Beautiful flowers, as usual,the ordered an online process, which was a simple step by step was easy and made ordering easy delivery was in the morning, everything was what I expected and more will use again

Would not recommend to anyone!! Looks like they’ve bought products from china. Definitely not high quality like they show on their website.

5 star plus experience with Rosita. Ordered a dozen red roses from the UK for Sunday delivery in Brisbane northside. Easy online ordering process with good communication.
Flowers arrived as promised on time; delivery person very friendly and polite. Flower’s absolutely magnificent! Perfect for the occasion; recipient very happy!

I would strongly recommend NOT ordering the $69 ‘Florist’s Choice’ flowers from this florist. I fully accept that ‘Florist’s Choice’ means exactly that. The florist chooses the specific flowers. But their website also clearly states that ‘the bouquet we send you will be appropriate to the season and OCCASION’. My daughter turned 21 yesterday, and when this bouquet arrived it was not at all appropriate to the occasion. With the exception of two flowers, the colours in the bouquet (including the dull greenery….and a complete lack of baby’s breath) were so sombre and dull that it looked more like flowers you would send for a bereavement, not a young woman’s 21st. Given so many other flowers are also currently in season, and given that the writing on my card clearly stated that the occasion was a young woman’s 21st Birthday, I’m not sure why the ‘Florist’s Choice’ was to send her such a dull and sombre bouquet. Instead of being happy and surprised, my daughter just looked quietly disappointed. Although she tried to hide it, I could clearly see it had negatively impacted her previously happy mood. After a couple of hours of silently trying to make peace with it myself, I just couldn’t. When I finally told my daughter I was going to try to ‘fix it’, she reluctantly admitted that she didn’t like the flowers at all but she didn’t want to say anything because she didn’t want to disappoint ME. I then went out and paid $60 for an additional bunch of flowers from a different florist and came home and took the two brighter flowers out of the original bouquet and arranged them into the new bouquet. I then threw the rest of my $69 Rosita bouquet in the bin (only 3 hours after they were delivered). I would not recommend Rosita.

I received a beautiful violet charm basket over 2 weeks ago and the flowers are still going strong. They were well presented. I would recommend Rosita for quality and longevity of arrangement.

I can not fault the service I received today. I was looking for a large bouquet for an anniversary gift, but wasn't sold on the options that were on display. The staff were quick to offer a custom bunch and recommended some colour combinations before we agreed on the perfect arrangement. This bouquet was prepared while I shopped and presented so beautifully, and for the same price as the other pre-arranged bouquets. Highly recommend and will be definitely be going back!
