Was here for a birthday party. Very large space and this is one of the nicer play structures. They even have a small trampoline section. The play structure is designed well to be maze like and has lots of turns to keep things interesting. Great for ages 3 to 7 year olds, adults had fun joining in too. Great slides. 👍

The staff are amazing, this place lines up when it opens and the staff were great. 3 stars because it was. Just . So. Dirty.
The floors and the trampolines were terribly dirty, massive dust bunnies, sticky in spots, and just general filth. The bathrooms were the worst. I went and got my shoes to wear to use the washrooms, so my jump socks goodbye get gross.

Entering else was great, good music, family friendly, lots of seating and the equipment seemed to be in good shape.

Nice that you pay only for the kids but can still enter to supervise them. Lots of unique features on the playground. I'd say 6-8 is the ideal age range for what's here. There's food available, we tried some of the Asian offerings and they were ok. Pizza looked good but I think it's pricey.

The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond. The kids love coming here and always have fun. Not overly expensive compared to other play places, especially on week days. Great place to take the kids to run off some energy while parents can enjoy a coffee.

I recently visited this facility and would like to share an experience that may be particularly relevant for parents. The facility operates until 8 p.m., offering a great opportunity for evening visits. However, it's important to note that the only cafeteria on the premises closes at 6:30 p.m. Moreover, the facility has a strict policy against bringing outside food.

This policy poses a significant challenge, especially for families with young children who may get hungry during the later hours of their visit. Understandably, managing food policies in public spaces can be complex, but this current arrangement doesn't seem to accommodate the needs of all visitors, particularly little ones.

Therefore, I would kindly urge the facility management to reconsider this policy. Allowing outside food after the cafeteria's closing time, or extending the cafeteria's hours, could greatly enhance the experience for families with children and ensure that all visitors can enjoy their time without worry.

For parents planning a visit, please be aware of this situation and plan accordingly. It might be wise to visit earlier in the day or ensure your children have a substantial meal before arriving. I hope this review helps in planning your visit and that the facility will consider making changes for a more family-friendly experience.

Location is so bad. Wish I can give a 0 star. First off, my group and I are mostly Asian and we literally got hate-crimed and got called the ch*** slur for NO REASON by another group, and the fact that we had a child with us as well, THAT child had to experience that, which no one should ever even experience. Staff did NOTHING about it even after they were informed when they should have kicked them out?!

It’s so busy here, there aren’t enough staff working in the front. Had a birthday party reserved and we had to wait 30 mins+ past our reservation to be led in our “rooms” or space. We weren’t even provided enough water for all the guests. Food took forever to come. Service is horrible, only checked in once with us and they really expected us to tip them?? Servers should be hired for the party tables because we literally serve ourselves.

Trampoline was fun but only allowed one person per super bouncy trampoline which doesn’t really make sense, it should be allowed for adults, because we know we’re liable and we all literally signed a waiver. Also they over charge for almost $50 if you need to add another guest in, which is SO overpriced and a scam. Also the staff assumed my friend (which was also the birthday girl) was a child and not the reserver, like it’s not your place to assume that is so unprofessional.

I definitely not go to this location ever again. I feel horrible for my friend because it’s her birthday, she reserved it, and she and all her guests had to deal with this.

just had my own birthday party here, if i could i would give this place 0 stars.

first off, the service we got was absolutely terrible. when we got there, we were told that our party host was not there, so we had to wait around 20 minutes to get checked in. however, the same girl that told us we couldnt get checked in earlier was the one who checked us in, so there was virtually no reason why we had to wait 20 minutes. when i did finally get checked in, i was told i had to wait another 20 minutes for our table, but those 20 minutes ended up being around 35-45 minutes, meaning we were able to go to our table late and not at the reserved time. when it was time to go to our table, the workers explicitly asked me where my parents are, when i had previously told them that i was the organizer for my own birthday party. when we did get to the table it was very squished. there were not enough plates, cutlery, and water bottles for the amount of people that i booked for.

when we finally got to jumping around, there was a group of children coming up to my friends and i calling us slurs, such as the c-slur since most of us are asian. i mentioned this to a staff member, even pointing them out, but they did absolutely nothing and shrugged it off. my friends and i were very offended by those childrens actions, but the staff did not seem to care about that.

we were told to only have one person on an advanced trampoline at all times, even though every single one of us were adults, this made us not have as much fun as we should/could have. we signed a waiver and everything, so therefore we know we are liable for anything and we should be able to do what we want.

i was charged more for adding an extra person on the day of than when i was booking it, which is completely unreasonable in my opinion. i was charged $40 online when i was originally booking it, however when i was there today i was charged almost $50 per person when i was adding them. that makes no sense to me because adding one more person should not really affect anything.

the whole place is super crowded. i lost my friends multiple times. children kept running into me and interrupted my jumping by running right in front of me. i understand that the children are trying to have a good time, but i felt like the staff were paying extra attention to my friends and i, even when we were minding our own business, simply because we're older kids.

also, the washrooms are quite literally the worst washrooms i have ever seen in my entire life. myself and another one of my friends ended up throwing up because the smell inside was absolutely terrible. for the price of this place i feel like they should at least be able to afford a febreze air freshener.

overall the service was absolutely terrible. i could not recommend this place to ANYONE. it was a complete waste of not only our time but our money as well.

Just had my daughter's birthday party here, and everything was great. All the kids had a great time.

My son, aged 6 absolutely loves this place. If he was reviewing, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately he isn’t reviewing, I am, and this place makes me feel like a grumpy old man. The last time I was there, I had 3 major problems.

First, they were playing Drake at full blast. Little kids don’t like Drake. Adults don’t like Drake. That music is for drunk people at nightclubs.

Second, my son and his friends were bullied by some older boys who took their ball away by force. I saw what happened and asked the staff to intervene. The staff member seemed confused by my request and would not help, so I intervened myself.

Third, the cafeteria had no actual food for sale. They were preparing pizza for a birthday party and I was told it would be 45 minutes, minimum, to get any pizza for the boys. If the cafeteria is for private events only, just close it to the other customers so you don’t have to disappoint a bunch of hungry 6 year olds. 45 minutes??!!??

My Daughter had her birthday party at Flying squrill and it was amazing and fun and a decent price $ for all the things you get, she had the best time with her friends!
The staff Is Amazing my only complaint is the wash rooms need more attention & Parking is not the best, Other wise great fun place and fun upbeat staff. My family and I will definitely come back.

I have been bringing the kids here for about 7 years, and I love it! I am so happy they made it through the covid years. It has plenty of space for parents to sit, free internet, I can plug my laptop and work while the kids run wild =D. They have gluten free options in the menu. And the service is always nice. I do like to come when know there will be less people. It can be nuts on rush times. The staff are great! Friendly and nice =)

Daughter had a great birthday, they don't do parties under 10 kids so we just paid for individual kids to play, worked out great!

Great fun for kids. They have slides, trampoline, air guns, arcade games etc. They have separate play area for toddlers as well. One thing I like the most they have enough sitting for parents/guardians unlike other indoor playgrounds. Food was also good but there kitchen closes at 6 which was disappointing.

This indoor playground is so much fun for kids. This place is safe & clean. It is a great place to celebrate kids birthday...they have good birthday party packages. You can spend some hours & you can also buy food from there. There is one baby area , one toddler area too.
This place is always very busy. Staffs are helpful. There is plenty of parking over there.

**update** it's awesome to come here on a PD day from school or during the week. Energy level is a lot more low key. My 3yo had the time of his life.

Extremely reasonable in prices. Tons for the kids to do! I would say it's best for 5 and above as the energy inside is really intense lol but they do have a few chill spots for the younger crowd.

This is the place you'll want to take your littles to all winter long for sure.

I wish they could get their arcade area a bit bigger and some more little kid ride ons.
