Had to buy a controller yesterday as a substitute for them not having my warrantied controller in stock. (They wouldn’t do in store credit for the warranty or anything) TO BE CLEAR I’ve done this many times in many gamestops even without the warrantied controller in stock across the U.S. I call to ask if I can return the brand new controller i bought yesterday. They told me they will not even take it as a used controller before rudely hanging up the phone. 0/10 This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had inside a GameStop or taking to one of there employees on the phone. I’ll be sure to go to the bowling green GameStop from now on

Stopped into browse because Texas Roadhouse had 35-minute wait. Employee was very nice. Very helpful. Answered all of our questions we had very knowledgeable. Nice guy .

Damn l see that people have left some negative coments and l can't say l have a negative thing l could possibly say !!! The Findlay location rules !!! L buy my supplies like 2 rowand 4 row boxes and sleeves and other stuff for my sports cards as well as my gaming cards and staff is cool he always goes out of his way when l come In to trade Pokémon or yu gi oh cards for more of the Pikachu cards l mainly collect and l always feel like he does right by me and l enjoy stopping in to shop at Post Board Gaming! Great selection and all the collecting supplies you could ever need !!! Prices are very fair even though it's locally owned and not a mega store at least l believe so !!! They usually have whatever l need and heck the one time he didn't have the box l wanted he gave me one of his used ones from the back of the store that was good as new for free !!! That's pretty friendly ln my opinion!!! Thanks Post Board Gaming l appreciate you !!!

This place just sucks. Walked up and told dude I need a PlayStation 4 power cord. Even said I need the box of it needs one (like a xbox, ima Xbox guy but got my son a PlayStation) dude gave me just a cord and said “that’s what ya need” to me. I don’t live in town. Not a huge deal. But dam such an inconvenience.

We came in an hour before close to exchange a controller. Gabe was really helpful and enjoyable, we actually ended up buying another controller too that we didn’t plan on getting. We’re happy with the purchase and will come back to this location

Looked online for nearby places that sell Digimon, I called the store to see if they had a particular booster box in stock and was answered with “check our website”. Upon searching their website it said they had it so I drove over an hour to be able to pick it up in person. I looked over their display and didn’t see the one box I’m looking for. So I double check my phone and it still says one in stock. So I ask the guy behind the counter and after 15 minutes and 2 phone calls he tells me it was a typo and they don’t have what I’m looking for. They didn’t even apologize simple said it happens and they’ve had a lot going on today. If you can’t do your job then just don’t answer the phone.

Wouldn't buy the yugioh 200 count box again. Opened the first one and it had 173 trap cards. I called and asked if they usually have a more variety in the box and the guy said it's whatever the person feels like putting in. Now I'm not expecting any cards worth value but I don't need 28 copies of one fusion monster and 34 copies of another like I got in the second box.

Great place to go shop for free.... literally as long as you don't poke ur head in the back door and wake up the gentleman ginger Marcus, you can shop for atleast 20 minutes without having to pay, however if you do, you'll be told to get out of the store. Yall literally lost 2 sales last night, a ps5 sale from the gentleman who was there before me and my sale would've been over 500. Don't go here. You'll be treated like a criminal for attempting to purchase something.

The place is amazing and the staff super friendly. My daughter was getting antsy as we were getting ready to check out and the staff allowed her to play with their dogs and feed them treats. Wide selection of games, and was glad to find digimon cards there. Highly recommend.

I seriously just left here, and I’ve never been so furious.

When I got up to the cashier, he asked if I’d let a couple cut in front of me because they had been waiting for awhile. Because my transaction was going to be quick, I reluctantly agreed. Turns out, the couple was friends of his, and they were trying to flip like 50 games and a couple consoles.

I waited 30 minutes, and never got served. Then more guests entered the store, and the cashier lets them cut me. After the next guest gets ahead of me, I just grabbed the games I had come to trade from the counter and left.

Skip this store. I don’t know why they treated me like that.

!RESEALED CARDS!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Only place in town with Pokémon cards and my friends and I have spent over 2000$ as new collectors… until we realized that THE CARDS ARE RESEALED. DO NOT BUY POKÉMON CARDS HERE!!! You can see in the picture the silver strip on top where it was not sealed back flush.

I can't say enough how friendly the lady was that greeted me when I came in. And very helpful! That smile and cheery attitude made you feel very welcome in the store! And the guy that completed my purchase, very friendly and helpful too. Your gamestop store is one of the best!
