I had an amazing experience at the Dior store a couple of weekends ago. Despite it being quite busy for a Sunday afternoon, with only two sales representatives available, the service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I could see that the store was bustling with activity, yet it maintained an air of elegance and sophistication. The displays were beautifully arranged, showcasing the latest collections in a way that was both inviting and inspiring.

Shamima, in particular, stood out for her incredible service. Despite the high volume of customers, she remained calm, professional, and incredibly attentive. She greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she provided valuable insights and recommendations that helped me make an informed decision.

I was looking for a specific item, and Shamima went above and beyond to locate it for me. She patiently answered all my questions, offered to show me different options, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Her dedication to ensuring I had a positive shopping experience was truly commendable.

Even with the store being busy, Shamima managed to make me feel like a valued customer. She handled everything with grace and efficiency, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She even offered to wrap my purchase beautifully, and offered a birthday card for my partner which added a special touch to the overall experience.

The entire atmosphere of the Dior store was one of luxury and class, and Shamima's exceptional service was the highlight of my visit. I left the store feeling not only satisfied with my purchase but also genuinely appreciated as a customer.

I highly recommend visiting the Dior store, especially if you have the pleasure of being assisted by Shamima. Her outstanding service and dedication to her customers set a high standard, and I look forward to returning for future purchases. Five stars all around for a truly exceptional experience.

Delightful experience from start to finish, the staff are extremely attentive and helpful. A special mention to Davide who helped me purchase a ‘surprise gift’ for my Uncle, the service received exceeded my expectations. Thank you for providing a great experience at Dior, it’s great to engage with professional and passionate staff.

Fantastic service. Had a bag that was purchased online exchanged in store. It was an extremely smooth interaction with Jack both via email and in-person. He'd even taken care to package up the item - especially on a rainy day!

Exceptional friendly service - much better than the Bond St branch for sure.

Ahmed Chedati went over and beyond with his excellent customer service skills. Not only did he help me choose the perfect gift Ahmed made me feel valued. If you go in ask for him and he will treat you with 7* Princess treatment. Thanks again for all the efforts you put in to make this visit memorable.

If you want to get the royal treatment you must come to this Boutique. Huan was amazing. She was very kind, helpful and caring. I haven’t seen such treatment anywhere specially in London.
Each staff member at this boutique is amazingly nice and friendly.
I know for sure I’m not going anywhere else to get at high end item anymore. They gained me as a loyal customer.
Thank you Huan and Dior team for being who you are. This is an experience to remember.

The worst experience. I bought a bag for more than 2,200 pounds, and I found that the bag was scratchy, They refused to exchange it!! I was with Yuki.

Disappointing service from a brand that claims luxury and quality! I wasn’t a consumer myself but my wife had purchased a bag and she had changed her a mind a few days later.

She saw online that you can return a bag within 30 days, but to our shock we found out that if you buy in store, you either get a credit note or you can exchange.

Before knowing this policy, my wife actually tried to find something else she likes but she didn’t happen to find what she wants. During that time, there was a lot of trying to convince her that things they have are beautiful (felt a little car salesmany and almost cheapish)

In the end, she decided that she wanted a return and then the policy came out. I expressed my disappointment calmly and mentioned that this feels like we are being forced into buying something and I said “lesson learnt” and indeed it was.

The response was disappointing, the aim for them was to keep the money but not a returning client. A relatively short-term strategy usually found in places such as your typical tourist trap.

My expectation from such a brand was that their policy would be built on client satisfaction and high quality, but it seems to me that they have opted for an “appearance, no content” luxury.

To add to the misery, my poor wife called their so-called “customer service” and expressed her disappointment to see if there is a sliver of a chance of some quality.

After expressing her concerns, the “high quality” customer service associate simply replied with “I understand” followed with a long pause. Both my wife and I looked at each other in shock at the response. My wife then said is there anyone else we can escalate this to and she was told they will let the manager know and IF and only IF the manager accepts the escalation will they get in touch with her (epiphany moment: we now realised that we are inferiors to the mighty Dior!)

A rather strange anomaly, there seems to be discretion with their policy. Not to refund (because that’s against strategy), but to extend the credit note from one year to indefinitely! Some rules can bend, but not all!

Advice to my superiors, not that they will listen to poor old me:

I would just like to say consider a relationship-building sales strategy as opposed to “tourist trap” sales strategy so that it can reflect on your claim of luxury. (Simple but effective by the way)

To bring this feedback to a sweet end, I would just like to point out that even some high street brands inform you at of their refund policy at the till. (Psst…at Dior, you need to pay first and then you’ll get a receipt with the terms and conditions on a barcode you have to scan!)

Really unpleasant shopping experience. Told to wait outside because they were "a bit busy" even though I could only see about two customers in the shop. We and a number of others were suddenly let in after about 10mins even though no customers had left. We were then left waiting again for "help" after I made a basic enquiry that could probably have been answered by the person I asked. Perhaps they were hoping we would leave, which we did. I may not shop in places like this often or own many designer pieces but the colour of my money is the same had I chosen to spend it here!

I visited dior luxury accessories department at Harrods and was assisted by Kasai, she was lovely and so helpful. She’s definitely a great asset to the team, Dior are very lucky to have her. She went above and beyond for me. If you do visit this store, ask for her she will make your visit that much better.

My daughter and I had a shopping trip to find her a bag for her birthday. Our first stop was to Dior. James served us and really helped my daughter with browsing a selection of ideas and colours. We didn’t purchase anything as she is still undecided but I wanted to say thank you to James for making Lauren feel special for her birthday present hunt.

Discovered a flaw on the saddle bag I bought. Tried to reach Dior Harrods (men's department) for well over 5 weeks with dozens of phone calls and emails to ask if I could return it, but kept getting ignored. Not even Harrods customer service and Dior UK HQ could get a hold of them. All they could do is leave callback requests. Never got a phone call back.

Eventually got someone on the line, but no real solution was offered: they refuse to exchange the bag because their return policy period has passed (whilst they were ignoring my question if I could return it). They suggest going to Dior in my country of residence (Belgium). However Dior Belgium refers me to the UK as they don't offer exchanges for items bought in the UK since Brexit.

Worst after sales service I've ever experienced. Stay away from this place.

When I tried to make a reservation online it was showing it is fully booked until January !!
But when you walk by the Café you see a lot of empty tables!! We had to wait for half an hour to get in when there was empty tables!! Maybe that’s their policy
However The interior from inside, is amazing, lavish

The treatment my family and I received at the House of Dior was nothing short of magnificent. From the newly opened gingerbread-themed café to the skincare and jewellery boutiques, the customer service was exactly what you would expect as a Harrods client.

The Christmas atmosphere was well and truly in full flow with the Christian Dior lights that have taken over the display at Harrods for F/W 22, and extended into the café that is a spectacular representation of the brand's decadence both stylistically and gastronomically. My favourite part was the handcrafted Dior biscuits that were available to purchase after having lunch/tea.

A special thanks to Dimitra at the skincare boutique that assisted me in finding the perfect mousse cleanser for daily usage. It is a product that I will have great use for as someone who greatly appreciates a range of different skincare lines.

Please never buy from DIOR online, only in stores. I ordered a pair of sneakers. I wear size 46 model B27 (to be more precise, I WORE, as I will never wear DIOR again on principle after this really BAD experience). I bought B101 2 weeks ago. When the box was delivered to me, I tried them on and after a couple of seconds I realised that this size was at least half a size too small for me. Since they have 46 in this model, which is the largest size, I sent them back. After 3 days, without any explanation or email, the box returned to my house sealed like new again. I opened it, saw the same pair of sneakers there. Surprised, I called DIOR. In response, their employee DEBRA said that the DIOR specialist who received my sneakers said that their condition was no longer acceptable and they could not accept them. I was surprised and suggested to send her she send her some pics, as perhaps there was a mistake. I explained that is the shoe ever touched the ground there would be marks to the bottom rubber parts. I sent great quality 18 pictures, to which I sent both sneakers from different angles and photographed on the iPhone 13 PRO to convey the condition of the pair of sneakers as much as possible. I called back and asked for DEBRA. She said that she had received the pics and sees the condition of the sneakers and they look new to her too. She said that she would give the pics to a specialist and I would be contacted within a few days. It's been 5 days and I decided to call her myself. They did not connect with DEBRA saying that she was busy, but they assured me that they were familiar with my case. I was told that, unfortunately, the word of the specialist who received my shoes is final and that no one will review my case. And that if I come to their boutique, they will tell me the same thing. I asked if there is any specialist who can check the shoes again as there must be a mistake but was refused. I was very-very surprised. Never in my life has any company treated me like DIOR. I think next time you need to be very careful before buying things from them online. I attach the pics of the shoes for you to judge.
I had an amazing experience shopping here. The sales assistant was incredibly patient and even made the effort to run up 5 floors to get a specific design so I could have a better comparison.

Although they didn’t have the item I wanted in stock, she directed us to another store nearby.

Enjoyed the coffee as well. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you

Wrong store hours. Went out of my way to go there as they claimed to be open till 21.00h but did, in fact, close at 19.00h.
