Visit here often, calming. Bigfoot was my favourite resident until last month...Sorry big guy, but this lil one stole my heart 😍

The times I've here, toilets are clean (and well stocked with tp) BBQs clean. Plenty of seating areas. Playgrounds for the kiddies. Great spot to chill in the shade for a bit before returning to being a "grown up" lol
My kid love it here :) so much enjoy running around. Two playgrounds in the park. Pond and waterfall, very shady

You can generally get parking here but it is the luck of the draw. A beautiful, beautiful wave beach. It is a patrolled beach as well. Great sand to water ratio which is important for a busy beacg. With lush grass on the dune side. But they need more showers and the toilets really needs to be cleaned regularly on weekends.

Peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounds. Ideal for a family to utilise all the free fun activities available.
A quiet park without any hustle. The beach is just a bridge walk from the park. Best for kids. It has lots of birds. Nice place for a picnic. Has toilets as well. Nice and shady place. After a swim at the beach one can just come here to rest in the shade.
Beautiful place. Serene and cool with beautiful birds around. Lots of shades, good for picnic.

Bird life is extraordinary here.
Highlighted by free ranging Peacocks. Park playground, public BBQ, small beach on the riverside.
Worth a visit 👍

Great beach. Not super busy compared to other areas of the beach. A little windy on the day we went. Parking was close by but there were few spaces available. Close to amenities. Plenty of shade on the dunes. Life guards patrol this beach. Noticed dogs not on leash so some caution if your bringing your pet.

Great place to go family and dog friendly lots of seating along the walk plenty of tables for a picnic toilet facilities and a reasonable priced Cafe plenty of parking my favourite place to spend a few hours
Love this usually quiet beach. Not too many people, even on a busy day. Lots of thoroughfare as you head toward Surfers (especially on a weekend, and good-luck finding parking) but apart from that, it's a lovely stretch of beach. Life guards and flagged areas are clearly visible, lots of space to set up shop, lay back and enjoy the scenery. Dogs must be on leash at all times but are not allowed within 20m of flagged areas. There are signs up everywhere so just read up and be mindful of the rules. There's outdoor workout equipment if you walk further toward Surfers so great for all the fitness folk.

Love this area. Local to the GC so have been coming for 20 plus years.
Great place for scuba diving and snorkling. You'll find plenty of divers etc when it's on the high tide down here going in for a dive.
Dog off leash Beach.
Cafe is great. It recently did extensions so now it's even bigger and better. Takeaway or dine in.
Public toilets.
Lots of parking but can still get pretty full in good weather and school holidays.
No public transport all the way to the end. Think buses only go to Seaworld.
You can certainly cycle all the way to the end.
Nice quite areas down on the smaller spit area where there's tables and another set of public toilets.
All in all a great place.

Just a wonderful spot to go for a walk. Dogs need to be on lead but otherwise you can just walk around. Walk out the end of the breakwater. Also there's the federation walk coastal reserve which you can walk along amongst the sand dunes. They always seem to be doing new work which is nice. Stainless steel viewing rails and there's always some action on the water as well. Hint, the parking is always free but closes up after dark.
This is a beautiful place to walk early in the morning, nature at it's best, the surf and the sand beneath your feet contrasted with the modern apartment buildings
Beautiful place. So many dogs and dog lovers. Amazing ocean side walk ways.
I simply loved this place. The highlight for me was getting an opportunity to feed the birds and interact with them!
There are quite a variety of birds, including peacocks, water birds, and of course, pigeons whom you could feed out of your hand!
The beach is a stones throw away, which you can reach by simply crossing the bridge. Lovely place to visit with family and friends.
Free parking is available on site.

Depends on your needs. Don't expect to find food or shops without a walk. Perfect for quick access to the beach. Showers and water available. Toilets to the North.
Beautiful, quite little beach, with new built bathrooms & nappy changing table. Plenty of parking.

Great walking area for myself & the dog. Can't beat the proximity of the beach, the smell of sea air & the shaded flat (ish) walking path.

The park is around the water body with long pathways with lots of space for bike riders, dog walkers and pedestrians. You will see some beautiful sights of birds along the path. There are not a lot of toilets along the way. Please ensure to carry a bottle of water and dog pop bags.
This is a beautiful spot along the beach front. Nice and quiet and beautiful beach.

This park and beach is a really nice and calm place. Usually, beaches are overcrowded in nearby areas but here not, here you can always find a place for you and even on weekends too. Due to this, it's a really calming place and with a stunning view of the ocean😍.

Lovely parkland on the beach with amenities block, close to Seaworld and Peter's fish n chips for a hot treat after a swim. Beaches are clean and not too crowded. Very family and dog friendly
My favourite park. This is one of the best park on the Gold Cost. Beautiful place and nice facilities, two playgrounds, two public toilets, BBQ, lots of benches and shades.
Lots of car parking space too. It's so nice place for walking around and picnic!

Nice and quiet park with few minutes drive from sea world.

It’s somewhere you can spend the sunset time after visiting sea world. And there are some decent facilities for children too.
