Great tennis courts. They need to fix the lights for the practice wall court. Always busy too.

Nice little connecting park to the W&OD Trail. Plenty of deer, some turtles, rabbits, herons, hawks, foxes, and ducks. Paved paths and well spaced benches and trash cans. A group comes out regularly to maintain the native plants.
Not well maintained, lot of trees down and no clear pathway. Led to a neighborhood, unless I missed something.

I'm not sure whether to rate this high or low. It's a small wooded area with a trail or two and a pretty stream. On one side is a quiet, affluent, comfortable suburban neighborhood, and on the other is a sea of concrete and steel, with a metro stop, car dealerships, office buildings, gas station, and major highway. It's kind of trippy to walk through, and kind of miraculous that it exists at all. I think the Pokestop landmark is "Tyson's last forest" and that's what it feels like, the last crumb of the living world.

Favorite park for activities such as endless trails, running, jogging, baseball, volleyball, soccer, basketball, tennis and more. Dog and kid friendly. A must visit...

My grandson walks home from school through the park every day. He and his Mom have seen deer, fish, and butterflies. Today, when I asked him where he wanted to go on an outing he said, “To the wild woods park!”

Great shady park for little kids. Nice play structures, sand box with toys, spinning structure, multiple swing sets, areas to bbq, benches scattered about. The tree coverage alone makes it a win in the hot months compared to other parks.

There are no restrooms, picnic areas, playgrounds or parking area for this park. It’s a tiny strip of woods with a path between office buildings and private homes. If you want to enjoy a nicer area in Vienna, suggest parking in the lot at the Vienna Community Center and enjoying the much longer and more pleasant bike and walking bath.

Don’t be disappointed! This is a small strip of trees with a short path between back yards and a huge credit union building that dead ends. There are no facilities and there is also no real parking. Not sure why anyone would drive to try and find it, when there are far nicer places to spend time—like Carderock, Great Falls, Bull Run, etc., that are designed for people to visit. Don’t waste your gas.

Nice trail - relatively short but connects to w&od trail. Saw a few people fishing, they mentioned the county stocks the creek with trout this time of year.

It is a big park that has a trail and a field. The trail is over 2 miles long and the entrance to the park is on the W&OD trail. You can park at the Hunter Station Site to get to the entrance. There are a lot of people walking their dogs on the trail.

My family and I love going to this botanical park. It's pleasant and scenic. There is ample of parking to park. The park offers yearly pass which allows you to visit multiple times throughout the year. I recommend you get this option because by your second visit you'll recover the cost of the pass. 1 yearly pass allows 3 adults (1 adult guest) and 2 children.
Great place to go and see waterfalls in the heart of the state.
Good walking trails and Viewing spots

Lovely, easy walk among trees and nature. Got to see deers, foxes and lots of birds and squirrels. It has a beautiful Woodbridge too. Even though is very walkable I didn’t understand the path logistics. No designated parking.

Great park, nice playground area with sandbox and swings. Didn't look in the bathrooms to see how clean they were but they had them. 2 nice tennis courts and a full court pro size basketball court and small baseball field. I love this park and will return very soon..

Little did we know of this hidden gem. We got to explore the beautiful trails in this park. We started on wo&d at vienna community centre towards West, 0.5 mile walk on the trail, found a way to this park. We thought it was just a small walk way. But it’s not. The trail was almost 0.75 mile till the end & in between we found a wooden trail walk way. That path was also similar in length. The park was so beautiful & calm. The water stream beside the path , bridges & the peaceful area around was so positive. Just love walking & running in this trails.

This is a very small park. I was familiar with it only having one, small shelter with two benches, so... since it was a beautiful day, I packed up my professional gear and filmed my online live in the park! I was the only one there, so the area was fairly peaceful (not including traffic on Grand Central!) and relaxing. You could always bring a sack lunch and, if you happen to be the only ones there... take advantage of the shaded shelter, peace and alone time!

I stayed at a hotel close by for work and thought I would give this park a shot since I was painfully missing nature spending my last ten years in Maine. Well, it didn't disappoint! Horribly noisy and under development for the expansion of yet more commercial properties. I pity the poor people that choose to live in this cesspool area of the country. Why you do this to yourselves, I'll never understand. Did see a squirrel.

The northwestern arm of this park is undergoing heavy construction as part of efforts to improve the Old Courthouse Spring Branch, but the southeastern arm is still a pleasant, quiet woodland hill just off the bustle and hustle of Tysons.

This park is very short in terms of paved walking path. Deer trails cross the woods but this is more of a nature preserve than a visit friendly park.
Can be super-muddy, but I love taking an 11 mile loop hike by just walking out of my front door!
The park is huge! There are a ton of different things to do from baseball diamonds, to soccer fields, to basketball courts. There are also nicely lit paths to walk around.

All my family love this place, we come here to have some fun and peace.
Not sure who has placed pictures of river and falls here, but its very misleading. The stream does end up connecting to Potomac and great falls but it's pretty far away. This one is just a nice trail in the backyards of some houses. There is NO Parking!!!

This is a beautiful forest in the center of Tysons Corner. It has a surprising amount of wildlife. The forest is under siege now by development projects. The loss of animal habitat is sad to see.
is there an entrance or a public parking of this Wolf Trap Stream Valley Park?Google map took me to residence area

This park is more for recreational. The trails are not all paved, and the sections that are wooded is not always clear. It often has fallen tree/branches. I which the trail around this park is entirely paved. Otherwise, this park is very clean with a few tennis courts, and parking lots.
This is a park that allows you to feel like you got outside. Plus it is in your neighborhood.
Currently doing construction on the back baseball fields, but still have walking and exercise paths fot visitors.

I had a lovely evening. The restaurant was great, with a diverse and satisfying buffet of perfectly prepared dishes. Then we wandered into Wolf Trap for a fantastic concert by Wynton Marsalis on a warm summer evening. It doesn't get much better than that.

Great place to chill out with a book, watch the children play and relax. We go to play frisbee and have pizza from Church Street Pizza on the lawn.
Simple little playground that my 2 year old loves the most - lots of toys donated by kind neighbors, sandbox, different swings, slides, plastic playhouses keep him happy for hours. Tall trees provide enough shade on hot days. The park also has restrooms with a changer and tables for adults to sit at.
Just awesome place. There is so much of energy on tennis courts, volleyball court, joggers/walkers that inspire you to get out of your bed every morning and spend your day outdoors. Of course it doesn't happen every day but my must weekends start here.

Decent little pocket of singletrack for mountain biking just short of Hunter Mill off the w&od. Path connects through to great falls eventually. It will be muddy especially after a rain.
Nice tennis courts!

This is a nice narrow trail between homes and some natural area along a creek. It is great for residence but not recommended making a trip out to this park, or you might be disappointed. I was in the area and decided to stop by. I didn't find parking, at least not legally. I ended parking in the Our Lady of Good Council Catholic Church parking lot right at one end if the park.
Great place to take a nature walk.

Thursday night concerts in the summer here from. 7:30 to 8:30 are wonderful!
The exercise
A very nice park with an old farmhouse, trails, but way too many baseball fields. Also, the old parcourse was much better than the new, expensive and short one.
Great place with a playground for kids, and a playdate. Only problem when I was last there was construction took up most of a big playing field right in front of the gazebo. That was slightly annoying but I'm a do. Still a good place, not sure if the construction is over.
Great place for birthday party or just to hang out with friends. Cleanest restrooms I've ever seen in a park.

Beautiful little stream valley park. The CCT winds along Difficult Run. No amenities, and not many people either. Sit quietly along the creek and you'll never know what you'll see!
Excellent park with lots of activities such as Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball and Baseball fields. Lots of green space along with great biking paths throughout the park.
Nice quiet park.

I can not express with words how proud I am of Joey to have completed this project. 2 years of fundraising and hundreds of hours of hard work.
This is the perfect spot to wait on the bus, walk your dog, or stop for a break on you Grand Central Ave run. Eagle Park is built in honor of those who serve others. Good Job son.
Now that an eagle scout from troop 20 has built a park for the city among many parks, this one in particular is in honor of those who serve. As the scout law talks about always be helping others. Great looking park.
