It’s a quiet little park.

Perfect for picnics, bringing the kids and walks.
I have gone for many walks & trail runs in this park and it is excellent! You can also fish in it in certain areas but I have never seen anyone actually catch anything.
This park is so amazing that you would love to stay the whole day watching around nature. The dam with lake view in starting of journey towards the woods. Then it depends on how long you can go on your legs. Feels fresh in air, so clean. Lovely place to visit.
Family friendly, but you should come up with your eatery because you won't find any cafe restaurants of your choice.
This is a beautiful rainforest area flanking the Capilano River. There are many kilometres of walking trails to choose from - short or long! We did the Coho Loop (1 km, about 30 mins) alongside the river and part of the Pipeline trail heading down to the Suspension Bridge Park. The paths were clear with good signage. It seemed popular with locals for walking their dogs. We spotted a woodpecker up close, but no other birdlife.
Beautiful forest scenery, fast flowing mountain streams, and wonderful trails connecting most areas of the park.

Pretty busy here and the finding a parking will take you a while. 47$ for one person kayak rental and $7x for 2 persons kayak. Sea was calm and actually saw a seal there. Small area though so during peak season I dont think this will be a good spot
A great pit stop / resting spot after visiting the Cleveland dam. Went during the weekday so it wasn’t as busy and was able to see lots of salmon running up the river. The facility is very clean, good layout and very informative. Good history on the importance of salmon and the BC Fishery. Lots of parking, wheelchair accessible and has a picnic area.

Nice place, just parking issue so you need wait or look around in avenues for a space. Best for picking, kids, trail, coffee shops and kayaking, also swiming.
Minutes from town and there you are in the woods. Lots of trails and an opportunity to take the longer groomed route to the damn and salmon hatchery. A great place to cycle and accessible for all ages and abilities. The parking can get packed though
Nice place for a walk and easy hike with wooden bridges over the river.
We saw 3 otters playing in the river from one of the board walk view points.
Multiple parking spots. We happened to take the one near the damn. It's about 200 steps down to the trail from there.

One of my favorite places in Vancouver!!

It’s got beautiful trees, good food, a beautiful water front, and lots and lots of fresh air!

It’s a small place but plenty to walk around and take pictures.

I highly recommend!
These trails are no joke. We took the capilano crest trail. My mom couldn't make it up the 100s of steps at the end and I had to leave her at the fish hatchery, go get the car, and pick her up. All in all though, beautiful trails, and very very very cool salmon hatchery that is a must see operation

I like the deep cove area and that was the second time that went there. You can do picnic, kayak, canoe, hike, and swim and more there. The hike is not that much long and hard and it has a rewarding viewpoint. You should go early morning if you wish to find a nice parking lot.
Great place for hiking. Paths range from moderate to challenging. If you like nature, this is a terrific park. And if you follow a path to the ski resort, there's the Dog Mountain hike for a view of the city.
Great little bike trail. You can do most with a road bike about a 20km round trip. If you have a gravel or mountain bike, there's a single track to the dam. Round-trip is just over 24 km.
Quiet, relaxing hike away from the busy streets, but close to the city.

If you cannot find a parking spot, go to the overflow parking by an elementary school. Enjoy a walk or even a hike. Many go paddle boarding or simply swim in the ocean. Take the Quarry rock trail for a gorgeous view. It is well kept, any age welcome. Take your time going up the stairs. Have water and snacks and enjoy.

It took me a good 15 mins to find parking.... there are limited parking with many of them limited to residents. I got very lucky and I got 1 closest to the pier. I went on a Friday 530 pm so I knew I would take some time to find parking. I'm so glad there is a water hose for you to clean your board of the salt water. The water is already quite cool at this time of season. We left the waters around 8 pm and it was def getting cold at that time. Saw some seals just basking in the sun and I loved it!

Nice little beach to cool the feet.
You can rent Kajaks.
The water is cool and not the cleanest but on a boat or sup not too bad!

The walk there is nice between the trees!
If your in Vancouver it’s a must to be at shop yards..
Beautiful park with lots of trails and good scenery along the way. Lots of big trees and near the water, so it’s nice and cool even on a hot summer afternoon.
Amazing mountain. In summer, there are the options for hikes at the resort itself (closed during summer) and in the Provincial park. Winter you can go skiing, snowboarding, tubing, tobogganing, and snowshoeing at the resort. You can also go snowshoeing in the provincial parks. The resort is family owned amd family friendly, there is also lots of accessible parking. All of the hikes and ski/snowboard runs are beautiful. Would recommend to both locals and tourists.
At first we had a hard time finding a parking spot but we did get manage to get one. If they could only have more parking. The place is clean, very fresh air, clean and clear water. You also may rent a kayak. There’s also available washroom for public and a shower room. It is also a dog friendly park, it says on leash but saw some dogs off leash. We enjoyed the picnic area too, quiet place and peaceful. Its just, I don’t know how’s the situation on weekends. I highly recommend this park. I love it.

Came to deep cove for hiking and kayaking both of which were tons of fun. The hike is good for all levels some people were there with their dogs so as you can imagine not too challenging. Much busier weekends then weekday so if you prefer no crowd go earlier in the day and on a weekday.
First time walking around Rice Lake. Well defined trails, not too crowded. Numerous fishers looking to bag the stocked trout. I suspect fly fishing is the way to go

Handy place to park for mountain biking if the Old Buck parking lot is full. Has flush toilets rather than pit toilets.
Awesome park with gorgeous views of river and mountains. Parking, washrooms, benches available, very relaxing area to spend a few hours or more.dogs should be leashed. Public transit is available about 30 minutes from downtown Vancouver .
Good apart from the clear cutting
The first snow tubing experience with my kids was amazing... 😁
Beautiful place for a walk and the trails are really well looked after - my 86 year old mom had no problems walking there. So peaceful - definately will go back.
It’s a fun place to go skating walking, and a good place to see the downtown view especially at night!
Today was my first time on Mount Seymour. My husband, niece and myself went snow tubing. It was such a fun and exciting experience. It's was snowing and nice and cold. Lots of people came and had lots of fun. I would recommend this experience to everyone, all ages. There is lots of snow activities for everyone. Definitely a five out of five.

Very good place for family as well as with kids. Employees are basically friendly and nice. Annual pass option available and the price is reasonable. Need to make reservation online for each of visit. Public washrooms available. Masks is recommended but not required, which is sad. Parking lot is available across street, but not free even for annual pass holder, which is sad as well. Overall experience was not bad and recommended.
Nice view and short walk to lonsdale

Nice little park by the water, lots of little crabs in the rocks and gravel. Not a sandy beach if that's what you're looking for. The views are very nice, we stayed till sunset and it was beautiful. There's a playground, concession stand and washrooms available. Only problem was finding a parking spot in the 3 hour lot. There's a pay parking also available with a boat launch area.

Lovely little park with a pretty view. Has tennis courts and a playground for the kids. Good for dogs too
Amazing trails to get your mind right. Great spot to explore, breath deep, and take a break from the hectic schedule! The conservatory's many trials offer options for all types of hikers.
Saw some navy vessels today, very nice pier indeed. Close to some super trendy restaurants.

Great spot to park to ride the Seymour MTB trails. A washroom and a bottle fill station is super convenient. Also a solid place for post ride bevies.
Went for a hike in the snow with some buddies, one of whom is an avid outdoorsman. Other than the somewhat lack of parking everything was great. The trails were pretty empty on a weekday morning and the slope was steep(as mountains often are lol) but was very satisfying to get to the top. Made it to Brockton point and stopped there as we were limited for time. Unfortunately it was foggy/cloudy up there so we didn't get to enjoy the spectacular views up there but there is always next time

Nice suspension bridge to cross in the park. Fairly busy, lots of people taking pictures on the bridge. Sanitizing stations located at each end/at entry and exit. Fairly high up and feels fairly sturdy. Didn’t have to wait to get on the bridge. Short walk across, wide enough to pass people.

Scenic view with very easy to walk trails and beach fronts. Some of the beach accesses may lead to private docks so watch out those no trespassing signs. Flat and can walk around within 30 minutes, stroller friendly.
Best biking I've experienced hands down bar none. Through the loop to Dog Mountain from the skiing lot, fantastic mix of terrain, view and elevation. When dry, would be ideal for trail running, as most of the trails are relatively tame and predictable. Cold, gritty and exciting experience. Dogs are ironically required to be leashed, but it makes sense since the trail is quite busy.

Gorgeous setting for two baseball diamonds. Unfortunately the fields (though very green) are not great (and they could be). Looks like like of care by the users has damaged the infield brass and used for bad bounces. The batting cage has been trashed and is filled with the with junk.

Started and ended our ride from Parkgate Park - way less crowded than bottom of Old Buck parking lot.
Fab roof top terrace and garden,
This is one of the most beautiful places that should be on a “must go” list. When you go, make sure you got the proper shoes because it can be a bit wet and muddy in a summer and slippery during the winter. By the way, this park might still have snow during the summer months :)) super gorgeous and breath taking place!

Small park with access to the area of water where Burrard Inlet goes on to meet Indian Arm (I think)

Lovely local spot overlooking Port Moody across the water.

A local piece of serenity

Often crowded in the summer but beautifully accessible throughout the year

Quiet local park with a newer kids playground and an area for seniors exercise and wellness. Baseball diamond and soccer field adjacent to the park, but usually booked by organised teams. Lovely place to hang out on a summer evening.

I did a hike up to the top of Mt. Seymour this past Saturday. There was still a lot of snow and it was a little foggy but it was a nice hike nevertheless :) I'd recommend it but maybe do it earlier in the summer for snowshoeing or later if you don't want large patches of snow.

This attraction exceeded my expectations and I will certainly return some day. I ended up only catching a short portion of the guided tour as I was waiting for a friend and didn't want to get swept too far away from the entrance but it seemed like a lot of fun. When I come back some day, I will definitely make sure that I catch a tour. Highly recommended.

Amazing views of the mountain and fantastic runs. They can be a little icy at times but even then the runs are great. If you go up to Brockton where this peak is the lines are much shorter than the other lines.

Great food 10/10 thanks Kanye very cool
Recommend visiting here in the winter and watching the sunrise. Had an usually warm winter day with full sun and was almost 15 degrees Celsius. Easy to rent snowshoes but would go early as it does get busy with rentals and for parking. Multiple trails to choose from for when snowshoeing and a great workout. I have been told also that it very romantic to watch the sunset from here also. Not recommended to bring Fido on this one.

Definitely an interesting part of the Capilano Bridge park. Would highly recommend checking out the nearby cliff walk as well. Around 9:45 was when the park became busy. You can get to the bridge park by going through the cliffsode walk or through the back of the lodge. It's on the natural path and has some unique nature exhibits. Definitely worth giving it it's time.

Nothing like walking in nature surrounded by amazing sights.
