Good on you, Freedom! You first told me that the Luka 3-seater sofa I bought is ready to be delivered, and I made the full payment and arranged the delivery date with you. However, no show no call on the date. And after numerous attempts to your dispatch centre, no one was answering the calls. Have managed to call the store but was only told that the particular sofa that was allocated to us didn't pass your QA check??? Why was I sent emails & texts advising that it was ready and full payment was demanded? Now you're telling me that I gotta wait for the next shipment in the New Year and we're not gonna have any for X'mas ? I hope this is not a pre-X'mas joke as we were the first one on your waiting list for that sofa, but the people that were behind us were able to enjoy their Sofa before us!!! This is totally non-acceptable and I found the excuse very lame.
Why do you wait until you're ready to delivery the goods, and do the QA check ? Isn't this done beforehand and before you notice the customers that their order has arrived and take the full payment from them? 😤😤😤

As expected from a freedom, although smaller selection than other stores. Staff members I found were only helpful when approached (and I went into the store when there was only one other person). I was also misinformed about a gift voucher by a staff member when I made my purchase m and the manager made me feel like I was the one who have must misunderstood what the staff member said and tried to twist my words, and made excuses for the staff member rather than addressing my concerns that I was misinformed about this.
Overall, I would recommend any other Freedom store, Westgate Freedom does not hold itself to the same high standards I usually experience from Freedom.

Very disappointed in this store, ordered a rug in store that was in stock in the warehouse and would be delivered the following week for pick up have since been given the run around for 10 weeks with a different story each time, very poor customer service with no to little communication will not be using this store again

I had a fantastic experience with Joseph, a salesperson at Freedom Furniture in Westgate. He provided excellent assistance in helping me find the ideal bed frame. Joseph's expertise was evident as he carefully considered my preferences and guided me towards the perfect choice in terms of design and size.
What truly impressed me about Joseph was his dedication to customer satisfaction. When the bed frame I wanted was unavailable at the Westgate store, he proactively sourced it from another location and arranged for its delivery to my home.

It was during this conversation that he mentioned the discounted Dylon mirror collection, which I had been seeking for a while. I couldn't resist the opportunity and ended up purchasing one of the mirrors.

I don't want to leave any stars, but I have no choice but to leave a review here. I ordered a dining table set with a bench in early March 2023 with the expectation that it would be delivered in early April. However, the goods were delayed without any notice or follow-up email. Only one dining table has finally arrived, while they were all supposed to be delivered together as promised. I have been chasing up my goods every single weekday, and now they say the rest has been dispatched in the system but I have no idea when it will be arrived. The delivery service number for New Zealand never picks up, no matter how many times I try calling.
Honestly, should I bill you for the hours I have spent chasing this up on behalf of your duties? I am confused as to who is responsible for providing customer service after payment. If you have the patience of Buddha OR even HIGHER THAN HIM, then you can go and get your goods from Freedom.
PS. The deliveries have also arrived late by more than an hour. What a waste of weekends. Awesome team.

Ordered online and shocking experience from a prestige company. Makes you dont want to shop with them again. Delivery delayed and on top of that they delivered the wrong size of the slats! Called them straight away and even emailed them the pictures and they were even shocked of the size of the slats. A week after we emailed them for the update then we were asked again for the sizes then confirmed in email that we have received the wrong size. What a bloody joke! They said they are going to sort out asap. And they delivered it on the weekend without even telling us or notifying us on the delivery and we were not even at home and they didn't even leave the parcel somewhere safe so we had to wait for couple of days to be delivered again! No compensation from them!

we understand and appreciate the global shipping issues, the problem is being sent incorrect items, waiting over a week for the soloution, getting told they wouldn’t wait for us when they came for delivery and we didn’t know about. No notification from you guys! Our new winkl mattress should be open a week from receiving it but because of the hassle we have gone through of our order it was not opened for a month. Our orders should be delivered by between end of July to 4th of August and we were patient enough on the 2 weeks delayed after the said date however its the annoyance when were given the incorrect order and the time it took to be resolve. So please don’t use the global delays as an excuse. If you read your other reviews you will notice the same issues your company is doing. So please sort out whats the ongoing problem in your logistics or deliveries for your future customers.
