyant display that they used to create when they first opened up because I think it gave them a distinct point of difference. I am not a fan of too much baby breath in every bouquet.
One of my favourite florist stores in Sydney included twigs, seed bods and even fruit in their bouquets and it was amazing to see and very striking indeed.
The range is definitely seasonal so I definitely recommend you see for yourself.
They are located opposite the News Agent and at the entrance of Woolworths, near the top food court. Easiest parking is upstairs if you are in a rush!
Staff are always friendly and no purchase is too small so even a single rose will make your loved one smile!!
The wrapping is nice and earthy, but polished and sleek and it definitely compliments their beautiful flowers.
I have tried to include some prices in the photos to give you some sense of costs, but these prices may vary in future, of course, depending on season, availability and demand etc.
