I had been seeing Alexa for possibly over a year. Everything had been good and I felt she was empathetic to me and my issues for a time.

Recently though, the quality of care has dwindled. I could tell she was fed up with me because I’m hard to treat. I do however have standards for customer service and communication as that has been my job for a long time and I believe she could improve on both of those categories.

Every assistant she has is slow to respond and seems to be a high turn over rate of assistants. She is incredibly disorganized and medications don’t get sent in. I was charged multiple times in a few weeks span without any clarification which led to this. She is hard to reach. She said she texted me when she did not. She barely helped me with my ESA situation. Most of our appointments I could not get a word in because she was talking about herself. I’ve never dealt with a more disorganized provider.

She helped me for a time but I’m glad I’ve moved on.

Alexa has been great to work with! She's been my primary care provider for a couple years now and she never ceases to go the extra mile to make sure her patients are taken care of. I couldn't more highly recommend her!!!

Alexa and her team have been so helpful and caring of my medical needs. I have been working with her through telemedicine and I always feel like she truly cares about my health. They are patient and have great communication. Making appointments is always a breeze and my medicine is always on time. I am very happy to have them in my life and I am grateful for all they have done to get me to become the healthiest version of me.

Champion Health Care has been amazing to work with. Alexa and her team are always responsive and provide the highest level of care. We have used Champion for their Covid-19 PCR testing capabilities, but are planning to use them for their other services as well. They come to you, and have always been able to accommodate our busy schedule.

Texted them for covid testing for my mom - they immediately responded back and worked out a time that works. They had to reschedule by few hours but worked with my timings. Kept us always informed. Super flexible to work with, immediate appointment availability and just great communication. Cannot recommend enough, super quick results.

Definitely will utilize them for other work as well. So impressed.

Alexa is truly great. She goes out of her way to accommodate her clients, and it does not get any tougher than it is right now due to the COVID situation, yet Alexa handles the burden so well. Overall fantastic experience. Worth every penny of extra cost (we have insurance which fully covers the test at large labs), but we felt much safer in the comfort of our home rather than in the waiting areas of the large test labs. Alexa helped us twice (before and after we travelled) and is a true professional. She took all precautions, explained all the steps and was very quick. She's also very light handed. I highly recommend her services!

Alexa was super gentle and informative. I was so nervous because I never had the test before and heard horror stories. We had to travel due to an ill relative, and she made sure our results were sent super early the next morning.
It was a super easy process, and the best part was that she came to my house. What a great service!

On my uncles first night they forgot to give him his meds also share a room with another guest. They have no sanitation equipment in the room. It’s just awful thank god he ain’t got to stay there no more than a week. Jesussss...

My family member has not started there hilling because his leg swollan. they say he not doing pt but for real he swollan and he cant. there not sending him back to hospital. On the first day it took an hour for them to help him into the bed and put his clothes and he was sitting in the room on the bed so they can't said it was waiting for a room on the second day they forgot to feed him lunch the day after Christmas they forgot to feed him dinner it's so much stuff that they are doing to the people in there some of the people said that they don't see doctors my family members didn't see the doctor until almost a week later I understand this and it's close to the holidays and people are sick I have been up there to see him my other family members has been up there to see him to make sure he's ok something needs to be done either they need to have people out there who actually care and want to do their job I mean how did he try to change somebody with somebody else in the room and you know if they getting ready to eat dinner or breakfast or lunch I don't understand

There is so much potential here but that potential will never be realized

I went to the facility on yesterday to see bout my sister whom was transferred after having knee surgery, What I saw was so hurt to see the way patients are being treated the hallways smelled of feces, the patients looked majorly depressed. My sisters room had falling plaster from coming from the window area. My sister wasn't given any medicine, no food. I ask, don't we realize that we all will get old and may need around the clock care in a nursing facility. We must do better by our parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters. Visit your family, ask questions, register your complaints. Nala Sedgwick did not post this review a sister of a patient at the facility now posted this review. The government needs to check on the nursing facilities now before our old continue to suffer
