I love Town Green when I need a place to sit and chat or eat a picnic, packed from home or picked up from a nearby restaurant. There are ample benches, some tables, and lots and grass so finding a place is easy. There are also public facilities and water fountains.
This lush patch of grass is in the heart of my home town, Vienna. It's a great place to sit on a sunny day. Check to see if a local group is preforming on the stage! Plenty of open pleasant space to sit.
They've at up a screen with decent sound for movies and other events, plus they have food trucks with a great range of options available. Saw the Caps game. There. Lots of fun. Bring comfy chairs.
Fun place for community events with live music often. It's not big enough for a walk but is a great picnic area, and is well located in the heart of Vienna.
We love the town green because it offers so many fun activities throughout the year. There are seasonal events and decorations such as the Christmas lights. There are also free concerts during the summer. They offer a great selection of local and out of town musicians who are talented and engaging. The town green is a place where people of all ages come together and have a grand ol time.
