Great spot for kids to do driving range! Had great time!

Had a really nice time there first time ever using the golf simulator it was laid-back it was nice the place is fabulous it was a nice way to spend a snowy Saturday night on a date with my wife

We hosted a corporate event where our meeting was in the morning and the Arena STEM team conducted a triathlon for us. So much fun!!!! The team building was invaluable. Russ & the Arena STEM team did an exemplary job teaching us all how to compete flying drones, driving remote control cars and boats. I highly recommend them for a corporate team building event, day out with the family, or fun with friends.

The greatest place in Bergen county to have fun. I will be bringing my kids again and again.

Amazing place for a bunch of different activities for all ages. You will always have fun walking in. There is something to do for everyone!

This place is disgusting, it needs a deep clean, throw away the broken toys, repair the foam on the jungle gym, so that’s safe for kids, and clean the bathrooms so that there’s not urine on the floor and blood on the toilet.

Five star rating for the hosts as they did so much to make everything run smoothly and seamlessly. The whole party was stress free for hosting parents
The only negative issue was a major issue with the online rsvp system/site which would not allow guests to RSVP or would send emails to spam/junk. This error was mentioned several times for one month and the only explanation was that a third party is responsible for this site and glitch .

My family and I went to a birthday party here. My son is almost 4 and nonverbal autistic. In one of the bounce houses, he went up to one of the workers Mikheela (I definitely did not spell that correctly) and gestured for her to hold him and bounce. She did this with a smile on her face multiple times. I felt very safe here and as an Autism parent and that speaks wonders. Great job to the whole staff!

Staff was amazing, all my kids that are different ages had a great time. We did the drones, car race, crawler and boat activities. The staff goes out of their way to ensure you have a nice experience! My kids can't wait to go back

Perfect place for a party! I really like that your party has its own space so that you aren’t co-mingling with other groups. The way they introduce the birthday kid when in party room is cute and fun! Space was clean - Hand sanitizer available in many spots and given to kids before eating. Staff was very friendly and enthusiastic.

The staff is warm and welcoming, they are very friendly and helpful. We asked so many questions, some were just silly 🙃 but they answered all our questions, the atmosphere is amazing, overall the kids enjoyed themselves, and the birthday girl was happy.

We had a VR birthday party for my 7-year old son and all of the kids had so much fun! I was happy that the party room was all set up with balloons, table cover, and they had a fridge/freezer. They provided juice, and pizza so I didn’t have to really bring much. Plus they had a little goodie bag for all of the kids which was really nice. We had Samri as our host and she was great. All of the staff here are friendly so it was a pleasure. The other parents did not know this place existed so it was a nice surprise that they would like to explore with their kids in the future. Thanks again for a great experience!

We had a great experience celebrating a birthday party at BounceU Paramus. We loved that it is private and you don’t have to share the space with other parties. Also that the staff is super friendly and helpful. They literally took care of everything from A to Z. I didn’t have to worry about anything. The food was great. The restaurant they use is just great. Everyone left so happy and the kids definitely want to come back! Thank you Anthony, Kylie and Victoria for making our party great with the biggest smiles on your faces and for capturing pictures of our day. We will DEFINITELY be back.

This place is amazing! I brought my 8 year old daughter & 2 tween niece/nephew here today and they had so much fun. The place itself is spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff are beyond amazing, courteous, approachable and patient in teaching the kids. I think that the pricing is fair considering that you have ample time to do the activities. I recommend you book ahead online especially if you're bringing more kids. Shout out to Jose & the rest of the staff who made it into a fun & memorable experience.

Great place for a kids party. The kids all had a blast. One lady seemed a bit too firm with the kids; she would yell at them when reinforcing rules. She wasn't too kid-friendly overall, but she seemed to maintain her cool otherwise. Some of the other girls seemed more fun & kid-friendly, which is how it should be. The pizza was probably ordered just a little too early because when we all got to it, it was lukewarm. Other than that, it's still a good place to have a kids party and to burn lots of energy!

My child said she had the best birthday ever. She had a blast. The staff were excellent. Would definitely plan another birthday at this facility.

The daycare's staff are absolutely amazing. Adept at handling toddlers.
My toddler started with 15 word vocabulary, he went on to being so much more verbal and to singing & dancing in a span of 8 months. They make dedicated efforts to help your child grow. 🫰🏽🫰🏽💕 Thank you for your efforts!

The staff's level of expertise, courteousness and passion for the tech made this experience amazing. I've played with decades of RC cars, drones and VR but never in this manner. Simon and the crew were wonderful with us and the kids

Don't waste your time booking this place for a birthday party. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had renting a party place. They are very misleading in their rental agreements and the packages are overpriced. They want you to pay for children and adults that didn't even make it to the party due to sickness. I could understand the paying for the children since they had to set up for them but not the adults. They don't cater to adults at all, so why pay if the person is not present. The manager excuse was they already paid for the kids food (what food!!! 1 slice of pizza cut in half and fake iced tea for a package that starts at $599). He couldn't find a liable excuse for the adults (mind you I bought extra food for the adults). The food menu is also overpriced. This place got 1 star because the lady helping for my sons party was very nice and understood where I was coming from. The cherry on top was my son's friend spilled the juice by accident on the table, one of the staff was giving me attitude because I asked him for paper towel to wipe the mess (mind you they charged about $200 for gratuity). He only provided us with 1 ply to wipe the juice off the table. The manager is clueless and very dismissive. All he cares about is money. The place is not even that big for them to charge that much for a 2 hour party. Don't tell me I didn't warn you!!!

Dark and not nearly as clean as other indoor playgrounds we have visited. Dust and debris all over - there were bits of rubber from popped balloons all over the play area. We went in the morning so no reason it should be so dirty. My son woke up the next morning with pinkeye in both eyes. We definitely won’t be back.

Friendly staff. $40/hour per bay. Low cost but machines arent as high end. Still great family fun

Great environment for a company party or family get together! Gary is a great teacher and explains simple fixes to your swing in an articulate manner. Highly recommend this location to golfers of all ages.

On Oct 1 I had my baby boy 2nd birthday here and this place made it so much fun. My son and all his cousins and friends had a great time. The Adults also joined them.

Very nice and friendly staff. Both my kids are enrolled in the daycare. They enjoy the large indoor playground and hate when I pick them up early! Mr. Steve is very friendly with all the kids and Shannon is very helpful whenever I call to ask questions.

Went to Arena today with two 9-year-olds and had a great time. The staff is wonderful too and very patient with the kids. Will definitely visit again. This would be a great place to hold a birthday party or school/cub scout field trip. Get the Family Bundle and save $10 per station - each station would be $15 vs. $25.

WOW!! We just had our sons 3rd birthday here and everything was beyond amazing. The place itself was beautiful, very clean, and so much fun for all the kids at the party ranging from 6 months to 10 years old. Even the adults had a blast!! The staff were FANTASTIC!!!!! Everything was set up perfectly and they were so great with the kids and took care of everything to make the party run smoothly. Honestly this was the best party we have ever been to and we are lucky that it was for our son who had an absolute blast!!! Thank you thank you for a wonderful day!!!!

It is a very good place for having fun with kids! It is clean and cell maintained. The interior is looking better than any other kids fun places I've ever been to.
They have nice cafe, air hockey, two separate playgrounds, three play zones, Xbox with enormous screen and huge toddler area.
The equipment in excellent condition.
Staff is friendly and nice.
Definitely recommend visiting this with kids.
