Excellent fresh seafood ! Very kind service. They proudly present their catches of the day. We sat inside and the roof was open so it has a very lovely bright atmosphere. would 100% recommend. It is quite pricey.
we had one of their fish of the day which was exquisite and their vongole pasta which was kept quite simple. That one was not crazy but still a very lovely restaurant.

Overpriced, was exited to have diner there based on the menu, but did not match expectation at all, my lobster spaghetti dish was poor for a price tag of € 45, almost insulting, didn’t want to complain at the table we just pay the bill without taking any dessert or coffee, do not wright review normally as I am an Executive chef myself but he had to be said. Was excepting a better quality and at least home made spaghetti but they were clearly bought in. Minimum amount of lobster lucky if I had 70 to 80g in the plate, we are travelling every year since 2016 in the Provence region and being s family of foodies we are eating in several restaurants during our stay but never been that disappointed before. Staff were friendly I enjoyed the wine but the food was a disappointment. I know from previous reviews that the owner do not take criticism very well, but you just need sometime to take in on the shin recognise that you could do better for the price you are charging and make sure you are meeting client expectation, this is the nature of our business.

We ordered the moules frites, and they were good. During dinner, a family of four sat down next to us. They ordered drinks, but the father didn't want to order any food because he wasn't feeling well. The waiter informed them that anyone not eating couldn't stay, so the father left, allowing the mother and two children to eat.

A couple of minutes later, the waiter returned. The remaining family members tried to order food, but the waiter said he was there to throw them out. Everyone was confused. Why throw them out when they wanted to order food? There were other four-person tables with only three people sitting at them, so that wasn't a valid excuse. The family was quiet and polite, not even making a fuss when the father was asked to leave. It was very strange. Despite this, the waiter threw them out and billed them for the drinks they had ordered but not finished.

After that, I couldn't enjoy it and couldn't stop thinking about the two hungry children denied food for no good reason.

The family left a review on Google themselves, but that seems to have disappeared.

Had such a nice meal here! We ordered the tuna main + spaghetti alls vongole and both were really tasty. Our waitress was so sweet and recommended the delicious chocolate dessert - not to be missed.

We loved this place - they opened early for us even though we didn’t ask - great service - fabulous fresh fish with table side deboning - very nice touch. My beef was delicious- cooked perfectly but would have liked a bit more meat for the price. I would go back and order a seafood platter to share. The local red wine I had was delicious. Their friendly staff were professional and warm and even indulged us as native English speakers. Excellent spot.

Lounged by just in face Marina, sea breeze and reassuring "steel music" of moored-boats vibrating cords. Last: remarkable cocktails and sweets !!!

Je suis venue chez ma maman dans le sud en vacances. Notre rituel est de manger moules frites au moins une fois dans la semaine. Nous avons déjà essayé un « voisin » sur le port, mais celui-ci était fermé. Nous avons donc essayé L’escale du sud où nous nous sommes régalées! Portion de moules très généreuse. La propriétaire des lieux qui nous a servi est super gentille. Ma maman a dit le terme « comme à la maison ». À coup sûr, nous reviendrons manger ici à présent lors de mes visites. Nous sommes parties les ventres bien remplis et nous, contentes!!

Restaurant agréable en bord de mer L’endroit est calme et reposant. Cuisine de qualité et plats biens présentés. Bon accueil et serveur agréable.

I ordered the menu. The fish soupe, the poulpe and the riz au lait aux agrumes. I liked nothing. I can't even decide which one was worse: the poulpe or the riz au lait that tastes so strange and the form is very watery. The waiters work very hard. That was the only good thing.

It would be good to play some music and keep couverture for customers who are cold outside.

Hatte die Moules à la creme.
Erstens waren sie kalt als ich sie bekam und die hälfte waren leer und es wurde nur eine sahne drüber gegossen. Es fehlten Die Zwiebeln und der Wein in dem sie normalerweise gekocht werden. Also ich kann das Restaurant NICHT weiterempfehlen.
Kellnerin war unfreundlich. Hatten Wein bestellt den wir nie bekamen, wo aber auf der Rechnung stand.

Cena piacevolissima in questo ristorante che affaccia direttamente sul canale del porto di Hyères, abbiamo mangiato nella parte coperta ma con vista sulle barche e c’è un comodo tendone per essere al riparo dal vento. Atmosfera etnica e molto accogliente, personale gentile, servizio veloce e cibo buonissimo. Consiglio i gamberi in tempura con salsa agrodolce, li abbiamo ordinati due volte tanto ci sono piaciuti! Prezzi onestissimi, due antipasti, due piatti, calice di vino e acqua a 30€ a testa. Consigliatissimo!

We had mules et frites and fish wish stamped potatoes. Everything tasted very good. The service was a bit slow but this was probably due to the time we went there. Definitely recommend.

Best restaurant by the port by far! Loved the atmosphere, and the staff was so friendly ❤️ food was amazing and obviously prepared with a lot of care with fresh and high quality ingredients. Had the lightly fried seafood platter and tempura veggies to share with the whole table and then had THE MOST beautiful burrata salad which I highly recommend.

Overall this place was fantastic and definitely worth getting a reservation

Je recommande vivement ce restaurant, Il est très chaleureux et convivial. La présentation des plats est très bien, et la cuisine est très bonne. Les frites cuites dans la graisse de bœuf sont tous simplement géniale et les moules au roquefort sont très bonne. Bravo à la patronne pour cette jolie déco du restaurant et à sa très bonne cuisine qu'elle prépare elle même.
Le jour où je retourne à Hyères c'est avec un grand plaisir je j'irai dans ce restaurant.

Le cadre est très mignon. Concernant le plat, nous avons pris des moules (roquefort et crème), juste splendide ! J’ai rarement mangé des moules aussi bonnes ! En dessert, nous avons pris un baba au rhum et c’est clairement le meilleur baba au rhum que j’ai mangé !! Le prix est plus que convenable au vue de la prestation. Ne passez pas à côté de cette pépite !

The service was very good. The manager was extremely kind and found us a table despite the restaurant being full. They took our orders and served us very quickly. There is also a nice atmosphere, in the evening there is often a small market on the port, live music and a nice view. However, we were a bit disappointed with the quality of the food. My chicken was overcooked and so was the steak. I also had a hot chocolate and it literally tasted like cardboard, probably made with water rather than milk.

Waiters are nice and welcoming, location is nice... BUT
The "season" salad had a wierd sauce on the chicken and my daughter couldn't eat it;
Half cooked tuna was served cold with cold vegetables;
Hot chocolate had cardboard taste (made with water or very badly sterelized milk;
And homemade "tarte tatin" was made with probably both industrial caramel and pastry (there's not supposed to be any caramel in tarte tatin, the apples are supposed to caramelize in the process of cooking, inacceptable in my opinion, and ki n d of disgusting);
On the other hand the lamb was very nice hence 3 stars to be kind...

Exquis ! Entre l accueil, la vue sur le port de l ayguade, devant le coucher du soleil en dégustant des plats originaux et goûteux, que demander de mieux! Je me suis régalée avec la gaufre au saumon entre autres... Je recommande vivement cet endroit 👍 à très vite et merci pour cette belle découverte.

Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs sur les moules douteuses.. nous avons pris deux menus express ( 1 marinière et 1 crème) et elles sont excellentes ! La serveuse est serviable, le service rapide, et la décoration est tellement belle ! Je recommande cet endroit qui est aussi beau que bon ! C'était un très bon moment.

Experience in Le Quai was excellent, It has a very warm and friendly atmosphere right next to the marina, and the service was quite good, even the restaurant offered Bordeaux wine when there was no wine we ordered from the menu. We ordered salad and beef, both were exactly what we wanted, so were the desserts, we felt like we were in our country. Thank you Le Quai

Wir, Paar deutsch/Franz haben dort zu Abend gegessen. Empfang freundlich Raum im Zelt gewählt. Sehr guter Service, nicht so schnell. Essen hatte Fisch sehr lecker frisch ausreichende Portion. Mein Partner moules frites grosser Topf mit Käse. Der Nachtisch Profiteroles war etwas zu kalt drin.. Preis Leistung gut. Empfehlenswert, direkt am Hafen.

Good food, nice simple set up and great service.

Don't go there, ever.
-The octopus salad we have ordered was horrible- old and difficult to eat octopus ...
- we have had to wait for the main dish to arrive 1 hour and 45 minutes after the order was
given. (Most of us didn't order any other food before the main dish). This is probably due to the fact they have only one person in the kitchen, who honestly doesn't know how to cook.
- when finally the main dish was ready, the only waitress by mistake had served several of the dishes to our table, and several dishes to another table ( which had ordered after us). After we have asked why she had started to serve other table before bringing everything which we have ordered, the waitress sait it was mistake and she took the dishes from the other table and brought them to us. The other people had been offended (they also had waited approxinately an hour and a half. ), and so the other people had left the restaurant.
- when the food had arrived, the fish was not cooked, it was semy - raw. The vegetables and the sauce ayoli been too salty, and 70% of the mussels served had been just empty shells ..
- we have seen another table with guests who had been very angry for something and had left the restaurant with a scandal.
I can probably continue with more details but you don't really need them. It was horrible service, horrible kitchen as quality and speed of cooking, the only good thing there was the wine served.

Along the walk at the Port in Hyères, this is one of several restaurants to choose from. A husband and wife team run the place. We enjoyed the food and service, the wine is reasonably priced, what more can be said? Enjoy your stay and bask in the glory of the Côte d'Azur.

Nice little restaurant very cosy within a quick walk to the beach.Seating is right next to the motor yaughts and you can smell the sea air. Parking is ok provided you come early. Not the cheapest of restaurants but quality and quantity is spot on and the service quite good.😁

We went here to have a dinner. I can recommend to everyone.
Good price, great food, pleasant English speaking staff.
